The trade ups seem to be changed every quarter but they always have Sanrio, Pokemon, and labubus as well as other popular blind boxes. While making some plans with the nieces in OC we had to make the trip just to check it out! The place was a lil smaller than I expected. I did like the selection of prizes. Each game was 1 token. This arcade is staffed. They have trade in prizes. I do want to give the staff a shoutout as my niece constantly gets teased for being horrible at these crane games. Amazing claw machine spot! I've been to a couple and this was my first time at OkiDoki and wow, some of the other shops might need to step it up a bit! Service was AMAZING. They were so helpful, attentive, and just so genuine with their service. It never felt like I was bothering them and they were always so good with just stepping in themselves to help without being asked. I spotted the workers helping out people who were struggling to win. This is the kind of place where you definitely leave happy and satisfied. I don't think I saw anyone leave empty handed! Lots of variety in claw machines and very cool that they also had a bunch of gachapon machines! Also so fun to see a machine with pokemon cards too! I definitely made an attempt, but failed lmao. Hands down, this is the best crane game spot I've been to in terms of value. They make it easy to win, and I can confirm this place has strong claws. I ended up buying $20 worth of credits (23 tokens) and went home with 15 prizes, meaning I won on almost every crane, with only a few extra tries needed on some of the harder, smaller machines. This was easily my largest haul from any crane game, so the claws are definitely fair. As for the prizes, they were pretty decent. I walked away with a full set of Minecraft characters, some Pokémon, and a few other fun items. The trade-up prizes weren't the best from what I saw, and the place itself is fairly small, but I really appreciated how helpful the staff was. They moved a few plushies to make things easier and even gave us a take home bag after we purchased tokens, almost like they knew we were going to win a lot. read more

Wanted to do something fun with the kid and remembered there was a video I saw about OkiDoki. Having no idea what an OkiDoki was or is, we headed over there on a Sunday and happened to be there when they opened. Place is much smaller than some may think, it's just a small shop but it has cranes around the walls and a few in the middle. The thing is that this is not what makes this place so great. The prizes were crazy fun, when we came in there were Pokemon all over with some random anime keychains in the smaller machines. I was told that they change out all of their prizes weekly making the return visit even more exciting. Prices are reasonable, $1 a token with extra tokens given the more you buy. Still not even what makes this place so great. In our opinion, what made this place so great is the customer service which we found to be so incredibly nice and accommodating. Like 180 deg difference from some of the bowling places or arcades in the area where the employees make you feel like you are totally bugging them and if they are personally paying for the prizes. They will help you out, talk to you about crane fun and ultimately they seem so relaxed and having fun with you. Got a bunch of prizes, some of which I will happily be donating to my Pokemon community ambassadors for kids but the Umbreon and Cubone are absolutely mine. What's an OkiDoki? I don't think this term will ever have a definition other than "Crane Fun" for me and my kid moving forward. Will absolutely, absolutely, for sure be back. Wow, so today was my first time at Oki Doki and it was so fun! I want to clarify I did not choose to come here on my own. Long story short but I saw a durian plushy at another place and couldn't get it so I got my friend's kids to come and they got it for me. Then they told us down the street was Oki Doki, their favorite place, where the staff are super nice and even help you if you can't win. So, that was how we all ended up there today. This place is super clean and I think the owner was there today and he was super nice and helpful! Their machines are taken care of and there are always plenty of items! It seemed like everyone who came won tons of stuff! It was so easy to win versus the other place we were at! I saw that both kids and adults there were constantly able to claw plushy after plushy out of the machines! The majority of the toys are super cute! You can trade your many plushies for other items! If you have kids or just want to have fun, this is def the place! read more

A little smaller than I expected. There's about 10 full size crane games and maybe another 10 mini crane games along with some other guaranteed prize type machines. Prices are very reasonable. But the best part here is the customer service. The two employees Tricia and Vanessa were super attentive and very kind and helpful. They made the experience very enjoyable and memorable for my young children. I will definitely stop by the next time I am in the area. I have become obsessed with claw machine arcades ever since my trip to Tokyo and Seoul. These have been popping up all over SoCal but I find them either too pricey per game and your money evaporates and/or it's too hard to win. Oki Doki DEFINITELY has a winning combo going on here. A good amount of machines, good deals for tokens when you buy more, and many machines with only 1 token needed for each game, even for the bigger prizes. They even have machines for pop mart blind boxes (5 tokens at the time of this review) and other ones for Sonny Angels and Mofusand cell phone figures! Staff is super friendly and helpful and even are willing to help out customers they see trying to get their favorite plush by trying to reposition certain ones. They also sell labubus and have some token and labubu deals right now along with a great selection of other accessories for labubus and other blind boxes. I left with 6 keychains and 4 bigger plushies and spent about $35. Had a great time, will definitely come back! read more

Went here on a Sunday and bought the $100 special that included coins and 1 single box of Big Into Energy Labubu. They give you 65 coins and you can play to win another Labubu or some of their really cute plushies. My kids really loved it there and we actually won another 4 plushies! Now I will have to say that when we got home we opened up the Labubu and realized it was a Lafufu. I contacted the shop right away and they were more than apologetic and urged us to come back to make it right and exchange it for a real Labubu! I was super surprised I thought we were just SOL. BUT They were so awesome how they handled this problem and my son was so happy to get a real Labubu! Their staff is fantastic and super kind. I will be coming back for sure! Jose took the time to walk us through how to purchase tokens and explained the current promotion involving Labubus and token deals. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking, which makes it super convenient. They have a great variety of claw machines -- from ones with large plushies to smaller plushies and even Labubus! There are also capsule machines if you're into surprises. We've been to a lot of claw machine places and this is honestly one of the few that doesn't feel impossible or rigged. The workers here are super friendly and patient with the kids, and they actually seem happy to help instead of just watching everyone lose money lol. The machines are surprisingly fair too... my kids were winning pretty consistently and didn't leave frustrated. We usually do the $100 package for 125 plays for our three kids, and every single time we leave with way more than $100 worth of plushies and prizes. The stuffed animals are also really cute and not the cheap tiny ones you usually see at arcades. The place is clean, bright, and organized, and the staff will even help reposition prizes sometimes or explain which machines are easier for younger kids. It's become one of our favorite family spots because the kids actually feel successful here instead of disappointed after spending a ton of money.
