It's a small mall with basic stores and chain businesses. They keep it clean and organized and there is plenty of parking. I went in a few stores to browse but the check in wasn't working. I think the internet is limited inside the mall. It was spacious and easy to walk around both in the lot and inside common areas. I didn't meet any mall staff except short interaction with some store employees. It's on an access road and easy to get to. read more

Stumbled across this mall searching for a sneaker store in town from DFW. The Family restrooms ALWAYS a plus with a special needs large teen! Thank you first of all! The ONLY downside: The outside of the mall seemed outdated and run down (almost sketchy looking) but once you get inside...VERY NICE!! The money was visibly spent to keep it nice looking inside. A great amount of stores and options! Very nice! You might rethink the outside appearance tho. read more

The place is empty with no real stores other than a handful. It's smell and I don't know if it's the people or the mall itself. No consistent AC around the mall and over all just a sad place to be. To top it all off there was a blood bank /donation station out in the open in the middle of the mall while people walk past.... Really wtf? read more

Less fashionable and often forgotten-about Mall in the Northwest part of San Antonio that is sort of halfway between the rich and the poor areas of the city. It's not too bad and it's not too busy because it's not too fashionable (I said that already), and probably needs a facelift, and probably won't get one because it's one of those old 80s style malls that is still clinging to life and doing so fairly well. In the area and not wanting to make the extra drive to North Star or La Cantera? Then definitely visit this location! It was newly renovated in 2018 and I must say it's very nice! The contractor they hired redid the floors and set up a lounge area near the food court. The food court was remodeled with sleek, new tables and chairs. There are also multiple new restrooms around the mall which before there was only one in the food court. They have a few new stores and moved a few store locations around. This mall has a good amount of stores from high end to very affordable yet fashionable! They have always had a Starbucks which is a must when I visit this mall also! read more

It has been months since I have been to Ingram Park Mall, and there have definitely been changes made. The first thing you notice is the change to the signage for the mall near Loop 410, the direction from which I arrived. They have given it, as well as the mall entrance facing 410 a more modern, industrial appearance. I happened o go in through JC Penney's on the upper level and when I hit the mall there was an immediate notice of changes that had been made. First of all, the upstairs is carpeted. I'm not sure if this makes 100% sense because people do have food and drink out there. But I have to admit, I liked the feel of it under foot. Also, it probably helps with the noise when it is crowded. The second major change is that where there used to be railing at the edge looking down into the first floor, they now have heavy glass panels. It really looks nice, adding a classier look. More seating has been added to the mall area for resting during those hectic shopping trips. The seating I tried was on the hard side, but I did see outlets in the furniture. I'm guessing as long as you have your charging cable, you're set. The food court has also gone through an upgrade, with better seating. Right now there aren't that many restaurants to choose from, but hopefully there will be more in the future. Overall, I give the changes to Ingram Park two thumbs up. As one who ha been around long enough to have seen the mall built, it nice to see the owners investing in making it better. read more

I was casted as a model to participate in #BeautyWeek at Ingram Park Mall. I modeled with #LuxeLoft Models. The #BeautyWeek event held at Ingram Park Mall celebrated all things beauty like makeup tips 101, newest beauty trends, skin care & store giveaways during September 16-22. Sat 9/21, I walked in the #BeautyWeek Fashion Show held in the mall. I modeled fashions for the retail giant Lane Bryant. I must say I ripped the runway okkkkk lol and I looked fierce doing it! (See attached video) The 2 Hour fashion show event empowered women and beauty in all shapes and sizes. Other retailers that were showcased in the fashion show were Rue 21, Macys, American Eagle, & JC Penny to name a few. There were dance performers, singers and the huge mall crowd to cheer us all on. I rate the entire event 5 out of 5 stars! I felt empowered and beautiful walking the stage and felt fierce while doing so. The Ingram Park Mall #BeautyWeek was a success. IPM is a lovely mall with tons of shops and a great food court. After I walked in the show a few models and myself grabbed a bite in the food court. I ate at Charleys Philly Steaks, boy can you say good! I was in question about what to eat with so many options in the food court but I was sold when a sweet woman asked me "Sample?!" she smiled and handed me a piece of the philly steak on a toothpick, the steak was so tender and tasty. I was sold! She also handed me a free fry coupon with any purchase! Yessssss! I ordered my philly and redeemed my free fry coupon. I've had Charleys before at Rolling Oaks and North Star and they didn't disappoint in Ingram Park Mall. Super hot, always super fresh and everything is grilled in front of you! Ingram Park Mall is always a good time whether I'm shopping, modeling in a fashion show or hanging out eating lunch. One of our major malls aside from North Star in San Antonio, check out Ingram Park Mall. Beautiful mall, tons of shopping retailers, food court, playground for kids, elevators, tons of vendors & kiosk. The mall is always an adventure! read more

This mall has really undergone a huge makeover. I hadn't been here in years and I am surprised at the variety of stores this mall has now and not to mention the renovations the food court has had done. Some of the stores include Think Geek, Box Lunch, Express, Dallas Cowboys store and much more! Parking was a little hard to find but once you get passed that I recommend grabbing a cold coffee or beverage at their new food court and enjoy shopping around. One thing I would like to add is that they no longer have an IBC or Security Service Federal Credit Union locations inside the mall, which is a little inconvenient but its easy to get your mind off that by shopping at their many stores! read more

This is no King of Prussia, Galleria, or La Cantera, nor does it try to be. This is a functional, locals only type mall on the West/Northwest side of San Antonio. The anchor stores are Sears, JC Penny, Macy's, Dillard's. The chances of finding a place to polish your Tiffany and company jewelry under warranty, reset your Vertu, or buy a Robert Talbot shirt are much better at La Cantera. The best thing to find here is lower prices for the same common items as other malls. I never see customers acting like being there was a choice, or destination, but more of a necessity. This place is four stars for having deals in stores; 2fers, bogos, the right clothes for work or casual, easy parking, and unpretentious stores and service. I should give it an extra half star for that last attribute! read more

I am going to preface this with I am absolutely PISSED Tf OFF at the lack of care this mall has for the safety of its patrons! At 6 pm on August 3 2022. My husband son and I were on the down escalator from the food court to the first floor. A man and his two(I assume ) little daughters right in front of us. These mother fuckers who run Ingram should watch themselves or they're gonna get sued I swear to the gods above n below-why you may ask? Well HALFWAY DOWN- someone stopped the escalator abruptly. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND DANGEROUS. I've seen people get pant legs and even the skin of their thighs ripped apart by these metal monstrosities but today we almost got flung off. This is my second favorite mall in San Antonio - there's not too many to begin with but this location has everything I need and is closer to where I live outside the downtown area than North Star. Compared to North Star it's really just lacking the uppity Saks which I am happy to do without. I think the food court might be a little better and there's certainly less of a crowd at any given moment. I especially enjoy the 2nd floor is carpeted - it's not much padding but it's better than concrete and on cool days we'll take a trip to the mall to grab a bite or cup of coffee at Starbucks and get a little walk in. The architecture of this mall is really pretty too - I don't think very many folks take the time to enjoy the view but the natural light from the various skylights is very pleasing. During Christmas they have a children's choir come in and that was so cool to see. This is more than a mall, it's got the pulse of the community going thriving here. We stumbled upon this mall and it was your typical mall. Nothing too spectacular. It had the usual department stores, food court restaurants, etc. I was impressed that in the restroom area at the food court, there was a room for nursing mothers and the family restroom was huge and even included a kid sized and a normal sized toilet and sink. Perfect for families! Besides that, it was clean for the most part and had a variety of specialty stores as well. If I'm in the area, I'd definitely stop here but I don't think I'd make a special trip to go to this mall. If I remember correctly, there was no movie theater which was a bit disappointing. It is what you might expect for an older mall. I do prefer some of the stores in this mall over the stores in the North Star mall (but that is just my particular preference). As of the writing of this review, there is still a little bit of construction going on in the mall. Construction does not get in the way of navigating the mall. The food court is small and what you would expect for a food court. It has decent, cheap food. They always have an ample amount of parking, and I have yet to go at a time when the mall was overly crowded. A few of my favorite stores here include: ThinkGeek, Box Lunch, and Bath & Body Works. I enjoy coming here for a few convenient stores, as well as some shopping. Food court isn't bad, I enjoy the food options. The complimentary kids play ground is fun for the little ones, and clean. If you want to find the biggest douchbag in this mall (I don't know why you would), but go to Zanes Jewelry kiosk outside of the Disney store, that dude wins the prize. Ingram Park Mall may give off a Skid Row feel from the outside, but don't judge, they have San Antonio's finest inside waiting to make your day! I've always heard people say that the only mall they frequent is Ingram because they have the best prices, I would have to agree. Also, we laughed endlessly during our last stop...sooo many funny things happened. Here you can count on: *A good amount of people eating pickles while shopping *Customer service saying "Ehhhhh" with tongue out and all ;) *Walking into farts *Employees making humorous small talk about items they don't have ***Example: My sister was looking for a Jessica Simpson Oxford shoe and our attendant kept inputting "Jessica SiNson" into the computer and saying that she's worth trillions, now that's good talk ;) *Hot cholos randomly breakdancing *Attendants karate chopping garments to make sure security tags were all taken off All in all, the people of Ingram bend over backwards to make sure that you leave satisfied. As a kid, I loved this mall. To a 13 year old, Spencer's Gifts held a world of wonders and curiosities that made my parents frown. The food court held a treasure trove of choices all in one rotunda that was unparalleled. As a teenager, I worked at this mall. Project Earth was like my home away from home. Have you ever worked at a mall during the holiday seasons? So. Many. Weirdos. My favorite weirdo was an 80 something year old mall walker named "Happy" who would refer to every male that worked in the store as "Shane". As an adult, I hate this place with the fiery hot passion of a thousand exploding suns. It's not just that I've grown up and want to slap every kid coming out of the Hot Topic in the mouth. It's that the mall has gone so far down hill that I wouldn't lose a wink of sleep if the place burned to the ground. Like Central Park Mall did. Not only is the clientele a little, shifty, but the place has just become filthy abomination. I'll leave you with this true story. The Mrs. and I were at the mall, attempting to patronize it when all of the tween/teens were at school. I needed to excuse myself to the restroom. The closest was in the food court. In stall #1, some dapper gent had a frightful GI "issue" and didn't quite make it to the throne in time. Fortunately, he left his mess there. In a nutshell, this was the perfect analogy of what Ingram Park Mall has become. read more

I think this mall has comparatively everything the standard mall has but on a smaller scale. I was not impressed with the cleanliness and the overall state of the mall. I gave it a three because the safety and environment is just a concern. There has been a lot of petty theft here and on the outside in the parking lots. As far as the pricing. I found it to be good. Nothing really overpriced. Typical mall prices. The food court in my opinion not to bad. Go there on a full stomach. Lol. Basically if you just got an urge to go to the mall and just making a quick stop, consider it. If not I'd make the drive to North Star Mall. Better experience, better food, more variety and you will have a better time if your getting a full mall experience. read more

Torrid All under one roof. If there are any plus size gals reading this, they understand how hard it is to get several plus size brands under on roof. I'm gonna be honest, there is nothing great about Ingram Park Mall. The only reason why I go here is because of the convenience, being that I live in the medical center and at times don't like feel like going to North Star Mall. However, I've noticed that there are a lot of sales at department stores and saved a lot of money versus going to North Star where it's very expensive. I came to Sephora inside JC Penney and don't plan on coming back with such short staff. If I go into the Sephora main store I'm greeted and get help in a snap. Here no one helped me ring up my purchases and there was a line. I had to flag someone down. I remember as a kid Ingram Park Mall was the place to go to, now it's not so much popular and ghetto. Get there early to avoid the crowds and find easy parking. read more

This is s great mall. Lots to offer shoppers. The main stores I really like are Coach, Dillards, Guess, Macys, Sesrs, Pennys, Victorias Secret, Bealls, Charlotte Russe, Game Stop & The Disney Store for the kids, Bath and Body Works, James Avery as well as several other jewelry stores. Love the bling. There's a Starbucks, Lubys, Chick-Fil-A, Great American Cookie Factory, & several other places to eat at the food court. Good security, easy parking. VIA bus service. read more
