I do not understand how this can be this difficult. I don't have a lot of hope of getting future packages. Apparently delivering a package is very difficult for FedEx. I've lived in my apartment building for two weeks and I've already had two packages delayed because they can't seem to figure out how to deliver it. The first one, they called and said it was delayed because there was no apartment number. I said it's because there is no apartment number. Each apartment has it's own address. They delivered it the next day. Now on week two, they call me again and say the same thing about another package. I called the main FedEx number and told them how frustrating it was, asked how they delivered packages before I moved in, and explained that this package was a $200 annual parking pass and I would now have to pay $10 to park because this package is now three days late being delivered. All the delivery person has to do is get out of the truck and look at the numbers. They said they would add a note and it would be here today. Nope!
