I have somewhat of a love/hate relationship with ON. They have some really cute items, although 60% of the store is way too plain for me and a little too what everyone else is wearing. I like to be unique, but uniqueness isn't really found at your local Old Navy store. I usually only buy staples like camis or jeans from here. Occasionally, I'll find something tres chic like my most recent purchase, a silver and black leopard print cardigan. This particular store is the one that I do go to when I'm in an Old Navy mood since it's only 5 minutes from my work. The people that work here are a-okay, middle of the road, nothing special. I was in here last week and the guy at the register was super friendly but everyone around the store and in the fitting rooms seemed angry at the world. I've never been asked by someone folding t-shirts "Can I help you with something?" I think that kind of service should come standard. There's nothing that peeves me more than walking past an employee of a store while they try to avoid eye contact with you. That is an all too familiar feeling at this store. But I can't use my whole review to rip on Old Navy, there is still some good about this place. The good stuff about this store: -The store is usually clean and organized -Store is BIG, meaning racks aren't crammed together, so lots of space to browse without running into people. -Lots of clearance and sale items -Super cute jewelry and accessories. This helps to make their sometimes boring clothes stand out more and give you the unique head-to-toe outfit that us girls like. This is one of my favorite stores to find nice work clothing (tops). They have a lot of solid basics for decent prices like camis, tshirts, etc, and their clothing is definitely more modest overall. Lots of their tops and dresses are "billowy" and don't cling. This is a nice large store, nicely organized as well. This is one of the few stores I've been to that has more than like 3 fitting rooms as well. Their clearance section gets a little wild, but I've found great stuff there too! WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARDS WHEN YOU MAKE A RETURN, THIS LOCATION STEELS! This location is an absolute mess! Nothing is where it is supposed to be, and the sizes are all out of order. Beyond that the managers of the store (or who I think the managers are anyway) seem to be so rude! One instance I witnessed over at this location was very troublesome, in my opinion. I was shopping, and an associate had told (what I am assuming was) her manager "one of our customers is asking that we open up another register." The managers response to her, "there are three f***ing people in line, I am not opening up another one." To me, I was absolutely appalled by this awful language! Firstly, you should not be using such foul language to your staff, secondly, you defiantly should not be using such foul language in front of your customers. Ridiculous. On top of that, I once made a return at this location and it was something I purchased on my credit/debit card. I waited for days and the credit didn't show up on my card. I called the location just to find out that this particular store had issues with returns. The money had to be going somewhere, and since I've worked in retail, I think it's safe to assume those making the returns at the register were crediting it to themselves rather than the customer, especially because the manager told me this was an ongoing issue. I doubt it was a technical glitch. Beyond that, every time I have put a call out to this location, I end up waiting on the phone for an average of a half an hour. Which is particularly frustrating when you're trying to get your money back from these thieves. I would not recommend this location to anyone, its a mess, you have to wait forever, the managers do not seemingly treat their employees right, and most importantly, WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARDS, THEY COULD BE STEELING FROM YOU!!!!!! read more

Wow... horrible experience. Not that I expect much from Old Navy employees to begin with but at least from management? If you plan to use your Groupon BEWARE they don't seem to be aware what a Groupon is and how to apply it to transactions. I went to exchange the shoes I bought with my Groupon for a different size and was told I would lose the discount because I can only use a Groupon once. THAT MAKES NO SENSE... all I was getting was a different size shoe. I experienced terrible customer service at this store this evening. I waited in line forever. They only had two customer service agents and a third finally came up and I was still waiting in line as the other two just left. Waited 15 minutes to be rung out I was next in London new asked them to please get someone else to help check. They just said you are next in line. Waited another 10 minutes. Rude lead.. he rung my item yesterday and as i was asking for one that rung wrong couple time he ignored me as if he didn't hear what I asked. Second time one item rung again with wrong price he finally answered and said what on the tag is not right. And ignored me again start talking to the next cashier to him. The lady asked you looked mad and just smiled at her. Super rude lead if you have a bad day you just being racist change you job. What is it about Old Navy? Is it just me? Why does the clothing they have arranged on the mannequins look so darn cute, but then I try it on and my first thought is "blah". I've scored a ton of long sleeved t-shirts here, some print tees, running pants, and pj's. It's good for the basics. They had some nice looking outerwear on sale when I was here last, but that wasn't part of my shopping list that day. (Probably a good thing. If I buy one more coat or jacket I think my husband will commit me. Or leave me. Maybe both.....) I guess it's been a year since last I was in this location. I still hate the parking lot. And my most recent trip was a bust. I don't know if it was because they are just bringing in the fall stuff or what but the selection was seriously lacking. I circled around twice and it seemed like there was less stuff than in the smaller ON I had gone to earlier in the day. No changes to the layout, either, which I found to be kind of obnoxious in general, since you kind of get herded and trapped into spots in the store. Not a fan of that. I would go to another store. I tried to return a non-clothing item that I just bought and they would not accept it. There were no signs posted as such policy nor did the receipt state it. They were also not nice in stating the return policy---they acted like I bought the items 6 months ago instead of about two weeks. I would shop elsewhere. read more

The store seems like it's stocked well, but the most irritating thing in the world is when NONE of the clothes are on the right hangers. A small is on an XXL hanger, mediums on small hangers etc. I know exactly what I'm looking for, but have to spend an extra 10 minutes digging for the tags. Pros vs.cons....Pro? Management and some staff wonderful, cons? They lost my items! Me and my friend went thanksgiving morning and shopped for 2hrs filling up bags, a associate named "de" was very nice enough to put all our items on hold so we could come back later that night and buy all of it on sale. Another associate put them in the back, we returned about 1am, after waiting in over a hour line we get to the front to find out all of our items were GONE! All that work for nothing. Management then (store manager) was so kind and caring she instantly helped anyway she could, grabbed me a personal shopper (star) who was absolutley wonderful he needs a raise! Anyways grabbed me him i told him everything i had in the bag as he rushed around the store fighting a crowd of 300+ people just to get me my items back. He had each and every item i had within 5 minutes. Then the store manager was nice enough to bring us vip to front of line and get us ringed up and out. (Which there was a 3hr wait so it helped alottttt!!!) Then we had a very sweet associate again went above and beyond just to make us happy and got us 10% off. I will return because i have never had such great customer service, a huge problem turned into not a problem at all with all the help i had. Kudos to star, store manager that late evening and de and are cashier who rang us up and got us out fast. Thank you all for helping us. read more

If you are looking for a good, affordable, and stylish clothing store, then go to Old Navy. Old Navy is one of my absolute favorite clothing stores. I get so much for a little price. My whole wardrobe is pretty much from Old Navy. The employees always offer to take the clothes when I am done trying them on, and the people at the cashier are very patient when ringing me up. Since the store is pretty big, it is not hard to find where anything is. They have a very nice collection of clothes and they are pretty modest. The most recent item I got there was a light brown sweater. It is very pretty and simple, so I can wear it with almost anything. They also don't just sell clothes, they sell a good amount of jewelry for a good price. Old Navy most of the times has a good sale or deal going on which makes the items even less expensive. Once again if you are looking for a good, affordable, and stylish clothing store, then go to Old Navy. read more
