Rather than simply give you information and pricing, they get you in a room and pressure you to make a decision "now" or take out a credit card to pay for extremely expensive sessions. Had they simply let us politely leave without the pressure, I would not be here giving an unfavorable review. It truly felt like a timeshare sales event. I saw Dudum chiropractic last year fora ruptured disc. I was seen on the decompression side. Though expensive, it helped my back a lot. I went thru 30+ decompression treatments. This business is incredibly shady. I booked an appointment after seeing their Instagram ad for a "$29 first-time adjustment." About ten minutes later, I received a call from what was clearly a call center, not the actual office. The woman informed me that the appointment wasn't for an adjustment at all, just a phone consultation with the doctor. That was never mentioned anywhere on the ad or their website. Then it got worse. She said I needed to pay the $29 upfront via Venmo to the doctor's personal account and asked me to do it while still on the call. She gave me the username and waited for confirmation. That is completely unprofessional and feels like something happening off the books. No real medical business operates this way. They even called me on Easter Sunday. This entire experience felt scammy, misleading, and untrustworthy. I canceled immediately and would never recommend this place. Don't fall for their ad. This is a bait and switch. I started seeing Dr Dudum for spinal decompression a little over two months ago. I have a herniated disc in my lower back and have lived with debilitating chronic pain and have received so many failed treatments. I've never been to a chiropractor before, but after getting rear-ended, which totaled my 2-year-old Honda, my doctor said I had soft tissue injuries that would heal in time. Meanwhile, I had aches and pains and sciatica as a result of my lower back pain, which caused me to limp for a few days; the symptoms would return. I may have suffered soft tissue injuries, but it felt like I was run over by a truck! Thankfully, my son recommended Dudum Chiropractic. I consulted with Dr. Tong, who explained my condition and what to expect during the treatment and healing process. I immediately signed up for treatment as I realized that I was NOT just going to sit down and suffer, I needed help to heal. I started visiting the clinic three times a week, then twice a week, and eventually once a week. Each visit, Dr. Tong would listen to my complaints. He would patiently explain to me the nature of my injuries and what to expect. I would always leave the clinic feeling much better than when I arrived. Not going to lie, I kinda love going here. Been doing spinal decompression for a while now. I have herniated disks in C5/ C6 and have been a neck cracker with mild, gnawing headaches for years. Decomp has slowly but surely stretched it out so my neck cracks are much more mild. Even though I still have the habit of cracking my neck, I find it's not as necessary. I can really feel it when I skip too many appointments. I walk out feeling great every time. Another BIG notable thing about this place- the staff! Every single one of them are pros. You feel happy to see them each time. They keep this place running like a well oiled machine. We sent our athletic softball daughter here after months and months of other treatments including visits and treatments from several doctors, Orthopedic specialist and other Chiropractors. Dr Dudum assured us he could help and said he was confident his treatment would work. Dudum has had other athletes with the same back issue or worse and they have gotten great results. I was so miserable with sciatica back pain and then radiating not to one leg but now to both legs, couldn't sleep, fatigued. I felt limited to activity, even getting in and out of the car was hard. I started to feel a little depressed with no signs of relief and things progressively getting worse. Unable to take NSAIDS due years of use causing gi discomfort there was not much I could take. My primary Dr said its arthritis and Work Comp Dr said its your chronic pain. I was so frustrated with no relief in site. I saw an add on Facebook and in desperation I called hoping this would help. I'm a RN so I knew I had done all I could do and nothing offered by my primary providers. I needed new eyes to see my problem with a new plan. I'm happy to report after just a few treatments I started to improve! I'm just about pain free. I'm careful about not carrying heavy things and proper body mechanics. So now I'm working to strengthening my core and doing water aerobics 3x/week. I can get out of bed easily now, walk without hunching over, just everything is better!
