Victor was very easy to work with and sufficiently communicated with me during every stage. He also helped me pick out the closest matching color, which was perfect! Victor was honest and gave me a fair quote. He was also true to the expected turn around time of the job! Prior to the seat kit arriving, my headliner started coming a loose. Again, Victor quoted a fair price for the material and labor, so I had him replace the headliner as well. I was expecting very high quality, hand stitching, tight fit and crisp seems, no wrinkling or bubbling, and I let them know that. Judd "under promised and over delivered", as the saying goes. He was exceptional with his customer service, getting me swatches, stitching options, etc. Had to wait over 2 months. Now I know why. When I showed up to pick it up, I was stunned with the quality, and the entire interior was transformed. The quality equaled OEM Porsche seats, and maybe better: mass produced seats have "perfect" stitching, which means automated/mass produced. My insurance rates would have gone up, if they even would have paid that much for a seat. Here they rebuilt the seat with the proper Ford upholstery and it's like new again for a fraction of the cost. I could afford to just pay for it. What a blessing because I would have been out of luck. Great job!
