Been using this repair shop for several years. We have a domestic SUV, a Japanese SUV, and an old Mercedes convertible. Tom and his team have done great work over all these years. Their prices are very reasonable. His vintegrity and honesty is amazing. You don't often say that about companies in the automotive sector. read more

Great service. I'm happy I found thus place. Highly recommend! Professional and quality service.

I brought my car to fix my brakes because they were squeaking. They were polite, helpful and quick.

I have been a customer for many years and have had excellent service. Tom and his crew are excellent mechanics and very pleasant to deal with. And I am confident my car is fixed at a fair price. Outstanding service! read more

Tom and his crew continues to provide me with superior service. After 25 years I still rely on them for my automotive needs. Most recently they inspected my new 2019 VW Atlas SEL. They found a couple concerns I needed to address, after the dealership revealed what service they had performed, before offering the vehicle for sale. You can always be sure that they are going to recommend the things that require immediate attention and anything that might still have some life to it. This helps you budget any issues that may arise down the road. read more

They misdiagnosed my vehicle and I still paid 300.00 for the unnecessary work that they did.

Honesty is the watch word here. I never ever felt that I wasn't dealing with honest and capable mechanics. Pleasant, broke it down in reasonable terms and was spot on with the work. Their business seems heavily weighted towards imports but they handled my old Chevy with great care and expertise. I was referred to them by another mechanic and am grateful for the connection! From the amount of work they handle I'm not alone in my high regard. Keep them in your "Rolodex!" read more

The absolute best! Trustworthy and honest and they will not nickel and dime you for necessary repairs. Both of my sons have taken their older cars there and the service has been nothing short of fantastic. read more

I have been working with Tom for last 6 years and for all three cars he provided outstanding service and work. He is very knowledgeable, professional and always pleasure to work with. There were many times that estimated quote for needed work was actually higher than what I paid afterwards, which I've never experienced with other mechanics. I highly recommend Tom and his shop. read more

I've taken my BMW here twice in the last 2 months and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They work quick and deliver high quality work. Real genuine people here. 100% would recommend to anyone who has any mechanical needs, they are your go to guys!! read more

I've used Tom & Co. for years. Very trustworthy, honest and all around good guys. Service is always reliable and I don't think they ever do "unnecessary" work. read more

Tom and Ken are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Have been going there for 15 years plus . Highly recommend.

Tom inspected my recent bentley purchase free of charge - so naturally when I needed a battery and oil change I went back. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Plus very nice folks to work with. Ken and Tom are fine gentlemen. I will take my other vehicles in the future for sure. Forget the dealerships - you need to check them out! read more

I took my car in for a simple battery replacement. Never had any problems with my car other than needing my battery replaced. My car had been serviced leading up to my car needing the battery replaced. I take my car in to Ogden Motorcar, and now I'm being told that it will be 2k to fix my car. I should have known better than to take my car to a repair location that I was unfamiliar, and couldn't trust. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. read more

Great Group, very reliable estimates and service. Very extensive resume of unique and exotic vehicles

Phenomenal mechanics!! I had been recommended to Ogden Motorcar several years ago with my older Honda. Tom is always honest with me and does a great job. My experience with Ogden Motorcar has always been great. They deserve 5+ stars. They have serviced our Volkswagen and Infinite over the last 6 years and exceed expectations. They have been honest, fair and over the top when it comes to doing the right thing. Thanks Tom and team. read more

This place was top notch. Easy going guys, quick to respond, towed the car quickly and were very helpful and informative.

If there's any place to go for your car this is the place. We are always greeted with a smile from Tom when we come in, and he is always so friendly. Erik does a great job taking car of my car. Treats it as if it's his own, and really takes pride in his work. Always explains everything he does and what we can expect for the usual oil change visits. This is the best mechanic shop and will keep referring my friends and family to go. Thank you! read more

They've replaced wheel hub and assembly and break sensors on my 2010 camry. I would recommend them to others.

I love Ogden motorcar. They are a life saver when working at a dealership with some of the cars we receive. Any kind of mess your vehicle is in they can repair it. Tom is also awesome. He is everything that a shop manager should be. He is prompt on returning calls, knowledgable in his work and cars are finished when they are promised. I would give them 10 stars if I could. read more

I have been going to Tom and the crew for several years now and continue to drive in from Chicago to have them service my car. They are the only honest technicians I have ever been to. I have asked if certain services were needed in the past, and if it doesn't need to be done, they will tell you no. They do great work and will take good care of you. I highly recommend going here. read more

Based on the reviews I read from other postings on this site, I decided to call Ogden Motorcar. I was not disappointed. I felt I was treated fairly and I would highly recommend this repair shop. By way of comparison, I initially took my car to the dealer and was quoted $600 to repair my car. Ogden Motorcar fixed it for $305. They have definitely won over my business. read more

Top notch! Tom is personable and accommodating. Since it is a little slower right now, he was able to get me in fast to do an inspection, change the brakes, spark plugs, and oil, using OEM parts. He had it all done in one day, and I couldn't be happier with his work. read more

I'd heard great things about Tom and his staff at Ogden Motorcar from trusted friends, so I looked for an opportunity to see for myself what it was about Ogden Motorcar that generated such hearty accolades. We had a problem with our daughter's car...a front headlight assembly that, due to years of wear, needed replacement. Tom's estimate was way below the other two I received and the work was done quickly and skillfully. Tom and his crew surely lived up to the high praise he has been receiving in and around Naperville for years. For years I would go nowhere but the dealer when servicing my cars, but Tom's performance in this instance, and the rave reviews he regularly receives, may change my mind. read more

Their shop is extremely honest, they do careful and thoughtful work, and we've been going to them for years. I can't say good enough things about Tom and his crew. They've fixed everything from transmissions to air conditioners in my cars over the years, and always have done an impeccable job. read more

Ogden Motorcar is just simply outstanding! They are the only mechanics that I trust with my car and I've been going to them for the past several years. Tom is a very honest and knowledgeable man that always has excellent advice on what approach to take with any automotive repair. In the past I was in the boat to usually take my car to the dealer because I thought they only knew my car, boy I was wrong. I will NEVER ever trust any dealer service shop because they always surprise me with something that is either unnecessary or just trying to up-sell their services. Dealer's profit margins depend on those up-sells, of course. I was referred to Ogden Motorcar by a close friend and I will ALWAYS trust their advice. I highly recommend Ogden Motorcar for all your automotive troubles. Give them a chance and they will pleasantly surprise you, I guarantee it. read more

Tom and the crew are fantastic!! I brought my 1941 Chevy Street Rod to them and wanted some work done and they were great. Tom kept me informed every step of the way. Tom also suggested not o do some of the things I wanted and that was a surprise because many shops, in my opinion, will do whatever you want just for the money. Tom looked out for me and felt there was no reason to spend the money. I am really happy that I found Tom and the crew. They were very careful when they worked on my car which I really appreciate. One of the things I had done was move the battery to the trunk, and they did an excellent job. I had them do other things as well and everything was done first class/ If you have a custom car or any car you need to give them a try and i do not feel you will regret it at all. Thanks Tom for the great service and reasonable rates!!! Ogden Motorcar will be taking care of my 41 Chevy from now on Dominic read more

Thank you so much for proving such fabulous service! From start to finish I knew my car was in excellent hands. This is the only place I will ever take my car because I know the job gets done right the first time and on time! I would recommend them to all of my friends! And a special thanks to Tom Quinn for being so helpful! : read more

My car was towed here after it broke down on the freeway one evening. The guys at the shop were friendly and accommodating. Though it turned out that my engine was shot, they didn't charge me a thing for looking at it and storing my car a few days before I could get it towed to a salvage yard. I appreciated this so much! Though I didn't have any work done, I plan to take my new car to them in the future. read more

I've been going to Ogden Motorcar for more than a year now, after having a bad experience with a previous shop I worked with....I know my car's maintenance is not in its best condition. I am sometimes embarrassed that I am there so much with, at times, little problems or quirky issues. I have to say, Ogden was the best referral I have gotten in a long time. Tom is so friendly, understanding of my car needs and sometimes indecisiveness, and he is always very accommodating, especially with them being so busy. He literally explain the problem to me so that I can understand it in layman what is going on under the hood. I love that it's an informative and learning experience for me about cars. It's not just about "this is what needs to be fixed & this is what you need to pay". I am so happy with the customer service and work I get done. I am not sure where I would be if I didn't have Tom or the shop. I highly recommend them from my experience. read more
