Replied to Ad on Instagram or their $59 special. I have an excellent Chiropractor up at Crystal Springs, but I was looking for an office here in Foster City due to the afternoon traffic on 92. Their auto text and email send me at least a dozen or more reminders and confirmations. They wanted me to email them my health insurance card, and when I tried, it kept giving me an error message. I Called the owner, and he said oh yeah, we have been having trouble, just bring it with you. When I got there, I gave them the card while I completed an intake form. When they found out I was on Medicare, they wouldn't honor the promotion even if I paid cash for the treatment. They don't want you as a patient unless they can really bang your health insurance. We came to this clinic after seeing a Facebook promotion offering 50 vouchers for $89. We scheduled an appointment, but when we arrived, we were told they could not see us because they do not accept Medicare or Medi-Cal. We understand their insurance policy, but this information was never explained when the appointment was made. Unfortunately, we wasted half a day to arrive on time, only to be turned away. It feels like there is a disconnect between their marketing and their actual services, which can be misleading for patients. I came in for low back and right elbow pain. After the initial consult and exam, Dr. Williams helped me deduce that my hips were very tight and I had golfer's elbow in my right arm. For my low back and hips, Dr. Williams has been doing adjustments as well as advising me on stretches and exercises to gain better mobility and strength. Dr. Wilson and her team are amazing!! I've seen chiropractors over the past 25 years primarily for sciatic nerve/back issues and she is by far the best and most thorough. At the initial visit she takes x-rays. You are then set up on a program customized for your particular situation. My program included visits 3x's/week for 3 months. I just graduated today to 1x/week for the next 6 months. Check out the before and after x-rays of my spine which is now so much more mobile! The after photos are on the left. At each visit, clients warm up on a wobble chair, then the adjustment happens then custom exercises including a pre-core stretching machine, stretches on the vibration plate and other add-ons as needed. Start to finish takes about 20-25 minutes. I enjoy using the wobble chair & Pre-Core so much that I ended up buying them online. My golf game has never been better! I have not taken Advil in more than 3 months, headaches are gone, neck pain is gone, energy is up & my body feels great! She also has other helpful tips that you will learn along the journey including a magnesium powder supplement (Calm is the product) which has further helped with joint/muscle relaxation as well as helping with better sleep. For the first half of 2022, I had shoulder pain that grew progressively worse to the point where it became difficult to sleep at night and even change my shirt. Dr. Wilson identified the problem right away as frozen shoulder and enthusiastically jumped into action to resolve the underlying source of the problem (which oddly was not the shoulder itself). The clinic has a very positive environment created by the team who are very warm and welcoming. After about a month of treatment by the staff, there was a noticeable difference where I had a much better range of motion and could mostly sleep through the night without the shoulder ache waking me. I was a first time patient and they took x rays of my neck and back and then consulted with me--telling me that--in essence--I was in pretty bad shape. I was very hesitant to see a Chiropractor because I've always believed one should see a Medical Dr for any type of issue. I got to the point where my back hurt so badly; I couldn't even hold my own torso up to brush my teeth or pull a dish out of the oven. I went to Urgent Care out of desperation because my own back Dr's office stated I would have to wait for one month to be seen (not going there any longer)! Let me start by saying I have been multiple chiropractors over the last 19 years. Out of all of those chiropractors, the team at Integral Chiropratic has been the best team, the best care and the best experience of my life. Throughout my life, I've had constant back/neck problems and would frequently get horrendous migraines at least once a week and headaches almost daily and I was talking almost 2400mg of ibuprofen a day just to go about my daily business.
