Simply the worst Experience I have ever had ... kid you not I have driven over 550,000 miles since 1997 April. You can imagine how many oil changes I have had. I only went to this place cause fellow elite Marisela had and amazing experience... Can I find a way to give them Zero and report to someone... ? Take my wife's Acura TL. to get OIL change... pulled up was created by a nice guy. Who took mileage and key told me that it will be $80 for Full Synthetic Oil. I said why Synthetic and his reply your car requires you for it... (first flag) i was like ok I'm shock and just said sure get it done. I will be back in couple hours. My Daughter and sister took walk down to Bakery, library and Kuppa coffee before getting back to get my car back... Here's the fun starts ... I get back and different guy take me to pay... the bill shows $67.50. I just asked if everything was ok with oil change and car. He replies "we changed regular oil, replaced air filter and topped off all the fluids. I was like wait what ? 1. Why regular oil change since the guy told me my car requires Synthetic ? Reply: no who said your car needs that ? It needs regular. 2. Why didn't someone call me to ask if I needed air filter changed ? Reply: ohh we didn't. 3. It's just old why one of your worker told me I need Synthetic and you said no. Reply: wait this is all wrong. Someone just changed your car info to someone else's car. 4. Now I m annoyed. What the heck is going on? Reply: well don't worry we didn't change your air filter and just changed regular oil not Synthetic. It was just mixed up with paperwork. He had to re start all paperwork to get my car info again to change me $40 some $$$. And the guy who checked me in had gone for the day when I picked up the car. Do you all see how many things went wrong with this??? To begin with someone tried ripping me off by lying to about which type of oil I need. Then they used my car info and changed someone else $67.50. Then they charged me $40 plus $$$ after telling me Air Filter was changed but it wasn't changed. Some kind of kid looking mgr was there but not once came over and said let me Clear all this up or anything. Horrible horrible horrible. Hopefully the owner reads this and contacts me ASAP. These guys are good. Courteous, informed guys that get the job done quickly. You have options to use their oil, or bring your own oil and filter. They check all the other fluids, air filter, cabin filter, lights, etc... i'm not changing my oil again. I'm not a car maintenance expert but I can finally say I found a place where I can trust workers to work on my car. You stay inside your vehicle like a drive thru so it was very trustworthy to see every work that's being done. As little as an oil change they also cleaned my front view window for me, checked my air filters, tire pressure, & brake/signal lights. The price was reasonable & affordable. Cross threaded my oil filter. Made it impossible to take off to do an at home oil change we couldn't even get it off with an impact wrench. I went back to get it loosened so I could get the oil filter in and they loosened the metal part which drains the oil, not the whole housing that I can take off to replace the oil filter. When I went back to get it loosened they told me they would have to charge me for the full service. I expressed that I already had got the oil changed just we couldn't loosen the part for the oil filter because they cross threaded it and even the Hulk couldn't get it off. After some back and forth, they agreed to loosen it for me. But didn't even loosen the right part. Now the exterior is damaged from trying to get it off, I had to get a new housing. They told me they wouldn't replace my oil filter even though I had it with me, that all the oil will come out if they take it off which isn't true and is really surprising to hear that from "professionals." read more

I've used this place several times and each time has been awesome I should have left a review a few months ago, but my experience this time made me download the yelp app on my new phone just leave a review because the service was so good. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. They serviced my car, washed my windshield, which is above and beyond what I expected, and answered all my questions about transmission flushes and tires. Shout out to the technician who worked on my car, Kyle! Speedy, nice, knowledgeable, and overall a good dude. Also, shout out to Assistant Manager Oscar for helping with transmission questions and advice on fuel system cleanings. This place has made me a loyal customer and encourage anyone who needs their car serviced to come here. A few months ago I came in with my Saturn Vue that had a transmission on its way out. I was the annoying customer who came in five minutes before closing time and Oscar greeted me with a smile. He helped me out then, gave advice on the transmission, and was willing to stay a little late to thoroughly explain the issues I had with my old car.
