I had planned almost every detail of the wedding and knew exactly how I envisioned my big day but the problem was I could not oversee the coordination of all the vendors/individuals in the execution of my plans. My fiance and I were beyond thankful for her because she really enabled us to enjoy every moment of our big day!! When tiny things went wrong (and of course something will go wrong!) - Wendy always had a creative solution and did her absolute best to take care of it as quickly and quietly as possible. I was especially thankful for Wendy because I my niece (the flowergirl) had an issue come up and was unable to make it to the wedding ceremony with her dad so we were unable to get a complete family photo right after the ceremony. Very near the end of the reception, my niece and her dad finally came and Wendy orchestrated getting EVERYONE together for several complete family photos! We were SOOOOOooo thankful!! The "flow" of the dinner and throughout the entire evening was exceptional. And, it was incredibly MEMORABLE! The biggest compliment I have is there response time. Even if someone was on vacation, I always got an email or phone call within 24 hours of reaching out. When I went for the food tasting in May 2019, Dayna made sure all of our special requests were met. She went above and beyond to help us create our own specialty menu to accommodate gluten, dairy and garlic allergies. Prior to the wedding, Dayna and Nora set up a walk through at our venue. They knew exactly what needed to be accomplished and just made sure I was on the same page as them. No thinking necessary! By the time my wedding day arrived I had no second thoughts or nerves about Cuisine Chez Vous because we had gone through multiple plans and had all of our vendors on the same email chain which was a breath of fresh air. When I arrived at the wedding venue everything was even better than the photos I provided! The flowers, tables and linens, plates, glass wear, food and beverages were all provided by CCV making them the perfect vendor for me, a bride who lives 14 hours away from where she is getting married. The food of course was phenomenal but the service is what I'll remember the most. At any point in the night, you could get your wine, liquor or water glass filled. The best man joked there was no reason for him to get up because food and drinks were constantly being brought to the table! In regards to drinks, those were poured perfectly for a crowd that is more into shots than mixed drinks. I could go on and on about this company and its employees. We noshed on mini hamburgers, chicken on biscuits, baby cubans, some cheesy thing (I thought it was a quiche but my roommate said it was a quesadilla), and some kind of rice ball with dipping sauce. And the desserts! Whoa. Chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick, anyone? How about chocolate mousse cups? Chocolate chip cookies? Yes, please. I'm pretty sure they also brought the bartender, who served up some stiff drinks. These guys were professional, efficient, and made some seriously tasty food. Word.

A number of amenities were made affordable, and therefore feasible, because we hired M&M. The rates we received from vendors, with Myriam as our representative, were far more favorable then the ones we sussed out before hiring her. Not only were the prices great, but the service was also exceptional. Her professionalism and reputation spurred vendors to do an excellent job so that she would one day advocate for them, too. Before we hired Myriam, we had very little idea of how much we should expect to spend, and as a result, we were hesitant to make any firm commitments. We had been engaged a year and a half when we met Myriam, and had decided upon absolutely nothing. I am especially thankful for Myriam's patience with us as we got used to synthesizing and articulating the details of our dream wedding. Wedding planners have to be gifted arbitrators, since the traditions, wishes, and opinions of two people (and by extension, two families) have to be weighed equally, and ultimately reconciled into something unique, memorable, and beautiful. In the days leading up to the wedding, my bridesmaids frequently commented (with no small amount of surprise and relief) about how relaxed I was going into the big day. Adrian didn't just pick songs & play them. He truly hosted the evening. Introductions were accurate & appropriate. Timing was spot on. He managed to keep everyone happy - ages ranging from 18 to 87.
