Simple questions turn into hesitation, checking with multiple people, and inconsistent answers. It does not inspire much confidence when they do not even seem to know what things cost. Last year they ordered contacts for me and told me to come back in a week. When I called to check, they had completely forgotten to order them. No apology, just more waiting. After two years, this is clearly just how they operate. Always late, poor communication, and disorganized. If you value your time or expect basic competence, this probably is not the place. I am extremely disappointed. Lindberg frames are an expensive investment, and the level of service and expertise was nowhere near what it should be for the price. When I asked to try another pair (wanted to compare) I was told that it was only the display frame and that if I wanted a brand-new one, I needed to specify that. The arm is nice and tight again! He did give me a price quote first and thought it was reasonable, especially for being able to have it done on the spot. Just a heads-up, the location is a little different--you walk up to a window at the house, but it was super easy. I would also recommend bringing cash if you have it.
