I got my order around February 20. The size was too small for me. As soon as I put the boots on, I realized they couldn't be used and asked to return them. I did. ONE MONTH AFTER MY ITEM WAS RETURNED, after I had to send MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO REMIND THEM ABOUT MY REFUND, they told me they couldn't refund my money because the item was damaged. THERE IS NO WAY IT WAS DAMAGED. I haven't even used it. I'm sure they don't even know which item is mine--they might have even lost it themselves. That could explain why it took so long; it's like they're not keeping track of their items. Or worse--and this is also possible--since the item was in perfect condition, they just decided not to refund my money and keep the item themselves. With this terrible customer service and these reviews, I guess they have to scam hard to stay afloat. I asked for proof that my item was damaged, and of course, they couldn't provide any. I'm posting this review on as many platforms as I can. If they manage to resolve my issue, I will update all of them with a 5-star rating. But I already know they won't. I stopped in here the previous time I was in this mall with Barbie, but not the most recent time by myself. We went in half the stores in this Mall, and we didn't buy anything from most, including Journeys, as we usually don't, as we just like to browse. They have some pretty cheap deals and not bad compared to the Houston standards.

Concern Regarding Customer Service Experience at Franklin Bath & Body Works…read more Dear Store Manager, Today, we visited the Bath & Body Works store in Franklin intending to purchase several items, including some Wallflower plug-in fragrances. During checkout, the cashier advised us to return to the sales floor and select additional scents that qualified under a promotion in order to complete our purchase. We followed her instructions and left our selected items at the register while we chose additional products. When we returned to the checkout area, however, the cashier continued assisting other customers rather than completing our transaction. More concerning, she appeared to prioritize two customers who seemed to be personally known to her, despite our having already been in the process of checking out. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with the same courtesy and respect afforded to everyone else in the store. Instead, we left feeling that we were treated as less important than other customers waiting to be served. We are professional minorities who live and work in this community, and we believe all customers deserve equal treatment regardless of background. We took the time to shop in your store and were prepared to make a purchase, but ultimately chose to leave because of how we were treated. We would appreciate your review of this incident and any steps that may be taken to ensure that all customers receive fair, respectful, and consistent service. This is one of the best stores for selection. They always seem to have a better stock than the BB&B near my house, and always have a ton of stuff from the previous season (tons of clearance at this location!). This store is spacious and has all of the standard departments you'd find in any Bed, Bath & Beyond store. Prices are a bit on the high side, but that's evident at any BB&B location, plus service is always top notch, and with the unlimited 20% off coupons on any item (including clearance!), you just can't go wrong. Make sure to keep at least a few with you, and to sign up for in the mail catalogs and emails! Now, my only complaint is the way one of my returns was processed here. This store does need to be able to process returns without a receipt though!!! I brought in an item that I bought at another BB&B a few months ago. They took a while to try to find the item in the database and couldn't find it. All of the employees were kind, yet they said that there wasn't anything they could do about it, they did say to bring it to the store I bought it at, which I will do soon. Yet, I appreciate there help and they were super kind and friendly, so it really wasn't a big deal.
