Three days later I noticed one was dying because of an aphid inspection…read more I called them and they said bring it back for exchange. 30 min later I showed up and was told they do not do exchanges for plants as they are living things and if my dog peed on it they would have no way to know. When I insisted I had talked to someone and I expected them to honor the phone call, that person came and let me exchange my plant. Their supposed lead showed up multiple times seemingly intoxicated and was extremely aggressive with the working staff. The unprofessionalism with profanity, aggressive behavior, smoking on the job site and leaving the cigarette buds needs to evaluated from within.
