I sent her to the floor for different sizes no joke, like 5 times and she never seemed irritated with me. I went there last Sunday and found a great array of bikinis and shorts for the summer in reasonable prices. Very friendly and helpful staff, when my armload got too big a very nice male staffer brought me over a bag to put everything in. For finding clothes to wear for a season or two and not spend a fortune I really like Old Navy. This store is my favorite for it's location and friendly staff. read more

This old navy is Huge. I been here a few time. It was pretty clean and everything was pretty neat. No need to dig thur a mountain.

I personally do not care for Old Navy. With that said, my husband hates spending money on clothes and I am the unfortunate sap that has to venture into stores to find him proper fitting clothes. He is a medium, and that size is true to fit. Not too long, not too short, not too baggy, but just right. When Old Navy has sales, they are usually good buys. I went out of my comfort zone this past trip and bought a dress at full price. I know I over paid for it and it doesn't exactly fit me the best, but it was the only place that I have seen a maxi dress this season. When dressing myself I usually do not go here because I find the women's clothes run very large and are not flattering on my body type. read more

I have always loved Old Navy and this specific location but today was the first time that I used the restroom and it was disgusting. I felt like I was in a dirty gas station bathroom. There was toilet paper all over the floor and paper towels overflowing out of the garbage. As if that was gross enough, the most disturbing part was that the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and I was weary of sitting my child on it. Sounds funny, but, I am very disappointed with my favorite store now. :( read more

I rarely write reviews, but I had to give a shout out to Erikka at the Old Navy in the Sacramento Promenade. First of all, she made me feel like a queen in the dressing room. She was very attentive and got whatever items I needed. I'm always good about bringing my clothes out afterwards but she stopped me and told me not to worry, that she would take care of everything. I was so exhausted after a long day that I left some very expensive bracelets in the dressing room. I hadn't given it a second thought and about 5 minutes later she found me and returned them. I was so grateful! Thanks Erikka for your honesty and for making my visit a positive and enjoyable one! read more

I usually don't write reviews but Karine (manager) deserves an amazing review. I placed an online order to pick up in store. Customer service described my order as "stuck in the system" which means they can't complete my order and recommended that I cancel my order and place a new one. I spoke to Karine, she went above and beyond helping me. She called customer service herself and tried to figure out what was going on with my order. She then got my order together from her store and put all my items on hold for me (she didn't have to do that for me). I have never had someone from a clothing store help me so much. I came in recently and asked for help from an employee... who was of asian decent, short, curly hair, had a nose piercing I believe... She had immediately came off very rude and as if she was going to be off in about 5minutes. I asked her for a size recommendation and she tells me that I "should be wearing clothes that don't make me look any larger than I already am". I immediately took this to offense, yet shook it off. Secondly she was on her phone? Aren't there no phones aloud?!!! How are teenagers allowed to work. Love the store, not the customer service. read more

As always you know I gotta ask 10% military discount, yes!! This place has the best deals on quality back to school sales for the kiddos. I've got three and it was about $100 a piece, but I can tell you there stuff lasts FOREVER! I can't even count the number of families I've passed my girls clothes onto. I also like this Natomas location better than the Roseville one, people go crazy out there so there is never anything left. I ended up buying up a bunch of their cute little graphic tees and all there jeans are $10 for the kids. They use to only offer the military discount on the first Monday of the month, but I guess enough of us complained so now you can get your 10% at anytime. Please note this review is only for the kids clothes. The women's clothes are great if you are in your late 50s and no longer care about anything...not sure what happened there, but I never shopped there for my clothes anyway. :) read more

DIRTY!!!! Went shopping on the 24th of April (sunday) So I'm sure not many managers were on staff. Went to the bathroom and I almost vomited from the urine smell and dirty toilets. If I didn't have to go so bad after an hour drive, I would have held it. No carts! Only bags, which are a pain when you have a bad shoulder and back, plus you're carrying your already heavy purse. Please order carts! This Old Navy is the closest to me, but I will drive the extra 20 minutes from now on to go to Roseville. Clothes all over the floor, employees ignoring your attempts at asking for help because they're all young kids gossiping with one another. Couldn't even get help from dropping everything when my arms were full of clothes to buy. Dressing rooms are also filthy and the floors haven't been mopped I'm sure since remodeling. Went to go into a dressing room (no employee in sight) and some kid came rushing up to me without a name tag on and said, "you need to leave your bag of clothes out of the dressing room" then..."how many?" Uhh, I'm sorry, what?! My response.... Security walks around and doesn't even pick up clothes off the floor in front of him, just walks over em. Guess accidents don't concern loss prevention? Spent $129.00 and I won't be back ever again to the Natomas location. Very, very disappointed in the cleanliness of the store, especially the restrooms! read more

i usually wouldnt shop here but i decided to give it a try and one of the workers named Erikka Robinson was so helpful and sweet. she helped me calm my son down by giving him a balloon, she took her time out to help me find accommodating jeans because i didnt know what would look right post-baby. she just made my experience at old navy really nice and i plan on going more often now because of her. read more

5 star customer service. always friendly, professional, accomodating. prices are right (expert clearance shopper I am!). fabrics are cool to the skin on certain items I favorite. however, some fabrics are really thin and see-thru (just a small bleep). flip flops are awesome. pants and jeans to fit any shape. cool colors. even at Christmastime, just nice, cool employees. thank you old navy. again...THE best customer service at this store..so much so, had a bad experience at a different local store, came in to Old Navy and was taken aback by the extreme constrast of excellent customer service. Just regular folk being friendly to their customers like it should be. very pleasant personalities that work at this store.
