Great food! Good service but remember to ask for sauce and condiments because they won't offer.

Average food. I've gotten royal reds here twice cooked. They basically cook them plain then add butter and spicy seasoning to them. Price was not bad $8.99/lb. However the place is filthy cardboard boxes everywhere, the corn, sausage, and potatoes are in buffet style bar that is not covered and appear to be here for long periods of time. They advertise boiled crawfish when they do not in fact have crawfish. I hear the crawfish are going n fact very good. I want desperately to be a fan of this establishment however without better sanitary practices I can not give them a better star rating. I hope to see it cleaned up, as it has no competition and really does in fact have good seafood.

The crab rangoons are amazing!! You get 10 of them for so cheap. The best Chinese I've had since moving to this area.

Our query for a seafood restaurant led us here, and at first glance almost decided to leave. The seating was minimal and we had to walk up to the counter to order. While waiting, we realized it is primarily a seafood market and take-out orders for cooked food were the main business. But the reviews were great, so we gave it a try. We were amazed at the quality and quantity of food we got. An order of crab claws and shrimp came with over 40 claws and about ten shrimp, all fried to perfection with the best tasting breading ever! The atmosphere was like old time New Orleans, on the wrong side of the tracks. But relax your snobbish standards a bit, and enjoy your seafood the way it is meant to be served!

When I got in my car, a fly flew from up under the aluminum foil that they have covered the food with. And it smelled some awful. When I got home and tasted one of the crabs about to taste one of the crabs it smelt like ammonia I immediately called and told whoever answered the phone that I was bringing it back. And when I got in, they tried to tell me that they could not give me my refund. And I told them I would call the police. And they reluctantly gave me my refund.

From there, the blackened grouper--the catch of the day--was the star of the evening: perfectly cooked with a satisfying char and depth of flavor, though unevenly seasoned. It was accompanied by creamy cheese grits that leaned a bit mild and fried okra that, while slightly soft, could have used a touch more seasoning as well. A side of hush puppies was promised but never made it to the table--though admittedly, I rarely indulge unless they're something truly special. The atmosphere was relaxed and almost serene, with only a couple of other tables occupied during my visit, though carry-out orders seemed steady. I chose to sit on the patio, where the weather was ideal and the newly installed fly-deterrent fans did an admirable job keeping the table clear--if not entirely keeping the flies from me instead. Still, the food remained untouched by them, which I consider a success. Service was warm and attentive throughout, rounding out a pleasant evening. While a few dishes could have been elevated with bolder seasoning, the overall experience was delightful, and I left satisfied.
