We had a great time at Okome House! Definitely come hungry so you can make the most of their all-you-can-eat menu. You order on an iPad, and they bring everything right to your table, it includes sushi, hibachi, appetizers, desserts, and more. The food was delicious, the service was great, and everything came out quickly. Such a fun experience! We went for dinner, but I'm already planning to come back for lunch to take advantage of the cheaper price.

Went on a Saturday lunch...did not know it was dinner menu all days on weekend. Service was wonderful. Super nice staff. The restaurant was very open. We sat in the middle at one of the tables. They were not very busy. Every time an order was sent to the sushi bar, a buzz could be heard across the restaurant. Over and over. Definitely could be turned down just a bit. There were a few appetizers to choose from. 3 soup options and a few salads. They had hibachi, teriyaki, and yaki udon. Then the sushi...since there was one tablet, it made it a bit hard for everyone to be able to see details on each roll. If you like raw fish, nigiri options would be the way to go. But be careful, they did make a note on the pricing menu that you cannot waste the rice balls or you'll be charged per piece. The yaki udon was tad bit on the salty side. But everything else was just okay. Nothing really stood out for me to say, I'll def be back. With so many sushi places around, I'll stick to my usual place.

Okome House - Fresh, Flavorful, and Worth Every Bite! I had the pleasure of trying Okome House in Wake Forest, which just opened on January 28, 2025, and let me tell you -- this place is a must-visit for sushi and hibachi lovers! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Fresh, High-Quality Sushi & Flavorful Hibachi The sushi was incredibly fresh, with high-quality fish that you don't always expect from an all-you-can-eat spot. The Crazy Dragon Roll was a standout -- perfectly balanced in flavor and texture, and truly delicious. On the hibachi side, both the steak and chicken were juicy, tender, and packed with flavor -- definitely some of the better hibachi I've had in a while. The Cheese Mussels Were a Showstopper Now, let's talk about the cheese mussels -- OMG. I could have easily eaten three helpings of these rich, savory, and incredibly satisfying bites. I usually never forget to take food photos, but I got so caught up in the meal that I completely forgot -- except for the mussels, which I did manage to snap a picture of and have added to this review! Great Service & Something for Everyone The service was fantastic -- attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate requests. Even my husband, who hates sushi, really enjoyed the gyoza and hibachi, so this place truly has something for everyone. A Couple of Minor Downsides I do have two small complaints: 1. No soy sauce on the table - You have to ask for a tsukemono (soy sauce dish/ramekin) if you need one, which feels like an unnecessary extra step. Also, if you love fresh ginger, you'll need to keep requesting it since it doesn't automatically come with each sushi plate. 2. Scallops aren't listed on the menu - I was craving a spicy scallop hand roll or cut roll, but when I didn't see it on the menu, I asked the sushi chef, and he told me they actually do have scallops -- you just have to request them! If they have them available, I'd highly recommend adding them to the menu so more people know about this option. Final Verdict: A 10/10 Experience! Other than those small inconveniences, this place is a 10/10 for me! The fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and excellent service make Okome House a spot I'll definitely be returning to. If you're in the Wake Forest area and love sushi or hibachi, do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Great concept.. wish there was more selections and some cocktail/beer on menu.. everything was fresh and for. Very spacious, staffs were friendly. Some are a little up charge for sashimi but it was worth it ... some desserts were also a little charge.. still very good price for what you're getting. Definitely check them out.

    looks good.

I was sat in the detached room- it was FREEZING in there so be sure to bring a sweatshirt in case. Variety of rolls, however most are fried which is not ideal for most people. Lighting is very bright inside and not the most relaxing. Food came out fast. Overall, would rather go to another place.

It was Easter Sunday. Apr 5, 2026. This was my first visit to TDLLO Ramen & Sushi. There was a…read morecocktail bar and a sushi bar. I opted for a booth. The decor included dark wooden furniture, hardwood floors, door curtains for kitchen, and a ceiling lamp in the shape of a fish. On each table was a pale bottle with a small spout and a large stopper. This was for the black sauce, and the first time I have seen black sauce provided at tables in anything other than the small transparent bottle with double-spout cap. Next to the kitchen doorway was a black board announcing "What's New". The menu is printed on black-colored pages bound by black leather cover, which matched the black uniforms of the staff. I ordered my usual ramen: tonkotsu. It was served with a renge and a fork, the latter for those uncomfortable with using chopsticks. That didn't apply to me. I put the fork to the side and used the wooden chopsticks. The tonkotsu had three thick pieces of chasu, lots of menma slices, some kikurage strips, and a soft-boiled egg served in two halves. Though a little saltier than I would like, the broth was still delicious and complimented the food well, especially the chasu. It had a mild spiciness that caused slight irritation to my throat, but otherwise was worth consuming the entire bowl. It was about 11:10am when I arrived. Besides myself, there was one other party of two. The cocktail bar had two large TVs, one playing CNN and the other playing a sports program. The volume level was barely a whisper. Most of the time, I didn't hear anything. By 11:45am, two more parties of two showed up. The atmosphere was quiet the entire time, and definitely a great place to relax and enjoy a meal during lunch time. As I was leaving, I took a look at the outdoor dining area. It is housed in a patio next to the building. It has plenty of seating and is almost enclosed but for a cased doorway. I was impressed that TDLLO is accommodating to its customers during rain or shine (unlike Noodles Blvd in Cary). I will definitely come back to try a different ramen. Plenty of indoor and outdoor (sheltered) seating, plenty of parking, quiet atmosphere and good ramen, TDLLO Ramen & Sushi has my recommendation.

Sushi is fresh -waitstaff fine - they have outside seating - curious as to why they aren't busy anymore- However- two things to be on the watch for: 1) inside it's really cold - attention owner / manager , it's really cold in your restaurant. 2) their suggested tipping % on the handheld computer is computed AFTER tax .

The steak was bone dry, completely unseasoned (I mean look at the picture, there's literally no salt pepper garlic or anything), tough, and chewy. Absolutely disgusting. The noodles don't have even a WHISPER of flavor to them. No soy sauce flavor typically associated with such a dish. Like I'm actually pissed I spend any money on this in any capacity, it was 18$ completely wasted. I'd rather have a day old filet o fish from McDonald's than ever eat this shit again and I can tolerate a mediocre meal. This is slop. Pure laziness. I'm stunned this place has any good reviews, truly. It actually irks my soul. I've never been this pissed about getting such a nasty meal and being able to do nothing about it.
