It's a nice Old Navy. Very helpful associates that make your visit incredible. Prices are varied but they do have sales often. Fitting rooms are clean. Clothing for everyone. They offer Disney clothing. Accessories and snacks are by the front registers. They have a rewards program too.

The kids had an absolute blast making slime and enjoying all the activities. The staff was incredible--so sweet, patient, and attentive the entire time, which made everything feel extra special. She put all of her items on the cart for us to mix it ourselves, and we headed over to the table for mixing. We sat down and my daughter started mixing and I noticed immediately it started staining her skin. Another mom I saw sitting with her daughter said that there was no bathrooms in there and that we could try to get it off with this half used bottle of hand sanitizer, which she was attempting, but that if I needed my slime or sticky to use this other bottle that was also on the table it would've been nice if there were a little bit more guidance on what we were doing and also a fair warning that this was gonna stain our skin despite us washing it at home about 30 times I originally considered this for my daughter's birthday party, but again after looking at some of the reviews and seeing how they double booked people which actually originally happened to us back in October and I booked in the lack of a clean space to wash our hands. There's no way I would book a party here and spend a couple hundred dollars. The fact that if we wanted to wash our hands, we had to walk down to the other end of the mall and go to a food court seems crazy. As other reviews have mentioned there really is no explanation about how this stuff on the table works I'm giving it two stars because the experience itself was fun for my daughter, but will I be back probably not

SHOP WITH CAUTION, I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER CENT!…read more Long review but read if you don't want to get hosed also when shopping here... The positives: Clothing quality seems very high with soft and thick fabrics. Store is large and clean and we'll organized. Staff seemed friendly and polite although sparce and hard to locate or identify in the store itself... Side note : (I finally did identify someone who was an employee by going to the fitting room, when I asked him about the return policy, he said something to the effect of "when you buy online, the return policy is..." he paused trying to find the right words, so I helped the poor guy out by jumping in and saying: "a disaster?" he promptly and begrudgingly agreed.) Read on: The "need to knows": prices seem above average to high relative to other stores and relative to what you get... perhaps they are trying to compete with higher end stores...? I am not a huge shopper so I can't really say for sure, hence the reason this fact is not listed as a negative. Sizing is off, not just relative to normal sizes, but even within their own product lines. You really need to try stuff on and not assume a large in product x will fit the same as a large in product y. This is what brings me to the negatives.. The bad: the return policy is vague at best... We purchased online and shipped to store, and of course NOTHING FIT. We had no idea this meant there is absolutely no way to return for a refund. Surely this is stated in some vague return policy section online, but really, what store doesn't allow for a return and why would a client in this day and age think to check that or even fathom a company wouldn't stand by their product? Not only is there no refund but there is also no return for store credit LMAO, yes NO STORE CREDIT even!! What does this mean we asked: you have to find another item for the same price and do a like for like exchange. Guess what? The sizing SUCKS, as noted above, and they did not have ANY of the items we bought online that didn't fit in store for us to just exchange for the size that fit... So we had to wonder around aimlessly for similar priced items to exchange... After about an hour and finally choosing some random overpriced crap we really didint need, as opposed to wasting the $80+ we spent online, we went back to the checkout to try to exchange. The HILARITY continued at this point when our exchange items were like 40 cents Less than the items bought online.. Could we get 40c back? NO Could we just let them keep the 40c? No What could we do? Buy ANOTHER ITEM we don't need and pay the difference. LMAO rufk? So we bought a $6 tote bag from the checkout line and we're out another $5+ as this was basically our lowest cost option. (Not to mention I need another canvas tote like I need a hole in the head) So as we finalized this Ridiculous transaction what does the employee tell us: NOW THIS EXCHANGE IS FINAL SALE!! LMAO.. you gotta be fn kidding me... So after an hour and a half we left with $86 of overpriced items we didn't need and were absolutely stuck with, just lovely. To add to the already unbelievable experience, as my wife and I were dealing with this BS, there was a poor young lady at the checker next to us having essentially the SAME ridiculous conversation... Hers was aggravated further with a gift card or store credit involved which somehow, unsurprisingly, also was causing her purchase to be unreturnable/final sale and not an option to be credited back to her stored value card.. WTF? YEA, AS I SAID IN THE OPENING COMMENT, THATS THE FIRST AND LAST SALE FROM US!

Found a couple of items to try on and the employee in the fitting room was so nice! Unfortunately I…read moredidn't get his name but he was so helpful to me and others, offering to grab other sizes for everyone. Toxic Service & Complete Management Failure - AVOID THIS LOCATION…read more The Zara at Brea Mall is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. If you value being treated with basic human Decency, do not shop here. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. This isn't just one "bad day"--it's a systemic failure in training and accountability. Zara corporate needs to take a hard look at the Brea location because the current staff is driving loyal customers away for good. I will never spend another dime here.

She lent her expertise in picking a weather-appropriate outfit for my husband and gave us ideas for our outfits-she really went above and beyond. We did end up buying some pants and a shirt from here and they were a very light linen material...a bit see-through, but for a desert wedding, they should be perfect. The price was a bit more expensive than I would have hoped for, but Men's clothing always seems to be more expensive than women's. I don't know who is running this store, but the environment is definitely a negative one. All the ladies here had such an attitude, they ask if you need help but when you do ask them anything they act like your bothering them. For a children's store!? Definitely disappointed. I spent well over $200 for my daughters that day. It would be nice if these ladies where at least hospitable. Management needs to check these disrespectful ladies that work here at the La Habra location. Maybe management also needs to be looked at because this environment is horrible. At the return counter, a lady checked the number of socks and said there were only nine pairs, so I couldn't return them. I was shocked. I had never opened them, so how could one be missing? She didn't ask if I had received only nine pairs or offer any suggestions. Instead, she counted the socks several times and looked at me and told me there were only nine pairs and that I couldn't make a return. At that moment, with my child beside me, I felt like a thief. It was a terrible feeling. I tried to remain smile and friendly because I was with my child. I just want to ask, if I truly received only nine pairs, can I return them? I don't have a factory, I can't make one more pair for your company. Thank God, she later found the missing pair nearby. It was her carelessness that caused the issue. I never doubt the items I received and never checked the number. Also, I always maintain my honesty when I want to make a return. I appreciate that later, while I was shopping, she provided me with a shopping basket, assisted me at checkout. However, regarding what happened earlier, I still feel awful.

There were unique pieces I haven't seen at other places. There were so many cute kids hats, purses, and soft shoes. There was also a good selection of wider toe box shoes that are great for toddlers. There are also adult clothes in the back but the selection is smaller and less interesting. They have brands like Mini Boden and Mini Melissa (brands you'd see at Nordstroms). The bad: The prices are pretty high. There were joggers and shoes for kids around $75. The interesting: I see a lot of reviews about people who don't like the owner lady following them around. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced).
