I was meeting friends at the Spectrum last night. I was a little early so I decided to pop in to Old Navy for some Christmas shopping. I liked a sweater on display but couldn't find it in the store. The friendly salesperson scanned the tag and told me it was the last one. It wasn't the right size so I was already thinking I would drive to another location in the morning when she said it was available online and she could waive the shipping charge and it would be delivered to my door. She walked me to a register (even though there was a small line), completed the purchase and gave me a tracking #. I was pleased and went about my night. This morning at 5:45am I receive an email informing me my order has shipped - less than 9 hours after I'd ordered it. Friendly, helpful sales staff and great customer service. I love old navy!! They have the best prices for the buck! Great service at some of the areas I've been. But this location took the cake! I was looking at some shoes trying on a pair and the "manager" Mary comes in starts putting all the shoes away right in front of me! While I was still trying the shoes on and seeing which fits for me. Kept telling the "manager" I would be more then happy to put the shoes away after I was done looking at them. But no answer and just kept putting the shoes away with an attitude and ugly face. read more

ohhh look its another disorganized crazy person run amok old navy... yay! haha but they all seem to look like this it seems... None the less this place is almost always a mess IMHO I personally think that they have a horrible mens section here. Literally the mens section is about half as big as I am used to and then on top of that, the whole section was completely disorganized. Its not like this was a random time here that I came. It has been EVERY time that I have been here over a few years. =( The kids section is much nicer than the mens, but it also still has a lot left to be asked for. For some reason, the kids and mens clearance section here is also tiny, unsurprisingly. I havent wandered through the womens area, but I am sure it is nicer than the mens... The staff is somewhat aloof and not paying the best attention either. The sales counter being in the middle of the store is also somewhat peculiar. I have never really understood that other than they think that by holding you somewhere else in the store that they can force you to impulse purchase something else. Ohhhhh well I hardly come here and as you can see there are many reasons for it. I am not a fan of this old navy location. read more

Affordable clothing and big selection. I like that they always have things that fit me. Giving it 3 stars though, because of the employee who kept following me around the store asking me to check out. Leave me alone, lady! My wife went into the store today and was greeted by an associate that took my wife to the item she wanted. Than instead of waiting in line she took her payment right than and there saving her a lot of time. This was excellent service and this store should be proud of its employees. read more

False advertising on discounted products, i.e., $10 & $15 shorts. Be careful at checkout or you may be charged more than what you expect. The placement of non discounted products are shelved with the discounted products and basically "scam" customers. I just got a t shirt after realizing all the rest I was about to check out were not discounted as advertised and placed with the sign on top of items. read more

I love Old Navy. I think the prices are fair. They have the most up to date styles. The staff always helpful. I shop here at least four times a year. Never dissapointed. read more

Great store! This location is clean, fun and great customer service. Always employees available to help and usually asked mulitple times if I'm finding what I need. Fitting rooms clean and always someone in there willing to get anything you need. Thier register's have stuff like candy, drinks and toys that I haven't seen in other stores. I decided to be brave and go to Old Navy on black Friday. And I brought my daughter with me. It was beyond crowded but as I was waiting in line, my daughter had an accident. Pee all over the floor. I was embarrassed but I told the staff, took my daughter to their very clean bathroom, cleaned her up and the staff was so accommodating and nice. In the midst of chaos, they made me feel valued and helped ease my embarrassment on BLACK FRIDAY! Their busiest day pf the year. I've always been an Old Navy shopper but this location time and time again has proved that it is the best, especially for moms with crazy kids! read more

if i could give a negative rating i would. I bought a pair of jeans, but sadly they were defective in the back of the jeans around the pocket has small cuts where the stitching was done that they ripped wide open the first time i sat down with them. So I called back to Old Navy and was told that the only was to get them replaced was to purchase a new pair and then send the ripped ones back. After 20 minutes on hold waiting for a manager I was told again that this is the policy. OK. So I purchased the second pair just to get the first ones returned. Shipped back the defective ones only to be sent a letter saying they will not return the defective pair as they were worn/ripped. HU! THAT IS WHY I WAS RETURNING THEM! becuase they were made improperly and the back end ripped out the first time i put them on. Now I have been trying for over a month to get some form of resolution to this. Perhaps I am the stupid one for just not walking away and never bothering to shop at Old Navy again. They are total crooks and have ZERO regard for the customer read more

I went to Old Navy the other day and had such a pleasant shopping experience. One of the employee Rahul who was so patient and helped me with every little thing I requested. Found every size, color and was very knowledgeable. He also checked me out and I didn't have to wait in the long lines to get checked out. Truly a great place to shop. read more

I have not been to an Old Navy store for many,many years, came in here to pick up a gift card, ended up spending an hour and a half walking through this gigantic store and walked out with two even more gigantic bags full of clothes. Their cargo pants selection for men are more than plentiful - linen, cotton, khaki, reversible, sporty, flat front, baggy, plaid, etc. The polos and tees are inexpensive, not of top quality, but to be worn as the bottom layer, it is cheaper than Hanes! Bought lots of shorts, skorts, tees, tanks, capris, summer dresses, for my kids. The quality is not as good as Justice for Girls, but for about 1/2 the price, i am not complaining. Also check out the wide selection of clearance items if you have the patience. I was told the store was recently redesigned with the cash registers all behind one long counter. There's only one line and you wait for the available cashier. The dressing rooms are big and clean with an attendant in the center of the store. The store is clean and tidy, employees are helpful and seem genuinely friendly. The current promotion is if you buy a $40 gift card, you get 15% off your purchase. read more

Shopped there yesterday and the staff was helpful and friendly. I must have spoken to several different people who helped me find some items for family members. Couldn't be more helpful.
