I hadn't been to old navy in several years, but I stopped in to do some last minute shopping on Christmas Eve. Procrastinators unite! I was very impressed at the neatness of the store (especially remarkable considering the time of year), selections, and sale prices. I found what I needed for gifts and a couple of sweaters, a dress, and leggings for myself all on clearance. The staff members and manager there were upbeat, pleasant, and helpful. If I can put zero star, I would! We went to fitting room to try out some pants. The fitting room #3 cannot lock well. I was leaning on the door while my girl was changing. Some employee decided to give the door a hard push. My back was hit hard by the door. My girl would be heading to emergency if that door slammed onto her head! We were chatting all along. There was no way she or he didn't hear someone was using the room. I screamed and that person continued to do the same thing to the rest of the fitting rooms. My husband was using another room at the time. His door almost sprang open too. When I went to checkout, I complained to the lady who has short hair with blonde tips. She was not even apologetic and said "there is nothing I can do. I will let my manager know". Felt like she is the guilty one. Be careful when you use their fitting room. You may get injured and exposed when trying clothes out! read more

I went to Old Navy specifically to get new pajamas. I looked on line and they have a huge selection, many of them neutral and non Christmas. They even had a Chanukah set. I saw some pink ones that I really liked. An additional draw was everything was 50% off. I figured while I was there I could also find a new pair of jeans. When we arrived the displays were bright and cheery. I really like there sweater collection. They have several that I like, but i bought new sweaters last year so I'm not in the mode to buy a new sweater. Upfront we saw lots of nice christmas PJs. They also had plaid. All were flannel which was good as I wanted some warm winter pajamas. In the back they have just pajama bottoms. 99% of the ones they had on there website are not in there store. I was very disappointed. Online they have a larger variety. I saw a couple of pink ones that I liked. They even had some light blue ones with polar bears on them. The Chanukah ones even looked great. The sales lady was polite and offered to order them online for me so I could save on shipping. I thought of that, but I don't know what size I am and didn't want to hassle with having to return or exchange them. Plus their location isn't near my house, so returning it would require a drive all the way down the Delta Shores, deal with parking ect. Not worth it at this time of my life. They did have a nice collection of cute fuzzy socks. Next we looked at jeans. They have several styles, but not the color I wanted or the length From what I could see they don't offer short, or ankle length. Thus unfortunately I didn't get any jeans either. I guess we're off to Macy's to see if they have their pajamas in stock or if it's only on line there too. It may be the going trend, shop online. If that's the case I might as well shop on amazon, there it's 2 day shipping and free returns to the UPS store that's only down the street for me. read more

Came into the store to see what's new and I was so surprised that no one greeted or acknowledged me! It's 3:30 so the store isn't busy but there maybe 5 other customers in the store with me. Old Navy at Delta Shores Shopping Center looks good on the outside and looks excellent interior too! The store is very standout when I look around in the middle of the parking lot. It makes me feel I want to go inside the store. The exterior design of Old Navy is a winner. Inside, the store looks very similar to the other Old Navy stores but better organized, and the clothes are better displayed. All the different sections of the store are very colorful. The rack and shelves are very clean, and the price labels are marked very clearly on the items. The employees seem happy to work here. They're friendly, they're attractive, and they have a smile on their faces. The parking lot is enormous though they are part of the Delta Shores Shopping Center. A lot of parking spaces are available in front of the store. I know this is a safe place to park my car. read more

I came shopping on Black Friday morning and they were busyyyyyy. But I could see that they had lots of workers and were really trying to keep the store clean and organized. I purchased a bunch of their $5 Pajama bottoms and a few other on sale items. The line was long but moved pretty quickly. When I got to the register, the gal was really friendly and chatty. She did tell me that a few of the pajamas I picked up weren't $5, this was a little annoying considering their were several racks that had these "wrong" pajama pants hung up with a $5 sign...so they obviously had a miss placement of product. I get it, they're busy and the cashier was nice about it but it was their mistake, would've been nice if they honored the price for me and then changed/moved the pants to correct their mistake. Lol The store is pretty large and they have a ton of clothing at great prices during the holiday. It's a great store to get your holiday shopping done, just make sure to use the price scanner to get accurate prices. read more

Went into Old navy in Delta Shores. I was excited to see what was new since I'm a frequent shopper and purchaser of Old Navy. The associate that rang me up seemed nice. I asked if she could order some pants that were not available in my size and have them shipped to my house. She proceeded with ordering them online. I asked her if they were 50% off and she shrugged it off and said I think so. Card members were also getting an additional 20% off. She didn't apply that amount. After I was walking out of the store I double checked the receipt and she didn't apply any of the discounts. I went back to ask her about it but ended up with another cashier person. When I asked her about the discretion she said "sometimes it happens. I don't know what to do about it." She asked the associate that rang us up. I said she didn't apply the 20% off for card members. So she said "just give it to her". She wasn't doing me a favor. That's what the promotion was!!!! It's ridiculous the laziness and attention to customer service both of these associates had. She basically told me when the pants arrived I could bring them back for a refund. I was upset and asked for the manager and she said you have to call customer service. I asked her to cancel the transaction. She called customer service and we left. What horrible horrible customer service!!!!!! The associate never apologized or even acknowledged anything she had done. She was just nonchalant about the entire situation. read more

This store is very well stocked if you come on the right day. Make sure to give yourself time to dig through racks because there is SO much to look at. The employees are good at checking in on you, it can get to be too much and feels like they think everyone is stealing. Yet there's nobody to help in the fitting room. One big positive is the store is willing to order and ship to you for free which helps when trying to find popular sizes. read more

I appreciate that during COVID, customers can still try on clothes. Now, with the store, I wish they would restock on the smaller sizes. Often times, they're out of my size or the item I want is not in store. I can never find anything in xs for my husband here either, so it's frustrating. Plenty of parking spaces available in the shared lot. Clean interior. Didn't find anything good in the sales racks. The prices are a bit up there, so I can't imagine myself shopping here on the regular. Some of the graphic tees in the men's section are decently priced, and the fabric is super soft. I don't like how pushy the cashier was with signing me up for their rewards program. Basically, when I said I wasn't any existing member, they said "let's sign you up" in such a way that made it difficult and awkward to refuse. At least ask me if I want to join and present it as an option rather than force people. read more

While this location is smaller than the other Old Navy locations in the area, I like it the best. Since I usually hit up the clearance section first when I go to any Old Navy, I tend to judge the entire store based on how organized their clearance section is. This one tends to have one of the most organized sections. They will have a good amount of items on clearance and you can usually score a good deal. Plus they tend to man their registers accordingly so that the lines are not too long. My only beef is that this is a dead zone for my phone so that when I see something and want to text or send a pic, I usually can't. That's not their fault though so I can't hold that against them. Staff here are friendlier than most. One day I happened to be looking for something in particular and they looked it up online until we found the right item. Added bonus was that they had it on clearance too. When I went back to see if they had more of the same items, another sales person helped me find more online so I stocked up. Newer store so they usually have more sizes in stock then the one off Stockton Blvd. I'll come here after going to the other one if I don't find the sizes I need. 2 stars for customer service. Can't speak for everyone that works there. Just the girl who rang us up yesterday specifically around 4pm. Also 2 stars for their promos. This store usually doesn't have all their promos signed accordingly in the store. Compared to the one on Stockton Blvd. There promos are clearly signed and I have come in during the middle of the day and there is almost always someone at that store checking signs and making sure everything is clear for shoppers. Unlike here. Purchased to pairs of sunnies for my girls. They were half off :) I was pleasantly surprised Bc there were no signs. So I asked her if all the accessories were on sale like the hats. She said yes. I said even the Mickey hat for toddlers. She said ya all accessories including hats. So I said perfect I'll go grab them. As soon as I leave she tells someone she has to go... ?? I go grab the hats... wait in the long line. Then get rang up. No deals. Asked the girl about the hats being half off Bc the other girl told me they were. She checked over the walkie. No deal. I asked if any hats were on sale. She checked over the walkie. No deal. Which was frustrating because we wasted 20 mins in line... and of course the girl who was convinced "all accessories including hats.. including Mickey hats" were on sale. read more

I received a gift card from my secret Santa at work and wanted to get out of the house so why not. Delta Shores is so close to my house so I like to go there and honestly no one is ever there... it's really nice! Hint, go early in the morning and you will basically have the place to yourself.... so nice. I usually just shop Old Navy online as the selection is MUCH bigger... that is another tip for you, but with COVID I work from home now so I sometimes just need to get out of the house. The place is nice and clean which is a HUGE plus for me. The guy who was working the door on Saturday morning at 10AM was very sweet and welcoming as soon I walked in... thank you for that. Everyone was wearing masks, and there was hand sanitizer at the door (and it smelled really good). They FINALLY had my size jeans in the boyfriend cut that again was a huge plus so this trip was a success in my opinion. The only downfall is the selection was a little... well... blaaaa! They had mostly workout style clothing and PJ's. But, maybe that is because we all kinda wear that a lot now??? But, you know what you do need to have other clothes too as some people like to wear "normal" pre-COVID clothes too. So, all I asked is to get that to a 5-Star you need to get that selection up, I love comfy clothes don't get me wrong, but not everyone wants to wear sweats ALL the time. read more

First I'll start with a tip, if you have any promo code emails, make sure you download them and screenshot them before entering the store. I have always found reception to be horrible in most of the stores at Delta Shores. Next, I'll say I don't spend a lot of time making negative reviews, but I've just about had it with the interactions I have in the service and retail industry and this Old Navy doesn't seem to be the exception to that. When I come in I don't feel welcome, I feel like an inconvenience and imagine that-- I'm the one here using my hard-earned money that keeps other's bills paid by making my purchases here. I think at least a little kindness and friendliness can be mustered up since that's a baseline of humanity AND you are getting paid to do that. No one asks how we are, welcomes us in or asks if we need any help and each time I've checked out (having been here several times) the cashiers are always talking to each other throughout instead of interacting with the customers and not really making it a great experience. Again, I don't feel very welcome or wanted, customers seem to be an inconvenience. Today that was the same thing, and when I asked to enter my phone number for the rewards (which they hound you about signing up for if you don't have it each time) I guess that's now not something they use and the cashiers nonchalantly talked amongst themselves about how they are not going to ask people for it and "oh well" if the customer doesn't bring it up. All said right in front of me and my family--that doesn't feel great to basically be told to your face that someone doesn't care. That is a terrible model of customer service right there. I hope in future hiring, a little bit more consideration can be made into a quality customer service representative who actually wants to be there and has the skill sets (or at least desire) to perform their job well. I don't need to deal with checked out and inconsiderate employees just so there's a body there to allow me to purchase my goods. I could do that online at anytime and save myself the headache and heartache. I am only giving the positive stars because of the location being convenient to where I live and the fact that this store allows me to shop for my whole family in one place. The young man was rude when speaking to a coworker in the very front of the store so anyone walking in can hear the conversation. When I was checking out he also was so condescending to me about which items were on sale. Im still shaking my head at how this guy is a leader in that store. Then I asked (I'm assuming) the floor lead if she could get what I wanted down for me. She said yes then went back to talking with a different store associate. Laura is the rudest manager i have ever encountered. I've witnessed her not only being rude to customers but also to her employees. She is someone you do not want to work for. Hi, style. There are some great bargains to be had here, but you have to look hard for them. I recently bought two shirts here for $6.99 each. The times I've been here it's been neat and tidy, one time it looked like a tornado struck. Clothes everywhere , I guess it depends on the time of day and who's been shopping. I'm a fan of the slim fit shirts and most of the shirts here are slim fit. Children's clothing has a play area with a coloring table. There is about 10 fitting rooms at the back of the store. read more

I'm not a real fan of this location only because the layout is very confusing. Toddlers and girls are mixed together and things are just more scattered than other stores which made me keep going back and forth between sections hoping I didn't miss anything, using up more time. The customer service here is horrible. I went yesterday and the representative named Nina had a horrible attitude. She kept rolling her eyes while checking me out and was not pleasant to interact with. She didn't say thank you or tell me to have a good day, like decent customer service would be. I went into the store yesterday to return some shirts I purchased the day prior and I was the only one in line. It took someone at least 10 minutes to even ask to check me out. There were associates all over the store. The day prior, same situation. There was only one cashier and I had to wait 10 plus minutes to get help. That's two days in a row! Ironically, the cashier from my first visit and second visit was the only cashier there too. I don't think I'll ever come back to this location unfortunately. I would rather drive to the old navy in Arden or Elk Grove for good customer service. read more

I typically avoid old navy even though they have cute clothes and bargains, it is because the line seems to always take forever!! Walked in today while it's pouring rain and there was no customers, so slow! Wait about 1-2 minutes for an employee to come out. When the employee does she says nothing but I'm helping someone out. Then comes around the corner the lady she is helping, no problem. As I'm waiting for what feels like this never ending transaction the general manager, Nick I believe, comes by. He is an example of true customer service. Apologized for the wait and helped me do my less than 2 minute one item return quickly. Working in retail myself I highly value dynamic customer service. I am so thrilled that an ON has been opened at the Delta Shores shopping center. I've been a loyal customer of the brand since I was a teen, and continue to find appropriate styles for myself and now for my young children. Men's stuff too! The staff here are very friendly and eager to help. You can tell some of them are still learning, as it's a new store, but really awesome customer service. I'll add that the store manager is ultra nice and he's on the floor asking if anyone needs help. Nick, I think his name is.
