I have been a patient of Dr. Olson for a couple months. Let me just start by saying that the day I called in wanting urgently to be seen, They took me in. They took care of me and put so much effort on finding my diagnosis! Dr. Olson first started of by feeling the spine area and taking notes. I was referred by a different chiropractor in Palo Alto Area due to having to move to concord area. The x rays were sent by mail to Dr. Olson. While they waited on that, Dr. Olson helped be temporarily get out of pain while the X-rays came in to do a full diagnosis. I felt very taken care of and when Dr. Olson received the x-Rays. She went over treatment options that's were also budget friendly. My husband is also being seen and we are both very happy with our chiropractor . they also have lots of games and contest and raffles to make every visit fun! Dr. Olson has also played a big part in giving wonderful suggestions about a healthy diet and supplements. I am Very grateful to have her as my chiropractor. She's been nothing but patient and kind. Thank you Dr. Olson! read more

So, let me start with first day, my back is broken! Sciatica, degenerative discs, the whole ten by their standards after x Ray's at first visit. No correction, I appreciate that. Corrections at follow up visits, dr. Oson never got to crack or pop, she had an intern, like a spider monkey cracked me, wanted to hug that intern. Best correction. Dr olson staff, pretty much car dealer me on a program, something like 5 visits a week, for 3 weeks, then, 3 days a week for 8 weeks, then 2 days a week for 9 weeks and I'm healed. She offered weekly breakdowns, biweekly breakdowns, and slid the piece of paper down option by option selling the benefits of each.. felt 1988 car dealership, old school mafioso and such. Broken back, what do you do? Her range rover outside shows, she doing alright. So my health plan is great.. I get 24 visits a year to chiropractor. Came out of pocket for I itial at 75$ and then visited a total of 8 times following their policy.. or yet they charged me that 217 a month twice with 8 corrections.... CRIMINAL! HEIDI OLSON DOES NOT NEGOTIATE PROPERLY, TRY OTHER DR. PLEASES, DO NOT DABBLE AT HER ESTABLISHMENT, YOU WILL GET SWINDLED. DR. Dr Olson and there staff is incredible! Family friendly and so caring!! I love this place. I've experienced soo much change and improvement in my body that I never knew was possible. I won't go anywhere else. Perhaps I'm a-little biased read more

Excellent service. COVID aware staff and disinfection between every patient visit. Dr Olson and her team bring spine health into perfect focus as a means of improving your immune system and general body health. In my case, after driving 17 hours from Seattle to the Bay Area, my back was in tight and twisted lock up. Not locked down--"locked up." Painful to turn my head. Lower back stuck in a car seat curve. And mid back twisted to a lean forward position. Dr. Olson's adjustment was so accurate. Pain and discomfort over in a matter of minutes. I have great admiration for her and her team at Olson Chiropractic. I recommend frequent visits to Dr. Heidi Olson and her team. Dave Miles Orinda read more

Zero stars. If you have money to burn, I suggest burning it instead. First visit (approx 2 years ago) she says she needs 4 x-rays. OK. I, like most of her clientele, am low-income, so she says she will give me a deal and only charge me for two. OK. [On the counter ther is a flyer announcing free x-rays the next week...] I was never shown my x-rays and have no reason to believe there was film in the camera. Most of the questions on the intake form involve whether you have a lawyer, leading me to believe she is basically an ambulance chaser. And will willingly drag on your visits for the rest of your life if you can find a payment for them. Second visit (yesterday): They kindly sent me a birthday card for a free adjustment. YAY! I could sure use one. I called ahead to say that I would not require any pay services such as x-rays, and if it came to that I would like a birthday lollipop and I would leave happy. At the visit, they ran through their personal explanation of how the back works includinding the myth of subluxation, prior to the chiropractor entering the room to discover there was no money to be made. Oh, heck, what to do?? So she suggested that she would like to see the records from my doctor (which one? That old be a very good question, since a minor birthday (crack my back a little) adjustment would interfere none with my mostly old age/under control/well treated issues by 3-5 doctors who could care less if I saw a chiropractor or not and it would be to pick just one to get involved with.... The fact here is that this visit was free, but after she got records from whomever she was thinking of, and I came back, it would be a new visit and (you're catching on) she could charge me for it. So I remained cheerful, having expected this, and said I would not be sending on my doctor's records and I would like my lollipop now. They didn't have lollipops. I asked them to take me off their list. When I NEED a REAL chiropractor, I will drive a few miles out of my way to Lance Miller Chiropractic in Antioch, who has modern knowledge and tools, fair practices, and when he does see me, it will be for the sole purpose of my recovery. read more

Fantastic, I have been seeing Dr. Olson for over ten years now and I never cease to be amazed by how she is able to find and correct minor to major maladies. She has kept this 62 year old man mobile and happy and I look forward to seeing her whenever the need arises. read more

Let me say from the outset that the outside can be offputting--get over it and go inside! The office is gorgeous and the staff are incredibly friendly. Dr. Olson's staff is helpful, knowledgeable and accomodating when makign an appointment. I never felt pressured to buy a product or service--in fact the subject was never broached. I had a fantastic massage by Araceli. Her hands are strong and sure and I was drooling by the end of our session. The bed was warm and comfortable and like I said the inside of the office is immaculate. Just get out of your car and go inside. You will be transported. read more

I COMPLETELY agree with Mia F's review. Ms. Olson and her staff are all incredibly pushy...Ms. Olson herself is also very condescending when she 'consults' with you. Beware of folks who claim they are "medical professionals" when they spend more time pushing their marketing & sales pitch... I also think their equipment, office, etc. are dated. I should've stopped after my initial intro to these folks...seemed like a scam from the start. ALWAYS TRUST YOUR GUT INSTINCT! I also think a bunch (if not all) of their filtered reviews are fabricated...just my humble opinion. read more

Dr. Olson is one of very few chiropractors I have engaged that are effective and knowledgable. My family has been utilizing her services for over 7 years, maybe more. She knows how to perform adjustments THAT WORK. She also gives useful advice for your improved health and well being, whether it is through specific exercises or by avoiding certain situations that may cause further injury. Dr. Olson is a "best of class service provider", and you can expect to receive great results. You just need to be diligent and follow her good advice. read more

This place was so unprofessional. I went there for a massage and the guy had no idea what he was doing. I think it might have been his first time giving a massage. You could hear through the paper thin walls. He didnt have any sort of technique, he was uncomfortable. I also had to wait an hour before the massage, only saw the DR for a few minutes. It was just strange. read more

Upset with service! Front desk great customer service. I was told they would fit and they can be flexible with my work schedule but unfortunately the days dr Olsen should be their she's out in the middle of the day or they close early! I pay $200 a month and I finally was offered for my one hour massage made the appointment found out I had to work late so cancelled early in the morning. I was disappointed they charged me a extra $15 for not being 24 hour notice! I get it but I show up the days Dr Olson should be available and is not their! Where is my refund! Also the days I shown up for my appoiment theirs been 15 people waiting. I chose to stop wasting my time going to this chiropractic and they have no problems getting their money from my account! After several previous Chiropractors (I even worked for one) I was happy when I found Heidi! She cured me of my headaches and helped with any and all complaints I had no matter how small they seemed. I stubbed my toe, had a bruise, allergy issues, pulled muscles, menstrual issues, she worked with me to straighten them out. I was disappointing to see some of the negative reviews on her attentive care. Obviously these people who were complaining have never been to a chiropractor before and did not listen to the information provided to them when they started care. Anyone who has seen a chiropractor before knows that your body will have to "Unbreak" itself to get better. This means that the pain you are having will change and possibly get worse before getting better. It's like having a broken bone that was set wrong, you'll have to reset it to fix it. That's not to say that chiropractic is a painful experience, it's not. But if you've been living with a misalignment for years... it's going to take time for your body to realign itself and that means going through the different phases to get back to where it started. Chiropractic isn't an instant miracle, but the results are miraculous. Heidi and her staff have always been polite and gentle, even when I've come in crying with flareups because I refused to do my proscribed exercises. I got gentle reminders not rude reprimands as I've gotten from other chiropractors. I always felt that Heidi and her staff genuinely cared about me and my family. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family. She's a keeper for sure! read more

Best service ever! Dr Olson is amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I came in here for some lower back pain and shoulder/neck pain. Dr Olson explained how adjustments and healthy life style changes will help correct the bad habits my body has been used too and alleviate my pain. Hands down she is an AWEsome!!! She wants to help you. They take your xray to show you how your process going. Most of the time you will notice big improvements. It takes time to feel. Be committed! You will feel like you are in a new body. After my first couple visits I felt like toxins coming out of my body not sure how to explain that... Sometimes I even bring my 2 year old for an adjustment. She is just an amazing chiropractor and person. I feel like she knows my body more than me. She can tell when I did not have enough rest, I have not streched or I have not had any healthy foods. It takes time to heal. Dr. Olson is there to help you, but you have to take care of yourself after you get adjusted. Eat healthy, stretch, and rest well! read more

STAY AWAY!!! I don't know if they're trained to scam people or what. I saw this doctor last year a couple of times (around May/June). At the beginning of THIS year , they called me saying I owed them $50.00 from an appointment last year which was complete nonsense . They couldn't provide any proof so I said I'm not paying. Didn't hear a word back from them until this past weekend, I was charged $25.00 out of no where. I called today and they said it was for an adjustment I had in June 2019! I asked her if that was all I owe and she said yes. How did it go from $50.00 to $25.00?? Im honestly just so sick of this place that I just took the $25 loss and had her send me a receipt showing that I don't owe them anymore. I don't know what this place is doing but they are very disorganized and I honestly feel like I've been scammed. BEWARE! Go to the Joint! read more

Dr Olson recently treated me for a chronic stiff neck and upper back. I saw her a handful of times and my experience was fantastic. I can be hard to adjust and in seeing other chiropractors in the past they sometimes don't alleviate the pain in the first appointment. She did. Dr. Olson is very strong yet her adjustments are gentle and never hurt. I now have greater range of movement in my neck and upper back. Dr. Olson also is very knowledgeable about fitness, diet and overall spine care. On top of this she has a great attitude. I'll be back(no pun intended) for sure! read more

I've been seeing Dr.Olson since July/2105. I had been seen by other chiropractors in the past for past injuries. When I came in to see her I was a mess. I had pain with just climbing in and out my truck, tying my shoes, etc. It took some weeks but I was back on my feet doing what I like to do, sports, training and work. I currently go for regular adjustments now. Before treatment, I had x-rays done and she talked them over with me. Apart from my main conditions, and to my suprise, I had very mild (benign/asymptomatic) scoliosis which my other chiropractors never mentioned or found! She laid out an organized plan of care for me, including costs. Her office is nice and clean. Dr.Olson and her staff are very professional and kind. Their warm hearted greetings and smiles when you come in the door go a long way. Thank you, read more

Dr. Olson is an unethical doctor. I had very high hopes for my visit after reading some of her reviews and unfortunately all the bad reviews turned out to be the exact truth. I went in for my appointment and she made my condition worst to get 8-9 months of treatments out of me. Doctors take an oath and are to be honest and loyal to their patients at all times Dr. Olson has no integrity beware of this narcissistic doctor. She destroyed my back and made my condition way worse than when I first walked in. Thanks to Dr Olson I can hardly sleep or walk because of the pain she has caused. read more

After being a faithful of Doctor Olson's for a few years now, my husband and I have learned so much about our health and how so much is related to your spine health. We are so much better in so many ways! I can now walk up stairs without fear of tremendous pain and possibly throwing my back out. I understand how my back works and what it needs. So, far I love this place and I have only been there twice, first was the consultation, and the second was to discuss my issues and take x-rays but x-ray machine was down, no worries life happens. I was recommended by a co-worker. One day co-worker came into work from getting his final x-ray results after going several times. I had the honor to see the x-rays from before and the now. WOW!!!! they really helped out my co-worker. I got to discuss his result and recommended me to check our Olson Chiropractic. Both Doctor's where there for my consultation. I have been to one chiropractic before and was currently going to a sports chiropractic place. Neither ever offered to take x-rays, keep in mind I haven't taken the x-rays. At the consultation, one doctor went through my whole spine and the other was writing down the results. It turn's out I am the worst they have seen so far. Although I am able to move like a regular dude, being mentioned I am the worst they have seen so far make me feel sorry for those with actual problems, Not that I don't have problems but through years of a Latin culture that never seeks doctors my back has been pinched and hurts more as of the past few months. "aka" reason I am at Olson Chiropractic. So, only twice and so far if I could I would give them a ten star. will update later with future treatments. People please listen , they acutally have degress on these stuff. Go there!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
