Excellent portions and good food. At first the pricing seems pretty steep but the amount of food you get is crazy! This meal fed two ppl (& one of them being a tall 6ft+ man) so you know it's a good deal. My fiance and I had a great meal and are looking forward to coming back soon!

Stopped in for my first visit and grabbed takeout to see what the buzz was about. Atmosphere & Service: Bright, clean space with a cafeteria vibe. There's a big counter to browse desserts, juices, and fresh pita. Staff were friendly and efficient, even during the dinner rush. The restroom was clean but pretty basic. What I Ordered: * Beef + Lamb Kafta Pita ($13): Kafta is a blend of ground beef and lamb mixed with spices. My wrap was fresh and warm, but the flavor leaned heavily gamy and needed serious help from the salt stash I keep in my car. The hummus was creamy but bland, and toppings were sparse--just a few onions and literally one diced tomato. The pita itself was soft and nicely toasted. * Pistachio Baklava ($5): Looked beautiful--golden layers, plenty of pistachio--but tasted chalky, flat, and not nearly sweet enough. Disappointing for the price. Pricing: Expect to spend around $18 for a sandwich and dessert. Other menu items range from $6 juices to $20+ platters. Overall: Clean and welcoming space. Quick, polite service. Under-seasoned food that needed extra salt and acidity. Desserts look much better than they taste. Would I come back? Maybe--I'd try a different protein or vegetarian option next time and be ready to adjust the seasoning myself. If you've been here, let me know your favorite dish--maybe I just didn't pick the right ones.

A fast casual restaurant I went to for the first time. My chicken shwarma wrap was delicious! Service was friendly and we got our food pretty quickly. It has all the usual mideast dishes plus some more unusual ones that I haven't seen on menus before and I look forward to trying.

I visit here a lot with my significant other, their family, and even my own family when they are in town. I love it here, reminds me so much of the food I grew up eating in Dearborn, Michigan! The food is great but more importantly the staff who serves you cares about your food and experience even more. I will never stop coming here and I can't recommend this place enough.

Solid healthy food. Thick puffy pita warmed in a brick oven. Fresh fruit juices. Very good tabbouleh and yummy garlicky baba. I Love how they reinvented a piece of corporate America Panera with authentic multicultural flavor.

I've been here a couple of times and enjoyed the place very much. You order at the counter and there's a table with cold fresh juices like mango to pick up. Only $5 each. There's also flat bread you can buy and take home. Only $4 each. The first time was with friends. One caveat is that the booth we sat in seemed small and the seat wasn't secured to the frame. I felt like our knees were almost touching, which was kinda too intimate for me. The food was great. I had moussaka, it was good but different than what I expected. Basically, it's an eggplant sauce over saffron rice or vermicelli and salad. Everyone else enjoyed their food. I noticed there was a separate room that you can reserve for a party, which seats 30. Nice to keep that in mind for the future. On my second visit I tried the three different flavors of fatayer: cheese, spinach, and meat. This is a middle eastern savory pie served as a finger food. They were delicious and filled me up. Only $2 each! I thought the prices were reasonable and I recommend this place!

Food was great! Friendly staff willing to substitute where it was needed. Clean inside with ample seating. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we found the chicken to be a little dry. Not terribly dry but not as good as we've had. The meat was seasoned well and tasty. All dips and sauces were good. We would return but have another favorite in this genre of food. Can't finish the review without mentioning the desserts- all great!

We had the large plate from the grille section. It said it could feed from 6 to 8 people. We were more than 10 adult, and it was pretty filling for all of them. The price and quantity was right. I had olive and lime veggie platter with fried cauliflower, falafel and hummus. I loved the hummus and cauliflower was crispy and soft from inside, just the way I like. Overall, the food and service was great. I really enjoyed eating there with my family. Of course, assorted Baklavas were sweet and delicious. Love it. Our food was served right way, with in 10 minutes, their service was supper fast and fantastic. Definitely recommended for family or couple night out.

How have I never been here till this week?!? I feel like I just stumbled into a hidden gem. Everything was delicious and fresh. The counter service was efficient and friendly. You order, find a seat (We sat outside since the weather's been beautiful lately), and someone brings all your food out to you. There's self service for any fountain beverages you purchase, but PLEASE try their fresh juices up front. My mango juice tasted like I was biting into a juicy mango! The hummus was smooth, baba ganoush was flavorful and smoky, and the meats were grilled perfectly. You can taste the char and it was authentically seasoned. The saffron rice was fluffy with a generous amount of butter (fine by me! Lol), & even the humble lentil soup was bright and rich. It's always busy and seems to do quite a bit of take out business as well. It's a perfect lunch or casual dinner spot. We saw alot of families there. This place is legit!

It was my first time trying this restaurant and I'm so glad I went! The service was great and the staff even gave recommendations for what to try. Also there was a lot of seating to choose from! I'm vegan and didn't even have to ask any questions because their menu was clearly labeled and had a lot of great vegan options! Me and my mom shared the olive and lime veggie platter. It was delicious and very filling. We even had some leftovers! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I will be back for sure!

We really wanted Frenchi's, so we drove up to this OG location. No line which is great! A nice woman was working the counter. We got our sammies and brought them home. They were as solid as always, but there's some things I have to note: Frenchi himself always made our sandwiches to perfection. Toasted, hot, perfectly made. The two times we had another employee make them, they are just different. Same ingredients, but different ratios maybe? Today my husbands Eiffel came super toasty and meats/cheese heated up in a microwave (or toaster oven maybe?) My Buckeye always used to come warm, but only if Frenchi made it. Twice now, I got barely toasted and my meat wasn't warmed at all. Also, man I loveeee the house made chipotle mayo but today was just way too much sauce. Yes, I should have spoken up about what I specifically wanted, but part of my reviews need to include things like consistency. Today was fine, but not the 5 star I've come to expect. One star off for the other location being closed and not posted anywhere. One star off for inconsistent sandwiches.

Also, on Saturdays, you can order a pound of chicharron for $20. A bit about costs: I think it's a bit expensive. A single empanada is $5. There are price breaks for larger quantities ordered. Italian sub and double patty burgers are each $13. The Appolonia Italian is a decent size, but the buger, even with double patty, felt small. The service is super friendly! The quality of their offerings is much higher than average. Everything tasted really good, no notes.
