They vacuumed and ran it through the wash once. In addition, they had to rewipe down all the spots that they missed and revacuum. I even provided the unicorn cleaner for them to buff the car at the end but I just shouldn't have. That didn't end well. The kids and I don't normally pay others to clean/detail our cars and we shouldn't have this time either. It was a mistake on our part. I'm very sad about the quality clean they provided. We ended up redetailing when we got home and I buffed the car and detailed the rims myself. If you need a quick clean just to to a wash it yourself place and save yourself the time and trouble of this place.

It was clear there was a misunderstanding, as we expected the damaged area to be painted, not just buffed. The owner also offers transportation to and from the airport but does not disclose upfront that there is a $65 charge per trip. For comparison, an Uber costs approximately $40. Additionally, the shop performed a full cleaning and detailing of the vehicle and charged our credit card $350 for the service, which was never discussed, requested, or approved in advance. I asked him for an estimate to do my boat's blue hull. He identified the hull surface as Awlgrip paint on top of gelcoat, and told me how he would treat it. Most important, he said he would NOT use a cotton buffing pad as that would cut the paint's surface. I had just bought a buffer and cotton pads to do the task myself, and Matt saved me from damaging my blue hull. I immediately engaged Matt for the job because of his expertise. Matt fit me in his schedule a few days later because I am launching the boat this weekend. A month from now when his schedule permits, Matt is going to buff and detail my boat's badly-oxidized deck and pilot house. He can do that when the boat is in a slip.
