At first we assumed she was an employee because of how aggressively she said it. When we realized she wasn't, we called her out on it. Her response? "Yeah, I'm kind of crazy." What made the situation worse was that the actual employees said nothing about her behavior. No one corrected her, asked her to stop, or even acknowledged how inappropriate it was. On top of that, no staff member informed us when we walked in that the store was closing in 5 minutes even though it was over a hour before the website said they closed, which would have avoided the entire situation. Overall it felt chaotic, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. Customers shouldn't be yelled at by random people in the store while staff just stand there and do nothing.
