Back to school shopping is never fun but this year Old Navy hit it out of the park. The new styles, selections and colors were top notch. And prices? Almost everything I picked up and really liked was on sale. BOOM! Back to school starter kit DONE! Highly recommend. Staff there are very helpful and efficient. Not a big fan of Old Navy. As a big Guy, I find that their sizes run on the small size. There were plenty of associates out and about, all friendly and smiling. Attempted to purchase a Halloween t-shirt for my little goblin. The sign on the table clearly said they were $5.00, yet twice I brought one up and twice I was told they were full price. At that point, I said enough and walked out. No thought to customer service at all. Offer me a shirt for the sale price, come take a walk to the display to help me out. Or do nothing and watch me take my business elsewhere. read more

Great clearance here. Got a bunch of late-gifts for dirt cheap. Got my jacket here as well. They had 4 IN MY SIZE, and this is the end of December, and living in Westwood, I usually go to the Old Navy stores in Dedham or Walpole, both having none left. While I do really like my local Old Navy stores, this one is much less picked over and less busy. For that matter, tons of checkout registers open, I actually think they had all of them open, and barely any line. This is never a reality at my local Old Navy, where you must have to wait at least ten minutes in checkout, or even more at peak times. Newly remodeled, very organized and tons and tons of merchandise. Often a clearance section too, which I've never seen in other Old Navy locations. Located in the Shoppes @ Blackstone Valley in Millbury, close to Barnes & Noble. Parking can be tough at times, but you'll normally be able to find a spot around. 5 stars for Old Navy. read more

Love the old navy store but not sure why there is always a long line and very slow moving every time I come in. Wish they would call more cashiers up when they saw the line all the way do the end of the aisle and continue to only have 2 cashiers. read more

15 people in line as always one manager came up helped a cahshier saw line walked away texting in her phone... Then came back to help cashier still having problems. I asked for a manager when I finally got there I had waited behind only 5 people.. I asked the manager and why she couldn't jump on. She said people out back comming on next shift would jump on when they come out. I said why don't you until then? "Store policy she said". What to make sure your customers wait as long as possible so they NEVER come back? So then she said she would find out where these "people outback were" She then comes back with a girl who had been already on the floor already and had also walked by the 15 person line (with only 2 cahshiers on) several times and didn't seemed fazed. The clothes are piled to the ceiling on the tables in huge messy heaps like a big junky rummage sale! The merchandising looks like ... Well CRAP! Everthing smells like cheap plastic from China. The store is AWAYS such a huge mess you can't find anything and the line is not worth the trouble! People are nuts to go in there! read more

The woman that assisted me when I was trying to find clothes for my upcoming vacation was AWESOME!!! I wish I remembered her name...At many places the people stocking items act like you're bothering them if you ask them a question or ask for assistance; this girl went out of her way to assist me and I will definitely go back there (this was my first time shopping in this Old Navy location - but it won't be my last)... read more

This store sucks. The shelves are either always bare or sizes are not normal mens sizes its normally toddler sizes in the mens section. The staff is lazy and slow I waited in line for about 15minutes with only one person ahead of me because the girl was pretending to search for the product on her phone but she was truly texting. I would avoid this store unless your are a toddler or shopping for one. read more

My recent visit today was awful. 6 out of the 10 items that I chose were marked incorrectly. The table that I picked things off of had a sign with a sale price on it, but only 1 style of the 6 displayed items were on sale. The same situation with the shirts that were hanging. There were signs that stated 45% off with 4 different designs on the same pole, but at the register the cashier clarified that only 1 of the styles was 45% off, the rest were full price. read more

Last Tuesday I decided to go into Old Navy. What a mistake. Let me preface this by first saying I very rarely write reviews but his was a notable experience. I walked in with my husband and was greeted by a group of people and racks of clothing everywhere. They were running around like soldiers in battle getting orders loudly and strongly given out by a team leader who extremely overestimated her importance , like she was the general. They were bumping into each other and into me and other customers constantly excusing themselves. I never saw anything like it. I've been in retail for 20 years and have never seen a stock team conduct themselves like that. There was no way I could shop in that environment. I heard other shoppers reacting exactly the same way.Couldn't wait to get out of there. read more
