Today's only plus was buying a workout head band for only 47 cents. However, today the store was so messy. First, the clearance section had so many clothes on the floor. Also, on some tables the clothes were just in huge piles and not organized. Lastly, some of the price tags were not on or partially ripped off. I love this store but can they at least have it clean. read more

I LOVE Old Navy. I shop in store and online all the time. This old Navy is always well stocked and fully staffed. If you can't find what you are looking for on the shelf it is easy to find an associate to help you out. This is my go to location for old navy if I want to see something in person instead of ordering it online. Old navy products purchased online can be taken back to the store and they always accept the return with no hassle. The key to old navy is this: being a cardholder. They have an old navy visa that I can use anywhere and still earn points towards reward dollars to be used at old navy. read more

I'm really surprised they have so many negative reviews. This old navy is the best one I've been to. Every employee was so nice and so helpful. The have a huge selection and awesome deals. I drive to this location instead of Temecula's, which is closer to where I live, because of the selection and people who work there. Thank you for being such a great store! read more

I love love love Old Navy!!!!! I love their clothing and they have amazing deals!!! I shop there quite often, I either go to this location or the one near my job. They need to do way better at this location. Employees are not friendly at all!!!!!!! They rarely notice you, I asked once about a sale and the floor manager had no idea of the sale!?!?!? We went to this store because it is close to home. My husband wanted to use a gift card he received for Christmas. I sat in the front of the store while he shopped. He found 2 shirts that he wanted. He got these shirts off of a table that had two 40% sale signs on it on each side. When he got in line to check out there were 3 people in front of him with 2 cashiers (one of which is a manager). the first person was checked out no problem. The next 2 people had well over $200.00 worth of kids clothing each. My husband is disabled and has a problem standing for so long in the line waiting. There were 3 people in line behind him. I asked the cashier in front of me if they could please find another cashier to open a 3rd register due to so many people in line and those two women with so many items. She asked the manager to get someone else to check out. The manager said she was going to call for someone. 5 minutes later, she still had not gotten anyone. I went to her and asked her again. Another 10 minutes and she had still not gotten anyone. I asked her again. She finally got someone. She was very rude to me. The two women checking out had to ask the price of each and everyone of the items to determine if they wanted the items or not! My husband went to the 3rd cashier and was rung up and found out the shirts were not on sale and rang up at regular price. The cashier threw his card back at my husband and went to check the price. He came back and said they were not on sale. My husband then said forget it and walked back to find the signs on the tables. The signs are misrepresented and placed on the 2 sides with that merchandise on sale and the middle shirts on the same table are not. Very misleading. This whole time the two ladies are still checking prices and checking out. My husband DOES NOT use fowl language but these people and their rudeness and attitudes caused him to drop quite a few "F" bombs on his way out of the store. Meanwhile when we walked out.......the same lady was STILL at the checkout getting price checks!!!! The fact that they have no accommodations for the disabled and the RUDE and POOR ATTITUDES of the employees we will NEVER shop at Old Navy ever again!!!!!! This old navy is a zoo inside with kids allowed to run around like animals, playing with items they do not plan to purchase and undressing the manicans.....all this plus it looks like a dump! The managers need to be more concerned about this stores appearance! read more

I had an emergency where I needed to purchase a pair of jeans, and one of the sales associates was super nice when I called. Not only was she super polite, she personally went and pulled the jeans to set aside for me to make my trip easier. I will be be calling the manager also, because it's service like this that makes shopping easier for me. read more

Oh.mygosh. Went on a weekday morning to get some jeans that I knew were in this store because it said so online. Couldn't find them, thought maybe they were in the back. Couldn't find anyone on the sales floor to help me find them. Ended up grabbing a few other things and waited in line to get someone to help me. The only two associates checking people out were very new and didn't know how to do anything. And I mean ANYTHING. It was a nightmare. I told the associate I was also looking for a pair of jeans and she said "oh, okay." I said, "so...can you help me find them?" Blank stare. Associate: "oh, you want some jeans?" Oh my gosh, yes. Yes I do." She had to ask the manager to help, which took 20 minutes longer because then everyone else in the store who needed help kept asking her for help and she helped them first. Then I had to wait in line again. The clueless cashier didn't even know how to give me change from the cash I gave her. It took me 1.5 hours to get jeans!!!!! Ugh!!!! read more
