Salmon with lemon slices in top, deep fried shrimp, cream cheese, and cucumber inside
Ursula O.

For lunch, my client and I agreed on sushi since we were finishing up some shopping nearby. It is gorgeous in here. There is a large blossom tree on one wall. A good size model ship on another one. The light fixtures are catchy. It looks very modern with the dark walls and large TV. We sat down right away and took time reading over every roll. We both love salmon and my client was telling me to pick her roll. So we both got the same one, salmon and lemon on top, and deep fried shrimp, cream cheese, and cucumber inside a seaweed wrapped roll. As we waited, we drank our ice cold waters on this hot day. When our rolls arrived, they seemed smaller than other places I have been to. They tasted great! Since we only got one roll, I also had a salmon hand roll. You usually can't go wrong there. I felt like that hand roll was packed with a good amount of salmon, a few avocado slices, wrapped with rice and seaweed paper. It was served beautifully on a unique looking plate. Our server was very friendly. She kept our water cups filled and checked on us a couple times. I will be back to try a different roll sometime soon!

Food here was great! All the sushi was fresh and delicious. I ordered three rolls to share with my sister. All three were tasty. The service was good. They have the best ice! The space is tight but they did a good job making the most of it.

Very yummy and fresh food. I was on lunch break and the food was prepared very fast and service was good so I appreciate that when in a hurry. The staff were extremely welcoming and were good at explaining the menu for people who didn't know what to order. The food had perfect portions and price was decent. The atmosphere had a modern vibe to it and was very nice. Super spacious considering the small building. Would come back!

The Mexican chef was talking to a girl the hole time on his phone. Two orders of rolls took 39 minutes.

Food: excellent sushi quality. Not too big or not too small. I recommend the nigiri if you can get it! Fresh washabi ontop of the nigiri :P special rolls were also excellent and definitely met expectations. Service: very polite and understanding. Gave us enough help and enough space for my fiancé and me to enjoy our rolls. Ambiance: feels like a hole in the wall. Amazing food and great vibe going on here. Parking lot is easy to use and locate. Definitely recommend! Coming here more often when I'm in

First time visit this past week we had a couple of bento boxes and two sushi rolls. Everything was served at just the right temperature. They were all good size servings and everything tasted fresh and delicious. There's plenty of parking out in front the restaurants a little bit small inside, but there were enough. The waitress was polite and attentive will be back.

Fish - Red Snapper, Shrimp, White Tuna, Tuna, Salmon

Sushi roll and Sashimi tasted fresh and delicious. I ordered the White Dragon roll: spicy crab and deep fried shrimp topped with escolar and albacore torched. I chose Salmon Sashimi as one of my two bento box options. The menu marks the popular rolls with a star. Besides the White Dragon, other popular rolls that interest me include the Crossings, Triple Tuna, Rainbow, and Salmon Lover. The Reel Legend, White Lotus, Galleria, and Kings roll descriptions sound appetizing as well. Other Yelp reviewers recommended the Basil roll. Fish was presliced in the display. I was told that sashimi is always sliced fresh and that the presliced fish are used in sushi rolls. Salmon Teriyaki is grilled. I thought it was on the dry side and lacking Teriyaki Sauce as other reviewers mentioned. I liked the Miso Soup that came with the Bento Box. Tofu, green onions, wakame. Restaurant closes at 9 PM, but employees start cleaning, putting away food, and putting chairs up on the tables 8:15-8:30 PM. They were still taking To Go orders though. Restaurant has 4 large television screens set to different sports channels. I liked that one was set to the Australian Open.

I've eaten here 4 times. I think they should call it okay sushi at best. Customer service would be rated as terrible.

We got a couple of specialty rolls (like the Rocklin Roll and a spicy tuna), some nigiri, and miso soup. The fish was fresh enough--no major complaints on quality--but the rolls were kinda average: rice a bit loose in spots, not super flavorful or creative compared to better places nearby. Nigiri was fine, portions decent, but nothing that made me think "wow, gotta come back." Solid but forgettable--plenty of other sushi options around that edge it out.

From the outside, all the windows were blacked out, which was unusual because you cannot see inside. Once we walked in, the layout was typical for a sushi spot with a bar and a few tables. We were seated quickly and given menus to look over. There were plenty of options, although I did notice they did not have any rolls with eel, which is something I usually enjoy. We ordered two rolls and they came out quickly. The flavor was great, the portions were decent, and everything tasted fresh, though I did feel the prices could have been a bit lower. Overall, Ichiban is a solid choice if you are craving sushi.

Hubs and I got the tantan ramen - great spice with egg, pork, green onion and I think bean sprouts and to start we had two pork belly chashu buns that had arugula and a teriyaki type sauce on it, yum!! Automatically taking in the ambience of the restaurant, it felt really clean and has a nice dim light that makes the dining experience feel private. The service was very attentive and they'll do a temperature check on how the food is with you after you receive your meal and they were all genuinely very friendly. 10/10 for the service, no doubt. For food, we ordered their "Fukumi Ramen" and their chicken karaage . Chicken karaage came out first and was freshly fried. The coating was amazingly light and the chicken itself was flavorful. It comes served with a lemon wedge and tiny pieces of salad and the dressing in the salad was delicious! For the Fukumi Ramen bowl itself, the initial taste of the broth was flavorful and the black garlic oil was a nice touch. You'll immediately notice how thickkkk their chasu slices are and I think the free order of extra noodles is a nice plus. However, the thin noodles served with the Fukumi Ramen bowl seemed like a lighter color than I normally see at ramen places and the noodles were overcooked so I feel like it obscured the overall taste of the ramen itself since ramen noodles make up so much of the bite. Even though the extra noodles were free and a nice complimentary addition, I feel like I could tell why because the ramen noodles lacked the quality the rest of the bowl had. The tamago egg was decent and I was surprised because it looked like a plain white boiled egg rather than the traditional brown seasoned egg you get in ramen. Overall, I think Fukumi Ramen can do the job of satisfying a cold rainy day, and I think with their wide variety of ramen options, you'll definitely have to try and find one that might hit for you! Portions are huge here too so it might take a couple visits to try more options!
