Victor was very easy to work with and sufficiently communicated with me during every stage. He also helped me pick out the closest matching color, which was perfect! Victor was honest and gave me a fair quote. He was also true to the expected turn around time of the job! Prior to the seat kit arriving, my headliner started coming a loose. Again, Victor quoted a fair price for the material and labor, so I had him replace the headliner as well. The interior instead had a fresh smell to it, kind of like the outdoors after a big thunderstorm. Left the car there again so they could fix what they should have fixed correctly the first time. Pick up the car again and noticed footprints and hand prints in the interior of the car from the compound powder i guess, informed them it needed to be clean. Not sure why they are not using papermats and seat covers for customer cars. I picked this body shop because it was local and wanted to support them vs taking it to a big name body shop. Definitely not happy with the service and would never ever take anymore of my vehicles there, I do not recommend this shop. There are much better shops in the area. I would give no stars if i could. (The young lady at the front desk was really nice though).
