Carolyn & Roberta are so helpful and wonderful and have the best eye for unique clothing and accessories! The quality is also amazing! Well, my dress's laundering instructions said machine wash and dryer ok. I wore it once! I don't dry my clothes in the dryer especially my beautiful clothes from here! So anyway, my dress came out of the gentle cycle ripped from v neck halfway down the breast line. Well, I shop here many times a year for business, special occasion and every day. Carolyn felt so bad... she said she'd contact the mfg. and send it back to them... I asked if she had another if the same dress, she didn't sadly. But she gave me a gift certificate for the amount I paid... graciously!!! I tell you... I love this place. They are a small business worthy of as much business as you can give them. You're the best ladies!!!

When you are ready to say yes to your MOB or MOG dress, make the appointment. Go see Kelly…read more Yes, there's a fee. Pay it. It's worth every penny. Kelly listens--not just to the color or style you describe, but to the whole story. While I was prattling on about wedding details, she was quietly picking up on the vibe the bride is trying to create. And when it was time to hit the racks? Sure, I could choose gowns--but I quickly realized there was no need. I just let Kelly do her thing. She knows her inventory; she skillfully pulled several gowns that fit my criteria. The first gown? I didn't want to take it off. Same with the second. And the third. A few misses? Kelly didn't even waste time zipping them up. She takes care of you--zipping and clipping, yes--but also prepping the room before you arrive and rehanging each gown with care. That may not sound like much, but if you've been to other stores, you know it's not a given. My challenge today was choosing between several dresses any one of which would have been lovely. When it came time to decide, Kelly didn't rush me. She gave me all the time I needed--and even encouraged me to FaceTime the bride. I had Kelly's undivided attention throughout, and the support of my daughter in the moment that mattered most. Which did I buy? The very first gown Kelly put me in. This girl is good! Do I regret visiting other shops first? Not really. My experiences with well-meaning attendants at traditional bridal boutiques now serve as contrast. This shop is focused entirely on mothers --and it shows. In every way, they are in a different league. If you value not just selection, but also service and experience, it's time to meet Kelly for yourself.

Thus if you're looking for pants for example, you might need to wander into eight different areas in the men's department to look at them. It's a ghost town in this store. Etailers have certainly taken their toll on many if not most brick and mortar venues. It's difficult for them to compete, though when it comes to clothing, it's obviously helpful if you can try them on. This Macy's is located in a small local mall in Auburn which has seen better, actually much better days. There used to be a Macy's Home store which has been converted to a medical facility and a Sears which still appears to be empty. So it's good that Macy's is hanging on, but a question mark about things to come. Let's finish with a positive. There's always plenty of parking available for Macy's and the rest of the mall!
