I absolutely love Dr. Ben Rosenstein at Elite Chiro. He's my go-to and I recommend him to everyone. My job does a number on my body, and whether I've been sitting too long or lifted something I absolutely shouldn't have, he consistently gets me back in alignment and functioning again. This week, I found myself in a tough spot. I had missed an appointment the week prior (completely my fault), and of course the timing lined up perfectly with him being fully booked and heading out on vacation. Not ideal when your back/hip decides to stage a rebellion. But here's where Ben really stood out--when I couldn't get in and was basically stuck trying to figure out what to do next, he didn't just leave it there. He personally reached out, made time for me before leaving, and went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't stuck in pain. That kind of care and accountability is rare. It's one thing to be great at what you do--it's another to show up for your patients when it actually matters. I had a very disappointing experience with this chiropractor. I came in hoping to improve my back pain, but after the treatment my condition became dramatically worse. Within a short time, my back went into severe spasm, leaving me barely able to stand up straight or walk normally. The pain was so intense that I missed work, required multiple medical visits, muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatory medications, and weeks of recovery. Instead of helping me get back on my feet, the treatment set me back significantly. I understand that no treatment can guarantee results, but I was never expecting to leave in far worse condition than when I arrived. Looking back, I wish I had sought more evidence-based treatment instead. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I had a lot of shoulder and neck issues for a while due to a bad car accident and needed to get it evaluated. Luckily, I got referred to a wonderful chiropractor, Dr. Cresci, who was able to give me a great plan of attack to help get me feeling better and advice to making sure I knew how to make sure I heal faster. I had a lot of neck and shoulder pain after my accident, getting rear ended on the freeway pretty hard and being slammed into the car in front of me. Although I didn't know it at the time, I would be pretty impacted from going to the gym or even pursuing my boxing extracurricular exercise with a lot of pain throughout the day, so I knew I needed to find help. I was in immediate pain and discomfort, with my right rotator cuff, when I met Dr. Cressi. After being fully assessed, sessions consisted of adjustments and other stretches geared to alleviate pain and prepare me for the corrective phase. In addition, Dr. Cressi put me on a hot/cold therapy to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and facilitate healing. After my 2 month treatment plan concurrently with Physical therapy I'm back to working out again and I have stayed on a maintenance plan. I was looking up Dr. Tony Cresci's info to give to a friend who's having a sciatica attack. While doing so, I realized I never gave Dr. Tony a review after my experience in 2022. I was NOT, nor ever have been, a fan of Chiropractic services after an exposure decades ago with one that was part of a included package for something. Until I fell down and jacked my back. One of the first things Dr. Tony said to me was that he was doing something wrong if I had to come back for more than 3 sessions. I'm paraphrasing, but you get the idea. THAT impressed me. Sure enough, true to his word, my issue resolved after 3 sessions with Dr. Tony. Considering I was paying out of pocket since my medical insurance isn't that great, that also was appreciated. Dr. Tony has been amazing. I had the worst back spasms prior to coming in. I couldn't stand without collapsing and every step was painful. I couldn't sit down for any period of time without feeling excruciating pain. My lower back pain and middle back pain were all bunched up causing spasms that were just brutal. I also had radiating pain going down my right leg. I was in the worst pain of my life and I was miserable. I couldn't play with my kids, hang out with my wife or even do simple things like a leisurely stroll. When I found Elite Chiro, I had no idea how great of a decision I was making by coming in. When I met Dr. Tony, the first thing I noticed is he is very caring, listens and wanted to know my history of injuries. After intently paying attention to all the details of my past injuries, he put me on Spinal Decompression treatment. At first I was worried the decompression treatment would hurt, buts it's actually very gentle and I enjoy it. I always feel like a brand new person after each treatment. The Spinal Decomp table has worked wonders for me. Dr. Tony programs it correctly for me with a custom decompression, to treat the specific pain I have. Dr. Tony is the kindest and most compassionate chiropractor I have met. I originally came to him in mid 2022 when my central nervous system was thrown off by an adverse event to a drug that had given me nerve pain.
