I've done business with these guys for 5 years now and finally got a round to giving a review. I've had oil changes, new tires installed, brakes, etc., and have been treated with fairness and kindness every time! They also told me one time about a serious oil leak I had from my Camaro, and told me that the issue should be covered through Chevy, and it was! My husband and I always bring our Audi's to Arrowhead for service. Jason and Glen are great mechanics and always find the problem and the solution. Not only have we been their clients since they opened, but my two sons and my dad are also clients of Arrowhead. You can wait for your vehicle in their small waiting area. They have a couple of tables and chairs and a big screen TV. I usually bring my laptop and the wait time goes by quickly. I received a quote here on Yelp very quickly.My actual repair was quite different from the quote,I understand that the car must be evaluated first,but yea... take that as you will..I had a break and rotor repair.I did leave the shop with issues,but they were swift in acknowledging my concerns and immediately fixed the issue. They don't seem to have regular weekend hours,it may be by appointment.I do appreciate a work/life balance but,I'm just used to car repair shops being open on the weekends where you can just drop off your car,go about your business,then pick it up...So,check the hours first,but don't hesitate in giving this shop a chance. read more

Jason & Glen are beyond professional and honest when it comes to the things that need done on your car. They'll tell you exactly what is a must fix, and what doesn't need immediate attention. Just the other day I was at a local tire company and they tried to fix my tire for a cheap $60. I told them no thanks and that I'd take it to my mechanic. Hands down the best automotive repair shop I have ever been too. They did great work on my Mercedes for a reasonable price. The Naperville Mercedes Dealer wanted close to $3,000 to replace my failed power steering pump serpentine belt and a few pulleys. Jason and Glen did it job in less than a day using Mercedes OEM Parts for less than half the price. Since then I have put 15,000 miles on my car with no issues. It is so hard to find a place you trust with your vehicle, but they make it easy.
