This store is legit always seemingly a mess past the front displays of expensive things no one buys. No registers in the regular side of the store any longer everyone has to go to the pink side and it's also a mess and kind of cramped waiting in line. I actually was cut in line here twice. The staff was apologetic but I really just wanted to be in and out as soon as possible there's no cell service or WiFi in the store.

I didn't realize that the sales person gave me the wrong bra and so I had taken the tags off. I go to return today 5/05/2024 and because the tags were off they would not return. So basically I have a bra I can throw in the trash because the sales person grabbed the wrong bra and now I'm also out the money on top of not having the bra. I willllll neverrrrr Shop here again

We had the most wonderful experience with Shelby who took our wedding photos! She was so easy to…read morework with, especially as we were planning a wedding in South Bend, IN while living in St. Louis, MO. Everything was easy breezy and we didn't even meet until close to the ceremony! And even though we only met once before the wedding weekend, The photographers were actually such a fun presence with us on our big day that they felt like friends we had known and invited as guests to our wedding! They had a great way of leading us into amazing shots and poses but still allowing for natural, organic interactions making beautiful candids. Her turnaround was so fast with all our photos, and she was incredibly patient as it took us WAY too long to make our selections for our photo book. Shelby is an absolute gem, her photos are gorgeous, and she was a joy to work with! I would hire her 100 times over!

It took 20 min to find a good item for purchase and 50 min in-line to pay. It was so bad multiple…read morepeople gave up, dumped their items and left so don't ever expect to get out quickly. They have a good selection and prices but products are a complete shambles/mess, where similar items and sizes are found on multiple racks or draped over racks. Essentially, it's like a bomb went off but the aftermath is products.
