When I insisted I had talked to someone and I expected them to honor the phone call, that person came and let me exchange my plant. I asked for a solid paneled barricade that was leaf proof and highly private. What I got was exactly what I needed and hoped for from leveling the ground, steel posts wooden sashes and topped off with a redwood lattice top. Keith dug deep holes and used concrete for the posts and from start to finish completed the removal and cleanup of the old fence and debris replacing the rotted mess in less than 2 days. Their supposed lead showed up multiple times seemingly intoxicated and was extremely aggressive with the working staff.
