As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was draining coolant at a rapid rate. It was about 10 till 5 PM. Den's service center came up as the closest to me. I brought my older mustang there for inspection a few months back expecting ridiculous repairs, though I know it didn't need anything as I do most of my own work. They were super honest and didn't try to fix things that were not in need of repair and gave it a clean bill of health. I brought in our Jeep for its annual inspection with the same results. That means a lot to know they won't try to rack up a crazy bill and will do an honest job. Will continue to use them for anything I may need. Super nice people there.

Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

(Being new to the area all I had to go by was big shop or small.) Initially they told me the car would likely be ready around mid January factoring in getting parts and the holidays. While the communication was all initiated by me, once I got someone on the phone it was all pleasant and accurate. Despite my crappy insurance company (you know the one cough Jake cough) the car was done January 14th. After a cursory inspection it appears to be a first class job. The paint looks great, all the electronics is working, and I'm happy.
