I was on the waiting "list" for 3 months. When Ron finally agreed to take the car in, he stated that it was probably going to need a new engine without ever seeing or listening to the car. When he asked my name, he said he knew someone with a similar sounding name who was Jewish, and asked if I was Jewish. I said yes.
