Don't sell your items here. Brought a new running stroller and car seat in to sell that was still in the box unopened. Also took in some clothes all cat and jack some still with tags. They offered me $40! That was Including the stroller/car seat!!!! Wth are you crazy! No! When I said no I'll take the stroller back the told me they couldn't separate the items. Great service. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the cart buckles, they are broken and because of that my son kept standing up and ended up falling out. I used to enjoy coming here all the time. But this last trip has cause me a lot of distress and discomfort. It's usually pretty cool when you find stuff in pockets in clothing at a thrift store/ second hand place. Oh not this time, I found the top half to a condom in my baby's clothing. How it got there I have no idea. I was doing his laundry and I found it in the washer. He is only 6 months old. The service while we are there is usually pretty good, no problems there. The prices are okay, some stuff is priced amazing others not so much. Nike tracksuit for $19.99 no thank you. I just know I will never be returning to this store. If I ever do I will be checking every single little pocket. I do not want a repeat of this situation or something worse hidden in the clothing. read more

I had a great experience with two locations in the Springtime .... The summit location and the store at 1604 and 281. With eight grandsons and one granddaughter!, Kid to Kid is a fantastic place for me to get good quality clothes, equipment, and toys. In a 3 month timespan, I got two new grandbabies and bought $175 worth including clothes, a bike for one of the eight year olds, a baby monitor, and toys. When they grow out of the items, I can sell it to the shop or donate to a ministry. read more

A friend took me here today - I honestly did know places like this in TX were a thing! They had a great boys selection which is RARE! All of the clothing was next to new and the prices for the UA and Nike brands I bought was a steal! Looking forward to bringing in all of our boys clothes to help keep their number up in the bigger kid department! They also have a great selection of shoes!!!!!! Very disappointed, I come often to sell and was told today they wouldn't buy the items because they are the same items from a different location "they weren't" maybe a few but, what bothered me the most is they didn't even look it's ok they lost my business my family's business and my next door neighbors. First time here & it was great! I have a chunky 3 month old who is going through his clothes so fast I can't keep up , they have lots of clothes here at a fraction of a price compared to buying them at a big chain store, I was able to find a sit me up chair too for him for half of what it would have cost me if I had bought it at the store & it still looks new. I have been taking my child's clothing here for 5 years. I shouldn't have. The price of their used clothing is moderate. Most of the time it is okay, sometimes they are overpriced, sometimes you get a deal, let's call it a C+. Sadly, that's the high point. I don't know that I would recommend selling anything to them. I have walked in with name brand name (Ralph Lauren, Justice etc.) That have been barely worn. Last week they offered me $12. for $250.00 worth of clothing. So let's be VERY generous and give them a D. Now, the worst thing about them; Customer service. The owner is a complete jerk. He billed me 3x on my Credit card, he then told me it was my problem and I would have to deal with my bank. He is very rude and a poor business man in dealing with the public. Unfortunately, his attitude has trickeld down to his staff. There used to be some nice women who were be nice and helpful. They are long gone, the staff there now is haughty and very unhelpful. Give them a F for customer service. My point is there are plenty of childrens stores around San Antonio. There is no reason to go to this one and plenty of you should not. Have kids? Then you know how fast they grow out of things. I am a foster parent and I had a micro-preemie and preemie clothes were huge on this little guy. Fortunately they had a ton (I bought a good portion of them that day) at a great price. I got a bunch for him and a bunch of stuff for my toddler for about 30 bucks. I was on a budget that day but I saw a bunch of other stuff I wanted to buy.
