WOK They have pre made beef and broccoli done but you can also design your own plate & pick all the toppings you want. I did beef, broccoli, bell peppers & onions and it was good. They also have a dessert & salad bar that has an array of options plus soup and pies and ice cream with warm chocolate & Carmel sauce. The bathroom had a huge Jacuzzi tub that we both relaxed in. It was great! The beds were great and the pillows soft and fluffy. Everyone we came in contact with were awesome. There was a coffee pot in our room but each morning I walked to Dunkin donuts to grab coffee. It was so convenient having several restaurants inside the hotel. We tried our luck in the casino, we enjoyed the hot tub all to ourselves. It was freezing outside so I think we were the only ones brave enough to go out, but the hot tub was hot and we loved it! By far it was our favorite weekend in Biloxi.... Can't wait to go back!

I immediately called the front desk and asked them to send someone to change the sheets, which they did. They also told me they could move us to another room. However, it was around 10 PM, I was already in my pajamas, and I had two sleeping children. I was told I would need to come downstairs to handle the room change myself. This is where hospitality completely failed. After finding a roach in my bed, why am I the one being inconvenienced even further? A manager should have taken ownership of the situation, arranged another room, and brought the new room information and keys to me. Instead, I was expected to get dressed, wake up my children, go downstairs, arrange everything, pack up our belongings, and move my family at 10 PM. The next morning, I asked what they were going to do about the situation because I genuinely do not believe I should have had to pay for an experience like this. Their response was that they had to "investigate." Investigate what exactly? I reported the roach immediately AND I have picture proof. I understand hotels have procedures to follow, but where was the common sense and customer service? At the very least, a manager should have spoken with me, acknowledged what happened, apologized, and explained how they planned to make it right. And unfortunately, that attitude sums up my entire experience with the front desk. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, acted like they did not want to be there. No warm greeting. No "How was your stay?" No genuine concern. Nothing. It felt like people were simply showing up for a paycheck. But ultimately, I believe this is an UPPER MANAGEMENT failure. When an entire front desk operates with the same lack of hospitality and accountability, you have to question the culture being created and accepted by leadership. This starts at the top. In my opinion, the management of this property needs serious reevaluation because whatever standards are being set are clearly not translating into a good guest experience. I genuinely received better hospitality from the Waffle House across the street. The hotel itself feels old and dated, and after finding a roach IN MY BED, I certainly did not feel like it was clean. For a Hard Rock property, this experience was completely unacceptable. The one bright spot was the Oyster House. We enjoyed that, but it was nowhere near enough to make up for everything else.
