The server was polite and prompt, as usual. The goddess chicken salad sandwich was honestly amazing. The chicken pieces were large and generous, and the sauce was so flavorful. The brioche bun was also quite good, with very green spinach. The side apple cabbage slaw was very fresh, but a little bland, and I feel it could have had a slightly more bold flavor (either more vinegar or spice, depending on the desired direction). We will continue to enjoy and appreciate this little slice of Washington.

I immediately had buyers remorse and wanted to leave to find another patio. Luckily my husband was able to sway the hostess to suit us outside, on account of it being my birthday. We settled up with our initial server and moved to the patio. Both of our servers were very gracious. Outside we could see the river and the train roll by. We had fried cheese balls to start- 10/10. The cheddar cheese was piquant, the breading was herbed, and the ranch dressing served alongside was not the kind from the grocery store! My better half and myself split the large order of chicken wings with sauce on the side. The garlic Parmesan sauce reminded me of the stuff Papa John's gives you, with more viscosity. It was not my favorite. The sweet and spicy sauce was my husband's favorite, and I thought it was okay. The wings were fried crispy and still juicy in the middle. We also shared the Italian salad which was awesome: artichokes, red onions, provel, Parmesan, salami, and a red wine vinegar dressing. We devoured both. My daughter had the toasted ravioli and they were some of the best I've had in a while. Really great experience and I'll be back for sure!

She did a good job though. Came here for our anniversary, and when making the reservation they ask if it's a special occasion, so we told. They never said anything or did anything special, no big deal but why ask. The first course was delicious bread and butter. And something else I'm forgetting. The one slice of bread they give should have been a warning sign. Between the two of us we ordered everything on the menu. Minus the wine/cockrails, we don't drink. I order a phenomenal lemonade though. I said "holy shit" when I took my first sip. The food was very good but the portions were so small I didn't feel like I could really establish if I liked something or not. It was unique food which is fun but i couldn't tell you if i found something new because there wasn't enough to appreciate it. It was beautifully presented and much of it was really delicious. The desserts especially. By the end of the meal we were both still hungry. It's kind of a rule for me if you're going to go out to a fancy place and spend the money you Really should not leave hungry. I would give this place 1 star for that alone but it's in a small town and I just can't. The peanut butter cookies they talk up at the end honestly felt like kind of a joke they were so small. It was literally someone's thumbprint size. You get one. We both looked at each other and laughed. We had fun but be prepared to go home and make a second dinner. Or there's always Taco Bell.

First of all the cocktails are wonderful. I'm an old fashioned girlie and their version did not let me down. My friends got some different, more unique drinks though that were really inventive and the sip I had of one of them confirmed that they do taste as good as they look. The lobster roll doughnut I had was really fun, and I'd definitely try it again, though I think sharing it with a friend along with a big side order of their fries might be the winning move here. I don't live in STL so not sure when I'll be back but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot to others as it really is a little gem of a restaurant.

The vibe is classic, elevated, and gives true cocktail lounge energy -- not loud or chaotic, just intentional and well put together. Now let's talk about what we came for: the drinks. We ordered the Old Fashioned flight, and when I say they did not come to play... they did not come to play. Each one was crafted differently, and you can tell there's real skill behind the bar. These are not bartenders -- these are mixologists. Every drink was balanced, strong (in a good way), and thoughtfully made. Quick tip: If you plan on getting the Old Fashioned flight, make this your last stop of the night... because you will feel it. Service was great, drinks came out in a timely manner, and the overall experience felt elevated from start to finish. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true cocktail experience in St. Louis.
