I thought I'd try Victor's Custom Interiors, LLC based on the excellent ratings posted on Yelp and other websites. I have no regrets in doing so! Victor was very easy to work with and sufficiently communicated with me during every stage. He also helped me pick out the closest matching color, which was perfect! Victor was honest and gave me a fair quote. He was also true to the expected turn around time of the job! Prior to the seat kit arriving, my headliner started coming a loose. Again, Victor quoted a fair price for the material and labor, so I had him replace the headliner as well. I was very pleased with the quality of work for the seats and the headliner... and my overall experience was EXCELLENT. I would definitely recommend Victor's Custom Interiors, LLC to others.

I came in for the extreme odor removal ($149) and by the end of the day the smell was completely gone. They offered all kinds of other interior services such as replacing cloth seats with leather, convertible tops, headliner replacement, etc. I'd definitely recommend victors to anyone needing automotive interior work done.

The CSR was top notch friendly and efficient. Yes, this place is a bit "casual". The customer lounge is definitely Frat House Chic and I got there by walking through the upholsterer's area (where I first stopped to chat with their tech who has been doing upholstery work for 42 years!) then down a hallway lined with furniture and foam rolls. This is an old school shop where they don't worry about having a latte machine or inspirational posters on the wall. But the Manager offered me a cup of fresh Joe from his Keurig while I waited for the urethane sealant to cure and every single person I talked to their was genuinely friendly. I actually spent most of my time pestering the tech who installed my windshield because watching him work was mesmerizing. This guy was a true pro and he never asked me to leave him alone (although he may have been thinking it). The prices are right, they do the job right and FAST and don't waste your time with upsales or brochures. Def the place for auto glass, tint or upholstery work. Check them out.

As a woman, it can honestly be intimidating bringing your car to a shop because a lot of places will take advantage of that, but I never felt that way here. I had modifications done to my car along with a bumper repair, and when I got it back there were still a few sensor codes showing. A new light-related code also appeared, but I genuinely think it was missed because the other sensor errors were already active from a modification I had done myself. After noticing it, we realized the brake lights weren't working properly. What I appreciated most was that the mechanics actually took the time to track down the issue instead of brushing it off. Not only did they fix the brake light problem, but they also got the other sensor codes cleared and saved me what probably would have been a huge bill at Audi for recalibration. They also sent me photos throughout the entire process while my car was being worked on, which I really appreciated. The labor time was reasonable, the pricing was fair, and I never felt like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. Overall, they were honest, communicative, and clearly cared about making things right. I'd definitely trust them with my car again.

I'm a very worrisome guy when it comes to leaving my car at shops because of bad experiences in the past, but wow, my car looks brand new again. If you want top quality work, from an honest professional who will absolutely accommodate you when you have worries, without a doubt come to ACI Auto Body.
