Can you give more than 5 stars?…read more Came to the mall to get Jins eyeglasses and left with Warby Parker eyeglasses. Wasn't expecting to stop in, but we saw it on our way out after striking out at Jins (love Jins, just didn't work out that day). Warby Parker had a great selection in styles with different size and color options. Also had better pricing than Jins, the cost of lenses are built into the pricing already. This location had amazing customer service which completely exceeded expectations. 3 of the staff helped us at various times during our visit. Each one was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They gave us the right amount of space to shop and browse on our own without hovering or oversharing info that I'm not ready to digest (overstimmy, you know). One of the staff even stayed beyond her shift to help, which we overheard when she asked another staff to step in since she had been over her time awhile. The other staff came to help us without missing a beat. She helped file two benefit claims for us; my benefits were locked but she was able to speak to her manager to figure it out. Her resolving that AND submitting my claim for me saved me the leg work later. I usually maul over buying before I make a decision, but they made it so easy I pulled the trigger.

At least in this location, within 5 minutes of me being in the store, an employee asked if I needed help. I believe her name was Serena. Well, I already knew which frames and lenses I wanted so she helped me get them ordered. She also was able to readjust the sunglasses I had previously bought at Warby Parker. She did if very quickly and I highly appreciated it! I'm not sure, but this location seemed to have more options for frames, which I liked!

I had a very disappointing experience with Unique Eyewear…read more On February 7, I provided my prescription and was told my glasses would be ready in about 3 weeks. However, things quickly became frustrating due to constant delays and inconsistent information. On February 28, I called for an update and was told I would hear back on March 2. On March 2, they called and said the glasses would be ready by the end of that week. On March 7, I called again and was then told it would take 3-4 weeks. When I pointed out it had already been 4 weeks, they changed it again to 4-5 weeks. On March 10, they called and promised the glasses would definitely be ready by the end of that week. On March 13, they informed me that their lab had lost the frame and they needed to reorder it and resend it to the lab. They also said it was the lab's fault, not theirs. However, the lab is their partner--not something I chose--so I don't think it's appropriate to shift the responsibility to someone else. On March 16, they called again and assured me the glasses would be ready by Thursday or Friday that week. Now, more than 7 weeks have passed, and I still have not received any call to pick up my glasses. This experience has been extremely frustrating. The repeated delays, broken promises, and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

He spent about an hour with me and gave credits for the price difference. 1 star unfortunately for Dr. Nguyen in working with the older generation or people who get confused easily in eye exams. My mom felt berated and "dumb" in not being able to tell the difference between certain numbers and its vision difference. I can understand the frustration the Dr. might experience, however, a professional and patient attitude is the only appropriate approach in those situations while working with the public.

If you want an appointment at any other time, you're out of luck for making appointments. I guess working for 2 hours a week is great if you can find it. Why bother advertising that you're open until 5pm or that you're open 6 days a week or whatever if it's just a lie? They engage in what I would call fraud, double charging you for evaluations you already had, although that may be "standard practice" in the United States, I'm not sure. Very, very overpriced and very slow for what they offer, but again that may be "standard practice" in the US and may just be the total nonsense you have to deal with from the "medical industry" here. Their appointment scheduling system is totally broken too, and constantly misfires, reminding you that you have an appointment at "midnight" and other nonsense. The doctor himself is nice, but the office staff are very rude, incompetent and low IQ.
