Charged me $20 more than listed price. They changed extra for a special filter. Said my car used more oil, but nothing was listed stating that. $100 for an oil change is a bit excessive. I would avoid this place as there are so many other reputable oil change places just as close. read more

I received a coupon for $40.99 for a Synthetic oil change. I called to confirmed that my Toyota Fj qualified. When I got there they informed me it was going to be $79.99 because my FJ uses an extra quart of oil. $39.00 more for one more quart. Rip off. I showed them the coupon and that I called. $79.99 was their response. I said I had another vehicle that needed an oil change a Ford F150 Raptor. I asked how much that would be? They said the cannot tell me without looking at the vehicle. REALLY Rip OFF, stay away. I have been going here for years and have always been impressed by the service and the staff. I have even had them fix my snow blower. On my last visit, I needed a back wiper blade and quite a bit of misc. things in addition to an oil change. The staff helped me trouble shoot an issue with the tail light filling up with water and also dug out a mouse nest in the cabin air filter. But what really impressed me was when they discovered the wiper blade I needed was not in the store, the manager ran out to the delivery truck in the parking lot, rummaged through the boxes on the truck, and found the correct blade for my vehicle. I took my car in for an oil change on September 15th, Tim the store manager over filled my car with oil. Causing mayor problems with my engine. The car was smoking because it had to much oil, resulting in the fire department showing up because the shop's alarms went off... now they won't take responsibility for their actions. Extremely unprofessional, don't waste your time nor money going to this business. I've never had any issues here. Always professional, and always a fair price. Easy in and easy out. I don't care if they wear masks, or if they close at 5. I left a review about three years ago because I was so impressed with this place. Today, I had another amazing experience there. A competitor had changed my oil last week and did not reattach the metal covering (heat shield?) correctly. I noticed it hanging down almost to the ground right before taking a 8 hour road trip. Moving to Naperville has been a headache. In the city, your basic and good places are usually no more than 3 miles away. So, when I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try, I pressed "Get Directions" and had to drive 10 miles to get there. Only in Naperville, the largest suburban city known to man, will you have an address in the same city and still have to drive hella far to get somewhere. ANYWAY! So went out of my way, passed five other oil changing places on the way, and finally arrived to my destination. Luckily, no one was ahead of me. So in and out I went. Like other reviews, I didn't get bombarded with extras like air filters and blah blah blah. The two things I was impressed with was the employees attention to detail. So, they offered me wiper fluid because my windshield was a mess. I politely declined and stated my washer fluid was just frozen and I have deicer to put in. So, when I walked away, they kindly washed my windows for me. Second, when my oil was almost done, they pointed out my car is in good shape, but my trans fluid should be changed soon. The way they approached it though was fabulous. They just suggested I get it done soon. They didn't price it or ask if I wanted it done today. It was so refreshing to not have to keep saying no to the up charges. I was already aware of my trans and by the way my experience went today? I will definitely get it flushed and refilled there. If I could vote ZERO stars, I would. Never have I encountered such AWFUL car maintenance people in my life. I took my car here for an oil change because it's in a convenient location near my house. I go in for an oil change, they tell me that my oil filter is stuck and they can't get it out because (according to them) I haven't gotten my oil changed in over 7,000 miles. Obviously no one has told them that they aren't the only oil change service company in the area. It obviously never occurred to them that I took my car somewhere else between the last time I was at this place in October 2018 and this past weekend. So after a few minutes, the manager comes back with a black valve in his hand and says when they got the filter out, that valve was broken. So I get the fucking runaround about how they can't fix it and they've never encountered a problem like this, yet somehow they're able to tell me that it's a dealer-only part (meaning it can only be ordered straight from Chevy) and that it can be ordered from the dealership and sent to the shop. After being yelled at by the shop manager that "it's your fucking fault you don't take care of your fucking car", I proceeded to have the part ordered because I need a running & properly working car. The part comes in, I take the car to my mechanic (who has done amazing work on my car and my boyfriend's truck) and they tell me that the only way that valve could have broke was if the oil filter was ripped out. And sure enough....not only did they break the valve, but they also damaged the housing unit for the filter. I have never had such an awful experience with car service people. I will not be going back to this shop. I hope to god other people see this and heed my warning. If they're in a pissy mood and can't remove something from your car, they'll use force and break your car then make YOU pay for the repairs. They are shady liars and if l had s less stable head on my shoulders, I would've knocked that asshole out when he spoke to me in the manner he did. If you want business, dropping the F bomb towards customers is NOT the way to get them to keep coming back. read more

This is my go to oil change place. The service is what sets the place apart from everywhere else. They welcome you with a smile and hello and every single employee says have a nice day or thank you as we leave. Haven't had any oil leaks after services and they perform various checks on parts of the car like the air filter and will let you know if dirty but it isn't a high pressure sale. They also clean the windshield. Waiting area is also clean It's nice to have a trustworthy local oil change place to go to. read more

We have been using this business for over 15 years. When we owned our business, we even used it for our fleet vehicles. Not only oil changes but other work as well. Although we have now moved over an hour away, we have been making the trip there anyway. Today after driving 75 minutes I arrived at 5:10 to find that they have changed their hours to 8-5. Do they think their customers don't work? I would bet most of the people that can afford to live in Naperville are working professionals. Very disappointed that I have to find a new place. I have always arrived between five and six pm and was always one of several customers so they can't blame lack of business. We miss Wayne. He was always about the costumer. I'm from Chicago and took my car here because I was in the neighborhood and I couldn't have made a better stop. Mike and Kevin changed my oil, but not only that, they replaced my blinker that has been out for months. The dealer and other oil change companies I won't mention *cough Jiffy Lube cough* said they couldn't replace the bulb. It was a big part that cost $600 etc etc. Well these guys did it for $15! I am sad to have to update my review with a downgrade. I changed the oil myself this time and discovered the idiot from the Oil Depot who touched my car the last time actually damaged it. This car's oil pan requires a 12 mm hex driver instead of a normal socket or wrench. The last guy clearly used a torx driver, a too small hex driver, or something else because I almost couldnt use the proper driver due to damage to the inside of the bolt. Theres no excuse for this. I hate taking my car In for oil changes. I put it off or as long as possible because it always takes forever and I end up hearing about how I need to spend more money on things I hadn't planned on (and I'm never confident I'm hearing the truth). So I was very impressed with my first experience at Oil Depot. 1- I was in and out in 10 minutes and they set that expectation right away. 2- they suggested I check my records for the last transmission service. They indicated the fluid looked like it could use a change but they didn't push it. I appreciated their approach for me to review my service history first. 3- they let me know they do additional services for the future They were even happy to fix my squeaky door hinge when I asked. When my "change engine oil soon" light began illuminating on the way to work this morning, I pulled in to the Oil Depot. I was promised 10 minutes in and out, and that promise was kept. Of especial appeal, in addition to the quick turnaround, was the decided dearth of armeggedon soothsaying (or the end of my engine's useful life, as it were) if I didn't immediately have my transmission flushed, or my power steering fluid exchanged, or my coolant replaced. That is to say, you are spared the BS doom and gloom sales tactics. The price is reasonable, the equipment is well maintained and up to date, and the guys are pretty righteous. read more

My wife has been going here for years and has always felt comfortable bringing her vehicle here knowing she won't get scammed into something. I have always done my own oil changes but with a toddler who you can't take your eyes off of for a few seconds, sometimes it's easier to have someone else do it quickly and for the right price. These guys hit both of those. The reason they don't get 5 stars is due to one of the oil changes I received, the technician did not properly secure the skid/shield plate after the oil change causing me to have to come back to have it secured, which in the long run it ended up needing to be removed completely due to damage from it dragging on the way home. I'm not going off roading any time soon and it will make access for oil changes much easier however it would have been nice for them to at least offer to replace it or discount the service. All in all you can expect honest work from them at a reasonable price. Ps complementary windshield cleaning is nice! read more

I have been going here for some time now and service was very good. Took my BMW here for an oil change on Dec 29th,2018. I saw two guys trying to cleanup oil that had spilt in the engine. Looked like the guy was sloppy when he did the oil change. Drive home and we go to vacation ( not in this car). Car was not driven since oil change. Get home on Jan 5th and the next morning I find a puddle of oil in my driveway. Low oil warning light is on, so I open the hood and I see oil leaking in the engine from the oil filter cap. Oil is all over the engine now. I get a friend to bring me oil and we get the filter cap open to find out the so called "mechanic" broke the gasket on the cap and did not bother to replace it. Took the car to Jiffy Lube to verify that the oil pan plug was put on correctly because too much oil was still leaking. Mind you the car never leaked oil before. It cost me almost $80 to fix their mistake. Needless to say they have lost a customer and all 4 of my vehicles to service. There are better places with integrity out there you should go to. This is not one of those places. read more

This is the worse place I've ever gotten an oil change. I went there 3/1/19 for a oil and filter change. Yesterday (3/21/19) my car stalled on me because I didn't have oil in my car. The next day I went back to check for leaks and none were found. I had another mechanic fix the problem. And now they blamed me for the oil leak. A simple oil change costed me an additional $200. read more
