I went to buy bunch of clothes for my vacation worth about $700 and the staff was so unprofessional and rude . I value my time and money so I ended up putting all the items back and took my business elsewhere . I won't be dealing with that type of negative energy . Definitely need new staff because it seems like this location and Bandera location is the same type of service. Definitely don't recommend Kohl's . I see why they have such a low ratings . Also they may deal signs to trick you you're getting 20 percent off certain items and when you go check out they " apologize " for incorrect placement of their signs . Such a waste of time at this store . They really need to make a change .

All of the clothing was next to new and the prices for the UA and Nike brands I bought was a steal! Looking forward to bringing in all of our boys clothes to help keep their number up in the bigger kid department! They also have a great selection of shoes!!!!!! Really great store and the staff was so helpful! I asked if they had anything else and one of the workers brought out another bin to look through! My wife and I came here to exchange some pants that were bought online because the size wasn't correct. They did give us a few problems at first, but the manager said they would take care of it and he did. Took a few stars away because other old navy stores do exchanges all the time without hesitation. It sucked the manager had to get involved in order to get this taken care of, but at least it was taken care of.

I used to love going to Texas Thrift because they had a good selection of products and prices were…read moreonly slightly above average (I.e., a nice polo was $5-8). However, over the last few months they've been changing their pricing. Items that used to cost under $7 are now over $10. There are some items that they list at what would be typical MSRP. For example, an Under Armor hoodie with a big stain on it was listed for $20. This doesn't limit itself to clothes, I found several single quart Rubbermaid containers for $5 when a pack of 4 is around that. It seems like they only pay attention to the name of the brand and then ignore the condition of the items. The workers are always nice and the service is good. It sucks that they adjusted the prices on everything.

They weren't hurting anyone and it was actually nice to see a lot of families shopping together. The book selection is so-so. Still a decent size, but it feels more like a hodgepodge of this and that unless it's children's, romance, booktok, or best sellers. Fantasy was meager and I couldn't find sci-fi if it existed at this store. The value section was weirdly fun. I bought a microwaveable egg container I totally don't need, but for just a dollar, I'm willing to try it. The cashier has that sweet Southern charm I'm very familiar with, having grown up in Texas. She was fun to speak with and clearly enjoys her job. Nice experience for me but I wish there was a better selection of cat litter.

When asked about a price that was one the price stand she said in a sarcastic manner," oh, would you look at that" and took the price away.
