I have been a patient of Dr. Olson's for over 5 years now. In the beginning, I had a lot of back and neck pain. I also have curvature of the spine. Dr. Olson took a lot of time and care to diagnose my particular problems. The first 6 months, I went quite frequently in order to stablilize my spine, and get my body back in alignment. After awhile I began to feel so much better, and had so much more energy and lightness. My whole outlook began to improve. As time went on and my pain subsided, I was able to go in less frequently... just for tuneups. I love doing that because I know that our bodies work so much better when they are in alignment. Dr. Olson listens so attentively, and always has wonderful patience and suggestions for ways to improve my health. She has tremendous expertise and ability, and has a very compassionate nature as well. I have to say, that she doesn't let you get away with any whining or complaining either. She keeps reminding me that that my health is is my own hands. I need to take responsiblity for the choices I make if I want to feel better. Chriporactic is such an important part of my life now. It is a great way to prevent and heal illness and pain, rather than resorting to taking pills to mask pain. Chiropractic finds and deals with the real source of the problems. I don't know where she finds her incredible staff. They are a wonderful group of young woman.... very friendly and nice....and extremely helpful whenever I have questions about insurance or appointments, etc. The office is usually quite busy, but runs like clockwork. The office is always clean and pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Olson's chiropractic care to anyone who needs help with pain, or anyone who just wants to take charge and live a healthier life. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Olson in the past between 2006 through 2011, when I moved out of state. I recently visited the Bay Area and called in for an appointment. They got me in within two days. When I got there I was started off with a consultation as normal for returning or new patient. Dr Olson remembered me very well and started of by checking every area of my body that I had discomfort in and giving her diagnosis as we went along while explaining why I was feeling discomfort in that specific area. Like always, at first my body felt weird because of the adjustments but then after a while I felt great and relieved from the discomfort I felt before. I have been treated my multiple chiropractors in the past 20 years and every one of them have been good in their own way. However, Dr Olson at Olson Chiropractic/Monument Wellness is one of the BEST Chiropractors out there. From the moment you first meet her you will realize you are in great hands. She takes time with her consultation and examination of her patient and treats you as an individual with your own health issues. She doesn't believe in "one fits all" so the treatment she offers you is specifically for you! Dr Olson knows her chiropractic stuff well and does it wth excellence. She makes sure you are getting the best treatment you deserve. When she examines you, she can tell which part of your body needs what kind of treatment. And she never over sells any treatment. Dr Olson, is not only a great chiropractor but she is caring, kind, understanding and generous and wants for her patient to get better in the best possible way. She is One Of A Kind!! I whole heartedly recommend Dr Olson at Olson Chiropractic for any of your read more

I have been going to Olson Chiropractic for about 5 years now, and would never go anywhere else again. Dr Olson was recommended to me by a coworker who goes there, and it was a great tip. Dr Olson works incredibly hard to make sure that in her office, chiropractic is affordable and available for everyone, because she truly wants to help everyone. I have been to other chiropractors, and they have not helped me or cared about me the way that Dr Olson has. One chiropractor that I was seeing for a decade or so since I was a teenager, never bothered to take any X-rays of my back, or let me know that my spine was degenerating so I needed to come in more than a couple times a year when I was in screaming pain. And no other chiropractor worked with me to find a payment plan to make sure I could get the help I needed, as often as I needed. I came in because of migraines, and constant back pain. Dr. Olson has fixed those problems, and also helped me with a cyst on my wrist that would have needed surgery to fix. Its gone, no surgery. The guy below who claims this is a scam needs to spend more than the initial visit before making this claim. Anyone who has been Dr. Olson's patient for even a few visits, and watches how the office works, how Dr. Olson works, how she runs her practice (like the free new patient class so you can learn about how your body heals, the surprising things that injure the body, and how to help yourself get better), can see that this is a woman dedicated to healing, even when it means more work and less profit for her. I highly recommend Olson Chiropractic to anyone who wants to feel better and live a healthier life. read more

I started seeing Dr. Olson in early 2008. I was tired of going to "regular" doctors, complaining of back pain, hip pain and an assortment of other issues. My regular doctor would prescribe me with pain pills (and sometimes injections) and send me on my way. This only masked my pain. It didn't solve the problem. I finally called Dr. Olson after my husband convinced me to give it a try. I admit, I was skeptical. Seriously...how is pushing on my back and neck going to relieve pain I'm having in my hips?? BUT, I will say. I was pleasantly surprised. The first week of adjustments didn't really feel great, but it wasn't painful either. I immediately felt some relief from the pain I'd been having for years. When I was younger, I was a competitive gymnast and would travel around the state competing. Years of this, combined with some other medical issues, just wore my body down. My periods weren't regular. I had a hard time getting pregnant. My back was in constant pain. Life was miserable. I've been here for quite some time and I always feel like I'm coming home to family. I rarely have a day I'm in pain. And when I do have that day, one adjustment can make all the difference in the world. I wouldn't be as healthy, happy and pain-free as I am now if it weren't for Dr. Olson. She's thorough, explains everything in detail. The lovely ladies up front ALWAYS remember my name. ALWAYS. It's incredible. If you are having pain, I suggest scheduling a visit to Dr. Olson. You will not be sorry! :) read more

Dr. Olson is amazing. I am a person who has been seeing doctors all my life. As I have been getting a bit older my back and feet have been bothering me. The doctors have not really solved the problems so I took a recommendation from a friend to see a chiropractor. Based on my research and her stong reputation in the Mexican-American community I took a chance on Dr. Olson. I was very hesitant at first because I do not come from a chiropractic background and do not know the importance of having one in your life. Wow what a difference she has now made in my life since I started seeing her in March 2009. It all starts when you arrive. The Staff is very professional and educated and made me feel even more comfortable by speaking spanish with me so I could understand some things better. I did not have to wait long and I was able to see Dr. Olson and not an assistant like in my past experiences with other doctors. Dr. Olson was very caring and has incredible amounts of knowledge. She knows many different techniques to suit different body types. I have now been seeing her regularly and she has made incredible strides in helping me with my back and feet pain. I even noticed I now have a much better posture. She has reallllllly made my daily life better both pshsically and mentally. DR. OLSON is a credit to her industry and I would highly recommend her to others. Further, I think she is reasonable cost wise and fits within my budget. read more

Ive been seeing Dr. Olsen for almost 3mos now & no words can express how I feel about my results!! I had been suffering from severe sciatica, migrains & shoulder pain for years. I was at my witts end, when I finally broke down and called the chiropractic office that my sister in-law had completed her externship at. Immediately upon making the 1st phone call, I felt a warm welcome from Heidi Morales, little did I know, she was a person that I had known years ago!! Talk about SMALL WORLD!!! When I came in that same day, I was very pleased at how friendly & caring all of the girls at the office were. I was even more impressed at how thorough they were with my examination, and the explanation given by Andrea of their findings when viewing my x-rays. Not only did I have issues with my spine, but I was experiencing awful cramps for over a year, from what I thought was from my IUD. That evening I had my 1st adjustment & I am so happy to say that I have not experienced anymore cramping like I had before! And of course, my neck & back are well on their way to being back to normal. Oh and NO MORE MIGRAINS!!! I have since reffered numerous friends & family so that they too can get the relief that Dr. Olsen can provide. Dr. Olsen & her wonderful staff are AWESOME!!! read more

I avoided surgery. Numbness and searing pain in my hands and arms, due to three crushed discs and bone spurs in my neck, increased to loss of function of my hands. A spine and pain specialist at John Muir wanted to start steroid injections, then do surgery to fuse 4 cervical vertebrae. He said that the bone spurs were connecting, to fuse anyway. Years ago, I fell for the steroid injection mistake due to my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I soon realized that it thins your skin. The Rheumatologist dissolved the cartilage in my elbows and it took two years of worse pain to grow back. I definitely did not want surgery, which would have eliminated range of motion in my neck. I'm still a very active senior. Dr. Olson used adjustments and the Decompression table to fix me. The DOC is programmable to target specific ares of the spine. I was in serious pain, so the appointments were frequent, at first, then farther apart. There was absolutely no pain with the treatment. I have felt great ever since, but just completed a once a month treatment to maintain my cervical discs. Dr. Olson also uses various other modalities, such as Acoustic wave and laser, to keep me going. Thank you, Dr. Olson and your great staff. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Heidi at Olson Chiropractic since 2016, and I do my best to see her every week. She has been an incredible partner in helping keep me and my family healthy for years. Dr. Heidi is wonderfully intuitive and always seems to know exactly what my body needs in the moment. Her care has made such a difference in my overall well-being, and I honestly don't know how I would keep up with my busy schedule, frequent travel, and active lifestyle without her support. Beyond Dr. Heidi herself, her entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel supported and well taken care of. On the occasions when Dr. Heidi is out of the office, I have always been impressed by the chiropractors she entrusts with her patients' care. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and aligned with her thoughtful approach, making it easy to feel confident that you're in good hands. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Heidi and the entire Olson Chiropractic team. Their commitment to helping people feel their best is evident in everything they do, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

I am 68 years old and have been seeing Dr. Olson for 10 years. I had seen 3 other chiropractors before her, and, she was clearly the best. I have injuries stemming from intense sports and physical activity in my younger days, and, she has been very effective in addressing those issues. She has also been very effective in addressing age related injuries that happen from time to time. What I have come to admire most about Dr. Olson is her commitment her patients and her efforts to make chiropractic care as affordable as possible. She has also been the easiest chiropractor to talk to. What most people do not realize is that a large part of chiropractic care is marketing. In my experience, good marketing skill are an essential part of being a good chiroprator. In part that is because we tend to ignore injuries until they become debilitating, and, stop chiropractic care as soon as the debilitation dissappears - regardless of the need for further treatment. In addition there are many people out there that are living with problems that can be corrected by chiropractic treatment and do not know it. read more

I can't say enough about Olson Chiropractic. Both Dr. Olson and Dr. Taylor, as well as their staff, are very warm, caring, kindhearted people. From my first visit they made me feel very comfortable and at home, as if we had know each other for years. It may be true that they don't have the most modern updated equipment (as Mia F. implies), but most small, independent practices rarely do... not that I would know the difference anyway. When I went in, Dr. Taylor did a very thorough examination with x-rays. I was sent home without an adjustment, pending the findings of the x-rays. I was a little discouraged after leaving with no relief, but I came back for my follow up appointment. Upon my return, I learned that I had stage 1 degenerative disc disease among many other issues. After I had my first adjustment I felt so much better. Every time I go back, the adjustments only make me feel better. I haven't felt this good in years. Big thanks to all of you at Olson Chiropractic. Olson Chiropractic... highly recommended. read more

I came to Dr. Olson last year when my scoliosis and sciatica was acting up. And let's face it, at 30, I'm no spring chicken, but I'm also not as old as my mom. I was tired of going to Kaiser doctor's because they constantly wanted to put me on pain meds, which only masked the problem. Clearly it wasn't fixing it. After some persuasion by my hubs, I decided to make an appt. My first appointment was sooo incredibly thorough that I thought it must be a mistake. The medical assistant's and Dr Olson spent well over an hour with me. Taking my complete medical history, x-rays and my range of motion. After my first adjustment, I felt relief from the pain that had plagued me for years. And now, over a year into it, I constantly feel great. I'm rarely sick, I have enough energy to chase my 2 year old and am overall very happy. The office is such a positive place - it's hard to be in a bad mood when you step through the doors. I highly recommend Dr Olson as a chiropractor. What have you got to lose? read more

When I couldn't handle the back pain any longer, I finally search for a chiropractor. At first I was hesitant about this location because of a negative review that I read... but the price of the free exam was what I needed so I gave it a try. I was not disappointed in the least bit! From the moment I walk through the door the friendly staff made me feel comfortable and confident that I had come to the right place. The doctors and assisting staff did a full examination and got back to me quickly with the results. Although I had a long road to recovery they made me feel confident that they could help me and that I could get through this. They even worked with my crazy schedule to get me appointments. From the very first adjustment my back felt SO much better. I never knew that my body could have such a good range of motion! Both Dr Olson and Dr Taylor are WONDERFUL at what they do. I look forward to going and always feel great after leaving. I highly recommend this chiropractic office! :) read more

I cannot say enough good things about Olson Chiropractic in Concord! This is far more than just a chiropractic office - it's a true haven for healing and wellness. In addition to excellent chiropractic care, their additional therapies, like acoustic wave therapy and nasal cranial adjustment, have been game-changers for my overall health and mobility. The staff here is simply incredible. They go above and beyond to make you feel like family. They take the time to truly understand your needs, and their warm, welcoming approach makes every visit a pleasure. Scheduling is always a breeze, too - they are so flexible and accommodating, no matter how busy your life might be. Every time I leave Olson Chiropractic, I feel completely rejuvenated and aligned. I was fortunate to find Olson Chiropractic several years ago (before the days of YELP, even!). I've previously recommended Olson Chiropractic to several people, and am excited to endorse them here. I have no hesitation giving her 5 SOLID stars. For me, beginning care with Dr Olson became a life changing experience. I am not hesitant to say that because of her, I've been able to do things that I would have never accomplished without her. Dr Olson is an amazing doctor who truly cares about the well being of her patients. Part of any successful organization is the team that supports it, and I cannot say enough good things about the people that make up Olson Chiropractic. They greet you warm, caring, smiles, great attitudes, and you know you made the right choice when you walk through the doors ("It's a great day at Olson Chiropractic"). I recommend them without hesitation. read more

Before I started going to Dr. Olson I was unable to exercise or do some normal everyday tasks. Getting out of bed in the morning a pain. I'm HAPPY to say my health has never been better now that i'm under her care. I've been going in for an adjustment every week for the last 10 years. Now i'm able to go to the Gym 4 times a week to exercise. I rarely ever have back pain and if I do I know she will be able to cure it when I go in for a visit. I would Strongly reccoment Dr. Olson to anyone who who suffers from back , neck or general pain. I was afraid of going to the doctor before my first meeting with her. In the past 40 plus years I have been to a wide variety of chiropractors. Some were good and some were not. Heidi if not the best certainly ranks up there with best. Heidi is community minded and it shows by keeping the cost of her services down by choosing to be located where she is at. I have always felt safe when going to her office. She has a terrific staff that followers her lead. The staff is professional and compassionate. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for any of the services that she provides for her patients. I wish I could say the same about my MD. I can't say enough good things about my experience so far and I have been going there awhile. So to Heidi and staff thanks for the great care that I receive when I am there. I am very grateful she choose to work in Concord. read more

I read the last review the last two reviews and I think that part of the reason that they have such a bad outlook is because they probably don't have much experience with chiropractors. All chiropractors tell you that the root cause of all ailments are in the spine. I agree that this is an exxageration but I also believe that if you experience back pains from time to time that adjustments help out a lot. And I found Dr. Olson to be really good at her ability to adjust. I don't trust any other chiropractor to adjust my neck and back as well as she does. I have seen her off and on for the last three years and she helps me out alot. I think that that chiropractic treatment is more about skill than it is about equipment. read more
