It's not worth it. Yes, the visit had a low price point and yes the visit was fast. However, I learned that you get that you pay for. I went in early March and the visit seemed very rushed, I was in and out in about 5 minutes: I went because I had a sore neck and back. After that initial visits I started experiencing a radiating pain from my neck to left elbow. It caused a lot of discomfort and is constant so much so that I couldn't sleep well. I went back a day after and the same person that treated me said that in some rare cases people may experience inflammation. I got another adjustment and that didn't help any. Same thing I was in and out in 5 minutes and the place wasn't even busy I was the only person. Another two days passed and I still couldn't sleep well and experience constant radiating pain. I decided to go to urgent care and the doctors diagnosed me with a pinched nerve. So basically I went in to get my soreness addressed and ended up with a pinched nerve from the chiropractic treatment - definitely not coming back here. The joint has a business for high turnover, it works as long as the patient doesn't get injured. read more

I stopped by this place last week due to extreme back pain. I got to see Dr. David and the day I came in, he was shortstaffed. He was doing everything from answering the phones to adjustments. I was surprised at how fast people came in and out of the place. Seems like regular people checked in, went back, got adjusted and was gone within five minutes or so. Since I was in so much back pain, it made it a little difficult for him to completely adjust me. But he did his best and over the weekend. I noticed a great improvement on my back. I still feel a little out of place and a little sore, but he did his best given the circumstance of how out of place my back was. They do offer a deal if you're a new patient. You can be seen for an adjustment for a $29 but be aware they do try to get you to join their membership. The membership prices vary based on your needs or you can opt to pay as you go. The plus side to this chiropractic office, is they have a parking lot, they do accept walk-in patients, have extended hours than most chiropractic offices and they are also open on Saturdays. read more

Just moved here, and I love this location! Dr. David helped with my extreme neck pain and stiffness. I would highly recommend this location.

Dr. Gillian is such a breath of fresh air every time I visit. He greets me warmly and professionally and takes care of my stiffness and pain. I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks thanks to his gentle expertise. This location is a little out of the way for me, but it's worth driving a few extra miles ( even with the exorbitant cost of gas) to know that I'm in good hands. read more

I really appreciate that you can get a discount for prepaid packages and they have locations everywhere. So if you travel a bit, you can always find a location near by and never have to trip on getting price gouged. read more

Dr. David is persistent on getting my sciatica to disappear. So far we are defiantly making improvements with only a couple visits.

I did a drop in visit and was quickly seen by the Doctor. He was quick to get me situated on the table. He provided outmost wonderful care. The adjustment was amazing and had me ready to go and feeling wonderful for the rest of the day. read more

They have short lines. Please do not come here and make them longer lol 5 stars :) I used to have headaches pretty regularly and now they're less frequent. Adjustments are crucial read more

I've had a great experience here so far. The team has been friendly, knowledgeable. I've had 3 adjustments with 3 different doctors and I've found they each have a neat perspective and style. I've been dealing with crippling sciatica and going twice a week has been a game changer for me. I've had no problem walking in and haven't had to wait at all. read more

I absolutely love this clinic! I started getting adjusted here weekly in July 2025 to treat severe jaw, neck, and shoulder pain. My debilitating jaw pain in particular interfered with everything in my life for years. After just two adjustments with Dr. K, my jaw pain reduced immensely. Despite using a nightguard, getting massages, exercising, and trying physical therapy, nothing eased my jaw pain like chiropractic care. I find that if I go every week, I feel great! Dr. David is fantastic too. Patients are lucky to have two knowledgeable, caring, and friendly doctors. I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes for drop-in visits. read more

I first walked in because of neck pain and felt such immediate relief that I now go weekly. I love that you don't need to set an appointment, you can just walk in. It's super convenient and the team is always welcoming and professional. I've recommended my husband, sister, and mom, and they all love it too! Total game-changer for our health and wellness. read more

Horrible service. A blonde lady helped me She did horrible. I pulled a muscle in my back and my back hurts 10 TIMES worse. Also she was SO rude. She was giving Nasty vibes and looks and told me my back was fine. She literally told I'm too fat to go on the table. So rude, SCAM, and I will NEVER go back. I was planning to sign up to come multiple times a week now I'm never going back and you shouldn't either. read more

Dr. K always gets me right! Very grateful for her service. She gets all the cracks out. Dr. David is also great! Both have a different approach but both are worth trying. read more

Just went in for a drop in adjustment- charged me $45 and the treatment was literally 48 seconds long... I was timing it on my phone

I have been coming here for quite awhile. Convenient location and friendly staff. Has been great with back and neck pain. I haven't had a headache in quite awhile. read more

I've been coming here for routine maintenence for a few months now. The Wellness Plan is a great value for those who come regularly a few times a month. When you enter, Gabrielle at the front sets the vibe with a friendly greeting. The doctors are very friendly, and very accurate with their adjustments. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a spot for acute or routine care! read more

Great Dr.'s. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The joint makes the entire process of seeing a chiropractor extremely easy.

All the doctors are amazing , friendly and very attentive to what u need. I've been getting adjusted there for 2 months now and I feel so much better. read more

I absolutely loved this place and the business model. I've experienced chiropractic care where you have to pay a TON up front, and while care was good, it just doesn't financially make sense to me. This monthly pay-as-you-go model is fabulous! Plus, the care I received here was incredible. I have terrible sinus issues and the chiropractor would take the time on my neck and face to help me and I always felt immediate relief. I did two months up front, now I'm taking a month off, but I'll be back! So worth it! read more

Never, ever, ever do I want to step foot at this location. It used to be a wonderful place to get adjusted but my interaction today was really unpleasant and don't appreciate the lack of service and care provided by the staff. Thank you for the service to everyone here prior to all of the changes! read more

Adjustment galore, it's simple as that. I have visited other Joint chiropractic before and always had great service. This one is no different, they were fantastic. We called a little ahead for my wife, she was having neck pains, so I thought an adjustment was exactly what she needed. For those who are not familiar, they are not going to X-ray you and give you another appointment to go over the X-ray, then another appointment to get adjusted. They are going to adjust you, for a fraction of the cost. Not that the former was bad, just not what I wanted. They do have a health plan if you want to get adjusted once a week or more, and they are super low pressure if you just don't want it. I got adjusted here as well, walked out in five mins feeling like a champ. Highly recommended. read more

I am so happy that I found this place!!! My son and I have been coming here. My son who is 14 years old and in 8th grade. His posture has improved 100000%. He has weight training, heavy backpack, video games and always slouched. Not anymore! He's so happy, feels great and stands straight with confidence. As for me - it has improved my posture, sleep, I feel less tired and my neck feels normal again. Great customer service, price, location and staff. Very kind and attentive and effective. read more

I would give this a 4.5 star review. The staff is excellent, kind, professional, remembers your name. Everyone who works here has a big smile on their face and the service is wonderful. This location is always clean, well maintained and smells great. There's a small kid area toward the back which is great for parents who need a chiropractic adjustments but has their little ones with them. Lots of areas to sit if there's ever a wait. My only reason for not giving this business a full 5 stars is because of the business model. The Joint is like the fast food version of chiropractic care. In the past, I went to a local chiropractor and would have about a 30 minute appointment, they assessed my walking, posture, gave helpful stretching tips, did the adjustment then often had me in a traction device. At The Joint, most adjustments are less than 90 seconds so it is just very different from other establishments. I think this model works well for people who are busy and want a quick crack but not necessarily for someone who has more needs. read more

This is my absolute happy place! From the time you were professionally and cheerfully greeted by Sabrina, then checked in and quickly delivered to the adjustment area. It's a calm and peaceful experience. Then, Dr. Gilligan will greet you and ask you about your needs. He'll check your chart then make your adjustment. Sabrina Will again wave to you and off you go all in about seven minutes time. Very professional and comforting. I choose to come to this location even though I have two others that are closer to my home. Just saying... read more

Watch out for their monthly "wellness package" scam. I bought my wife a gift certificate to The Joint for one session: Flag 1 - They only had appointments for two hour sessions available, not the one hour I had purchased via their special advertisement for a month out (how this makes sense I don't know) Flag 2 - We had to purchase another session in order to book her appointment to cover the extra hour (fine..) Next thing I know my wife was enrolled in a monthly wellness package that she did not want or was duped into signing without it being fully explained (when she purchased the extra hour session). I did not even notice till going through our CC statement. They would not refund any of the money after paying the monthly rate for 3 months. Most annoying, they will not cancel anything unless we physically come into the location. Long story short - they will hook you in with some great deal and then exploit you by upselling, and then stick you with paying monthly fees for services you don't use or want. read more

I love this place and I love that it's open during these wild times! Dr. Gillian is my favorite! On my first appointment he asked me what areas on my body were causing any issues or pain. I pointed to different areas on my back region. He then took a model spine and explained why I was in pain and how to relieve that pain. He did his cracking magic on my vertebrae and WOW instant relief! I felt like a million bucks, hey now! Especially if you're working from a desk and you're looking down on you're table and you're looking down on your phone... he can relieve all that tension in your neck! When I signed up it was 79 per month and that includes 4 visits. Additional visit cost $10 bucks. It's great for all ages! read more

I go to different locations depending on where I'm at. The dock at this location is great he does a nice firm adjustment which is what I love. Absolutely enjoy coming to these places. read more

I've been a frequent visitor of the practice for the past months. I switched from the Practice over on Diamond. My visits are more of routine maintenance than injury and I quite enjoy visiting this facility. Dr. S keeps me informed of where there's more tightness and continuously ask for any discomfort. There's a feeling of comfort when your physician's priority is you. read more

I love this location however I did need to social distance and they charged me for the time I could not come! Next time I'll come in while I'm testing positive because clearly they don't care. Buy the visits that don't expire if your going to come here read more

The man was nice enough in the beginning. But after reading my chart he abruptly denied service. I wrote that I have lower back pain.. left hip.. and the he said I needed to get a massage or PT to relax myself before I have adjustments. When I asked if I could come after that.. he ignored that question. He then said I should get a more comprehensive exam including extras.. and then he said chiropractors aren't for everyone. He went to the front of Point of sales area.. and just looked forward. Very weird. And rude. He should know.. for some people coming... they are in pain.. desperate.. not exactly feeling great.. no need to add to that experience. He may have legitimate concerns or reasons for denying me but have some better bed side manners if you claim yourself to be .. in the helping people business. read more

Great experience! The people at the front are really welcoming and friendly. There is one girl who was extremely kind I wish I got her name! She was there almost every time I went in. All of the chiropractors are great. Very knowledgeable, their techniques are awesome. There's no pressure there, it's always clean. They are doing a great job. Grateful to have somewhere close to home. read more

Not sure what the review below is about. Most people can understand simple payment options that require a card down. Anyways. One. Location. Its very easy to drop by and the wait is never too long. Typically within 5 minutes. Two. No appointment style is pretty great. Especially if things change last minute. Three. Average session per week under the monthly plan is cheaper than my own insurance offers per visit. I'm in and out in five minutes. Four. Personable. We constantly discuss techniques and stretching to continually improve and they get to know you pretty quickly. Sometimes I'll come in after putting hot packs or I'll stretch my back out before coming in. What a difference it makes! I don't see my self leaving unless I moved. read more

Dr. G is so awesome, I can't recommend this place enough. My sons have seen him too and they loved him. The location is so easy too, makes it easy to get in once a week. Get in there, you'll love it! Plus it's affordable and they thaw FSA too. read more

I found this location from a referral by a good friend. I had a pinched nerve that i had been seeking treatment for, for over 2 months. After 5 weeks of treatment with Dr. Gilligan. My pinched nerve finally resolved. I am finally able to sleep, move my shoulder normally, hold my kids and workout again without any pain. I'm glad i found this place. The customer service is outstanding and they make sure you feel comfortable the whole time. Thank you again! read more

The Joint Chiropractic in Walnut Creek honestly changed my life in helping with healing my sciatica pain. I had been dealing with sciatica pain in my back and legs for many many months. I tried physical therapy through my doctor, and while I learned some great stretches, it did not heal my pain. I was leery of trying a chiropractor. It took a lot for me to try it and trust it. David is awesome! He respected what I was comfortable with and has not only helped with healing my sciatica pain, but my overall body health. Thank you David! read more

I recently got a new job that comes with a long commute and started to experience back and neck problems not too long in. My brother recommended going to the chiropractor and testing out an adjustment. Although extremely hesitant and nervous about it, I went in for a trial adjustment. Dr. David was super welcoming and informative. He made sure I was relaxed by "cracking" jokes as I was nervous about the adjustments he was going to perform and made sure to explain everything along the way. Needless to say, I was satisfied with the results and the experience and have been coming in weekly since! Every adjustment provides instant relief in my problem joint areas and I always leave with a smile on my face thanks to Dr. David! Always a good way to end my day. Highly recommend coming in for a trial, you won't regret it! read more

My neck and back symptoms have gone away! I used to get expensive Thai massages every couple weeks but now that I've been going here regularly I don't need to get massages that often! Thanks to the chiropractors for helping relieve my pain. read more

This is the kind of chiropractic I've been looking for! Low prices, good care, friendly staff. The monthly membership program or the office visit card makes it affordable. The chiropractors explain what they are doing and what will happen before they adjust you. Nice to know and to keep you at ease. On my first visit, I talked to a patient who said she has been a member (from other locations) at The Joint Chiropractic for 12 years. If that isn't a good recommendation, I don't know what is. read more

This guy is a critic as in he was judging and I felt criticized from when I started talking to him. His sign in paper has a list of arms legs torso head etc. Asking if it had symptoms like burning, radiating, sharpness, numbness etc. I marked some because isn't it all the same pain? He said radiating was burning. Then why ask it twice if it means the same thing. Very annoying experience there. THEN THE JUICY STUFF HE SAID I HAD TO GET A MRI OR CAT SCAN BEFORE HE WOULD TREAT ME PUTTING HEAVY UNNEEDED RADIATION IN MY BODY. as someone who doesn't have health insurance that's $6000 from my pocket. please for me Don't support this Business find somewhere else very unprofessional don't be fouled by his smile.
