The tone was jovial and his fake anger appeared to be part of a regular dialogue between the two, but even that mock yelling was one-way, not a mutual "busting of chops". Sadly this behavior just reinforced the class divide that this particular racist manager (he may be the owner too?) thinks is okay to maintain with his employees. The admin/scheduler/office manager is also African-American and she heard the whole thing and said nothing. I guess these two black employees just have to 'grin and bear it' because they need the job? I recently moved to the area and wonder have I made a mistake relocating to Maryland...is flagrant racism tolerated in Glen Burnie? Hoping these two employees are able to find better work somewhere else ASAP. The window technician did a superb job on our windshield and the woman behind the counter was exceptional in her efficiency and customer service focus. Recommend you take your auto glass business elsewhere--plenty of shops in the area that are not run by racists.

I have a 2004 Toyota Solara that I inherited, and the soft top clearly hadn't been replaced before. They communicated well throughout the process, and I'd recommend coming in ahead of time so they can assess exactly what you'll need. In my case, they let me know I needed a rain gutter along with the replacement. They were also willing to install the top I provided (with the understanding that it wouldn't come with a warranty), which I appreciated. On top of that, they stayed after hours so I could pick up my car, which meant a lot. I know how much that can impact someone's day. The reason for 4 stars is that part of the interior lining came loose a few days after the installation. I got it done April 10th. I was able to fix one section, but not the rear. I do understand that since the top was provided and had been sitting uninstalled, some issues may come up. I've reached out and am waiting to hear back, and I'll update this review based on how that experience goes. Update (April 13th): I wanted to update my review--I'm really happy with how this was handled. I was able to come in the same day, and they fixed the interior lining perfectly. I forgot to add that day of they discovered I needed a new passenger side tension cable and they got it done on time ontop of the original service. They explained that the top I provided had excess fabric on the backing, which is what prevented the rear section from attaching properly. They also took a look at the middle section and let me know that if it comes loose again, they can secure it further with screws to prevent future issues. I really appreciate that they worked with the parts I brought and still made everything come together correctly. That kind of flexibility goes a long way. I also asked about getting some work done on my leather seats out of curiosity, and they gave me a solid quote along with options; either sourcing parts myself or going through them. I contacted Marcus about detailing two more SUVs and adding ceramic coating on my car…read more My sister-in-law had an SUV that had sat outside in the elements for about 11 years, and the paint job looked quite dull. After spending a half day with Marcus, her blue CR-V returned in a shine, even though I was thinking that there wasn't much that could be done to improve it. My wife's white SUV was in decent shape, but after 4 hours, it returned looking brand new; the rims were shining, the black bumpers, the tires looked so shiny (even a month later, all still looks like new). I had Marcus apply ceramic coating onto my car, and after a full 24 hours, it was well worth it. The shine all around was great, but since the car is only 4 months old, the rain today would show me how well of a job Marcus did. The rain left micro beads of rain on the hood (see attached photo) compared to the larger beads previously. I can not say enough about Marcus of Impressive Detailing. Besides supporting a small business, Marcus has immense pride in his eye for detail, and after bringing 5 vehicles to him in less than 3 months, I plan on being a regular customer from this point forward....
