There weren't very many people in the store yet I had to look for an employee to ask for help. The young lady I found was steaming clothes and was clearly surprised that I asked her for assistance. There was a woman leaning against the checkout counter whom she informed she'd be going to the back to get my jeans. That woman was standing there reading and didn't even bother to look up. Instead, she gave an approving nod. Hmmm...no greeting upon entry, difficult to find an employee to help and let's not forget the employee who couldn't be so bothered, seems like customer service is not a top priority of this BR location. I put the jeans back and decided to take my money elsewhere.

Cato lost my sale and my business but apparently they're doing fine because the sales person was also loudly discussing the total amount of sales they've had for the day.
