I told her I wanted the same items but different sizes and she pointed me in the right direction as to where the items were. I ended up finding the shorts in the right size. I also wanted to get a cowboy hat, so she assisted me in finding a color and size for me that perfectly fit my head. But I think about the lack of customer service these days and my thought was, how can we complain about the younger people when they have no professional leadership. I even walked over to Rhonda and said that was so unprofessional. Not even a apology out of her. It was basically the attitude who cares. I personally like Boot Barn, but they need to upgrade the mgr at this location. Never had unprofessional mgrs at Cavender's.
