I tried calling on several occasions to make sure someone was there before driving over, and no one ever answered. Couture was completely different. I called and asked how quickly they could turn around a dress that needed altering (a week, they said), brought my dress over, they did their measurements, and less than a week later I was picking up a perfectly tailored dress that cost $75. Cash only and due upfront, but they let me pay on pick up because I forgot to bring cash (oops). Will definitely come back!

I was tired of ill fitting clothes made for the masses that made me feel frumpy, stuffed and unattractive. ;) I started with a pair of pants that fit the thighs, but was big in the waist. This one alteration on a simple pair of pants CHANGED MY LIFE!! Proper fitting clothes REALLY DO make you feel like a million bucks! Greg's work was far more professional that I had expected given my history with 'dry cleaner tailors' I used in the past. He had a quick turn around, about a week. I was so excited with the result, the next visit, I dropped off *5 pairs* of pants to have similar work done and again, just flawless. The work was so clean, it was like he hadn't done anything. Greg was a keeper! I've since brought other random items to him and was surprised when he gave his honest opinion on whether or not something was 'worth it' to alter. Being able to say no to a customer goes a LONG way in my book. It proves he is not just trying to make money by altering any piece of polyester that comes through that door. He truly believes in the craftsmanship of his work and that is the sign of a professional and a gentleman. The last item I brought to him recently was a polka dot dress I just HAD TO HAVE, but it fit wrong once I went up to a size that fit my trouble spots. In the dressing room, I said to myself, SELF: I bet Greg can make MAGIC with this dress by just altering a few spots. A week and a half later and an astonishingly affordable bill for the work...MAGIC. I got so many compliments on the dress that day, it just solidified how having a great tailor in your back pocket can change everything. Wow, where to start?! I was maid of honor for my friend's wedding on October 17th, and the original…read moretailor she brought her dress to completely botched it by the first fitting. Too much material taken off making the dress way too revealing, completely uneven hem along the bottom. Not only that, but they were so rude, wouldn't let her try on a couple different pairs of shoes to make final choice, and pushed her out after 30 minutes. I found Sienna after doing some research, and easily made an appointment for me and my friend the following week. Working with Sienna was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We were given all the time we needed (And we needed it! On one visit, I brought my friend 17 pairs of shoes to try on, no joke!), she listened to exactly what each of us wanted for our dress alterations, and she miraculously totally fixed the botch job the other tailor did. When we first went in, my friend was convinced she'd need to scramble to find a new wedding dress with just 30 days time, and after just a couple visits, she had a gorgeous dress that looked as though it was made just for her. My bridesmaids' dress came out great, too, as did a pair of jeans that needed hemming that I threw into the mix. I can't thank Sienna enough for her great work, patience, and professionalism. She knows exactly how to make each person feel beautiful through decades of experience.
