The food is good. It is comparable to most sushi places. I've never had a bad meal but never super great either. The service is good. As far as ambiance, at night, one side of the restaurant is in use and the other side is dark which doesn't make for great ambiance. The staff is efficient but not particularly nice. I have to take off a star because it wasn't a "warm and fuzzy" type place. There are some cool Oriental furnishings. There is a lot of competition and I do like several better. Overall this is a nice place but the competition is friendlier and the sushi is a little better too. read more

Ordered Chicken Wings with chicken fried rice & Orange chicken with white rice. Instead I got SPICY chicken wings, with chicken fried rice & Orange chicken with white rice. I live 30 minutes away so understanding I drove an hour collectively and spent $30 for a meal I didn't completely ask for was the first thing that sucked to see. Second, my wife was eating her chicken wing when she bit on something very hard. Turns out it was a rock! I called the restaurant to explain the situation, they claimed they don't put anything on the wings unless you ask for it, which is not what happened. And second, they didn't apologize or anything for the rock in the food. A male that answered the phone stated he wrote my number down and would comp wings and rice next time I order. Not sure the validity of that, but nonetheless, I'm very disappointed. My wife and I have been eating here periodically for the past 2 years and genuinely enjoyed it. Food was HOT and delicious. It came out super quick and all tasted amazing. The crab Rangoon was the best and it actually had crab meat versus just plain cream cheese. The sesame chicken was super flavorful and was the best I've had. Like some of the other comments do not judge the outside appearance, the food is worth it. Also, I didn't give 5 stars because it was quite warm inside, definitely need to look into beefing up that AC especially for summer in Mississippi. read more

I called Bamboo yesterday to ask if I could get a takeout order for my office. I needed to feed 50 people, and they were extremely helpful. They were prompt with the takeout time, called to make sure we were on the way, had the food packaged safely for travel, and were just great to work with. I had 9 big pans of food - vegetable fried rice, vegetable lo mein, General Tso's Chicken, Beef Broccoli, Sweet/Sour Chicken, Kung Pao Shrimp, 100 egg rolls, 100 crab rangoons, and 20 vegetarian spring rolls. Mostly breading and a tiny bit in the chicken pieces and "fried rice" wasn't actually fried rice! Ordered orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and 2 egg rolls. Usually do takeout as restaurants is very small. Service is fast and food is always hot.

We were staying at the La Quinta hotel and we ordered in. We got egg drop soup, lo mein, and General Tso's chicken.... everything was so good !!!!! We will be coming back next year and ordering from them again ! read more

Typical Chinese restaurant to when you call they aren't polite at all. Lol. Abrupt and no pleasantries. It is what it is. The chicken and broccoli is ok. The sauce is normally a more thick brown sauce. It was like water. The veggies were pretty crisp. Mostly broccoli. The fried rice was dry dry dry. Not even good. Can't eat it. Tastes like it was made last week. The egg rolls are pretty yummy though. I got two egg rolls, fried rice and chicken and broccoli. Cost less than $12 and was done is less than 10 minutes. also, the restaurant is still doing covid rules. The outside is closed and you pick up your order outside. read more

Good food and nice portions. It is my son and my favorite Chinese restaurant. We get takeout there at least once a week.

Typical Chinese food restaurant, but they are serious about their COVID protocol. You pull up and the staff will come outside and either take your order or bring out your order. I recommend you call ahead about five minutes out or your drive up wait will be 10-15 minutes. I ordered the the teriyaki chicken, fried rice, and chicken w/ broccoli all for $12. read more

Ignore the 3.5 star rating, this place is BEYOND amazing. We stopped here on a whim and were nothing but pleased! We got the sweet and sour shrimp, the chicken lo mien, and two shrimp egg rolls. We ordered and were told 10 minutes, and expected 15-20 (because the 'vid). It probably took less than ten and it was all SO amazing. The man brought it to our car and they even packed super cute little silverware things, fortune cookies, and napkins! This place was so worth it and it was so affordable! read more

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Good. Surprisingly! I expected for the worst considering all the negative reviews yet I was quite surprise. The house fried rice was well seasoned and very generous on the meat. Also, hot and sour soup was excellent! Bad. I ordered General Tso chicken, and I got sweet and sour chicken. In spite of the "3-Star" rating, I braved this place and I wasn't disappointed. They weren't particularly busy and was served immediately. Though it was a small restaurant, it was comfy, clean, and seemed pleasant. The staff were very helpful and prompt. The food was very good and I enjoyed it with gusto. I haven't read any of the other reviews for this place so I'm not sure wherein the deficits lay. I was in and out in 7 minutes. I am not a huge fan of rice. I tend to prefer noodles. I asked for noodles with my Moo Goo Gai Pan and was very pleasantly surprised that they happily made the substitution with no additional charge. I've been charged up to $2.00 at other places. Their Sweet& & Sour Pork is good. Edit: I tried to sub noodles and they wanted to charge me 3 bucks this time. So they lose a star! read more

Old and run down looking. They don't allow in-house dining right now when most other Restaurants are. The food was not very good. What can I say, the Chinese food is good. It satisfies my craving. I'm never disappointed when I come here. I've never eaten inside and always take it to go. They pack their food well and give you good portions. The customer service is what it is. They are straight to the point. You order, you pay, you pick up food, the end. I think this place is worth checking out, despite its flaws. I've driven by the place many times and never thought to go in, but the reviews on Yelp were positive so I decided I'd give it a chance. From the outside this place looks a little weird, but the inside is alright. Especially by Chinese restaurant standards, this place looks exactly how it should. The menu had lots of variety. I placed a to-go order and my food came out really fast, almost too fast, which suggests to me that it's not that the food isn't fresh (as in it's premade and waiting to serve under heat lamps or something.) Regardless, the food is quite tasty. And the portions are more than adequate, so it's really a great value. I ordered crab rangoons as appetizers and then beef and snow peas, which came with white rice (although you have the option of ordering fried rice.) They gave me more than enough sweet and sour sauce with the rangoons, which I give them credit for. Usually these type of places try to skimp on the sauce. However, when I opened the lid of the container, I saw a seemingly plastic string floating atop the sauce. It was kind of off putting, but I fished it out and ate it anyway. The crab rangoons were tasty, but I feel they kind of skimped on the crab. The filling was mainly cream cheese. I could see bits of crab, but I couldn't taste it. Finally, the beef and snow peas plate was very delicious, and they gave me so much that I couldn't finish it. The beef was very tender. But as I'm writing this I find myself a bit thirsty, so I assume there has to be MSG in the food. Not the best Chinese food place I've ever been to, but this place is definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for Chinese, as it adds to the lacking culinary landscape of Biloxi. read more

Tried it through door dash. There was an issue about payment that should have been handled between the restaurant and delivery but wasn't. We didn't want to leave the restaurant holding the food so went and picked it up. We wish we hadn't. It was awful. All entrees lacked flavor and two dishes couldn't even differentiate between. A much better option is China Bistro on Washington in Ocean Springs. Also, door dash was a bad experiment. The driver was still in the parking lot when we picked up food and actually cussed at us. read more

After reading the reviews I thought I might give this place a go in my quest for good Chinese take out. It only further puzzled me why the coast is short on decent Chinese food places. The Mongolian Beef Lunch Special should have been called Mongolian Onions. Sure there was some meat. Some. But 90% was very thinly sliced onion. I like onion but I also like it when the menu item is not misleading. The beef was OK tender but the sauce rather sweet like it had too much sugar. And it was very watery. The fried rice was simply rice without vege or meat and suspiciously absent of any "frying". Just soy colored. The egg roll was cabbage and plain and the spring rolls that I think were supposed to be in someone else's order were pretty plain as well. The hostess was nice. But like the location this place goes noticed. Probably best if you want Chinese. read more

Shrimp and broccoli in garlic sauce. I will say I will be back here for another plate. I have never had sugar donuts from a Chinese restaurant. I didn't want to eat them as I didn't ask for them. But since they were already placed on my table, I took the leap fwd. I enjoyed them actually. I try not to eat heavy in saturated fats and high amounts of sugars. But this was all good. This place had great reviews I thought why not try it. My husband picked some up for me on his way home. First problem was it was cold & my husband came straight home and we live in the area so that sucked. We ordered the general Taos chicken extra spicy which had no spice at all and tasted like sweet and sour chicken. The fried rice was horrible as well just plain rice fried with a hint of soy sauce .
