Simple questions turn into hesitation, checking with multiple people, and inconsistent answers. It does not inspire much confidence when they do not even seem to know what things cost. Last year they ordered contacts for me and told me to come back in a week. When I called to check, they had completely forgotten to order them. No apology, just more waiting. After two years, this is clearly just how they operate. Always late, poor communication, and disorganized. If you value your time or expect basic competence, this probably is not the place. Had my insurance coverage ready and provided it for them - from which they confirmed how much it would cover and how much would be out of pocket. Seeing that my insurance would cover up to ~$500 for the pair, I chose a brand name frame and proceeded to wait 2 weeks for them to come in. Came in on 2/25/26 when I got a text saying my glasses were ready and picked them up with no issues. About an hour later, I get a call from from these folks, and basically they tell me they had me under some other person's insurance and that I would be required to pay ~450 additionally for the pair I took home. Honestly was so appalled I lost my words. Gathered myself and returned them today. No apologies of any kind, just silently processed my refund, and didnt say anything as I left afterwards. To be honest, I wasnt even going to post my terrible experience here on Yelp, but was so irked at them not taking any accountability and not even giving me a simple apology for wasting my time cuz they couldnt do their job correctly, that I feel I need to post this for others to see.

When I asked to try another pair (wanted to compare) I was told that it was only the display frame and that if I wanted a brand-new one, I needed to specify that. There is good ADA parking on the driveway. All business is done through a modified front wood door with an access window cut into it. The grounds are kept very clean and the business appears to be run by an older man and woman. I had a short wait, as there were two customers ahead of me. I learned that he tries to repair while you wait. The lady assured me he would be with me soon. Five minutes later I met the gentleman and showed him my broken glasses. He told me they could be repaired but involved repairing the hinges and other items. He gave me a price quote-which I felt was very fair considering the damage. I paid up front (they do take credit cards) and I told him he could have them for a few days. I came back a few days later and the glasses looked great. The lenses were clean, nothing was loose, the repairs looked great! I was so happy-that's why im doing this review. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!

He helped me find the specific pair of glasses I wanted. The QR code said it was sold out, but he went out of his way to dig through their inventory and find it for me. These glasses cost about $200, which is kind of pricey. But, I pay for glasses at my optometrist for about the same pricey anyway. At least I got a pair that is super cute and fits my look.

my husband and I enjoyed our experience at Jins - we both purchased prescription eye glasses here…read morerecently, and it was simple and fast! walked out with our prescription glasses in-hand! there is a downfall, however: I have very low prescription and since they use premade lenses to custom cut to your selected frame, I was limited in frame size. because of where my pupil lands within the frames I'd selected, the premade lense wouldn't fit the frame (this has to do with your focal point - so the premade lenses are a perfect circle, and the center of the circle is your focal point/pupil location.) so I had to downsize my frames, at least for the purpose of using in-store lenses. I think if I'd gone to another eyeglass shop that doesnt do same-day glasses, I'd have been able to go as big as I wanted
