It's just that the whole place seems neglected. For starters, the outside is dark and there was high unkept grass and some trash in the parking lot. The whole entrance needs some kind of makeover because it is not inviting. I found myself carefully looking around while going back to my car because of the dark woods behind the building. Inside isn't much better. It was stuffy and the menus were sticky and falling apart. They also have those kind of cheap booths where you can feel every movement of the person behind you. People tend to flop into them and can literally knock the food off your fork if you're mid-bite. My wife and I shared some crab rangoons, which were quite large and had a nice crunch plus a decent amount of filling. They just came late when they should have been an appetizer. I had the chicken and shrimp hibachi which was great and I brought about 1/3 of it home. You get plenty of meat and veggies with it for twenty bucks. My wife had just the chicken hibachi which was five dollars less. We both got eggdrop soup and it is always good. We also ordered a sushi roll and they have a couple dozen specialties that are very good. They make fat rolls covered with toppings and really know what they are doing. Ours had shrimp, crawfish, and spicy tuna for about fifteen dollars, which is pretty normal pricing. I like the food here but they really could make more of an effort. Our server was overwhelmed and we still tipped well despite some mistakes. It baffles me that they have no social media presence besides some pages that haven't been updated since the Obama administration.

Apologies Yelpers: I'm the worst and took pictures after fully DEMOLISHING the three orders of soup dumplings, the drunken wonton w chili oil (SO GOOD!), and the Chaozhou Shrimp Shumai (I'm drooling at this point). The employee Arianna who seated us was nice and food is given to you on a moving tray. For Drinks I got a taro milk tea which was good but a bit high compared to other places honestly . 8.29 a bit high for Milk teas. My son got a Thai milk tea and my husband got hot Peach oolong tea which was more reasonable at 6.29 Next for a app I got drunken wontons in Spicy chili oil and taro bao (very soft , warm , and delicious) I also got Charsiu pork steamed Bao and Chinese egg tarts . Lastly I got my mini Banh Xeo -Vietnamese crepes . They are crispy on the bottom and it was one of my favorites . My husband got Black truffle and chicken Xiao which was also delicious especially with black vinegar . A bit pricey though 10.25 He also got a ramen dish BBH and my son got pho filet mignon The whole experience on the restaurant side was excellent BUT the other side the claw machines was the reason why you didn't get 5 * The claw machines are a straight up scam. Look my husband used to do claw machines as a teen. He would clean them out . Your claws are straight and will not hold anything after it jerks . Pretty sure you know this. The capsule machines were better unfortunately most were either empty or would get stuck. So you have to go talk to the people on the other side (even though it says Chamay in big letters) Apparently it's all together but that is under the other side ok We had to keep getting someone over there. It's more trouble than it's worth My best recommendation go for the restaurant, leave the scammy claws , The capsule machines are iffy make sure they are working. I suggest only getting a low amount of tokens so if some aren't working you will not be out much . I will be going back to the restaurant part . My thoughts the claw side(middle section) is a scam . But there is a small coffee/Korean snack section that might be ok .
