They had quite the line when we got here so recommend coming here early if you can. A garage full of 20-something's, running around like mad-men, doing their jobs efficiently and with friendliness. I've been going to oil changers for years. We put about 30k miles per year on our vehicles so we get oil changes often. We recently had them change the oil in our Ford Flex and a few days after the oil change the car started spewing out oil. Not knowing what was wrong with the car we had it towed to our mechanic. He said the oil filter was not tightened properly and came loose. I was out 3 hours of work, a tow fee, and $120 to the mechanic. I was put in contact with Tony Campbell from oil changers corporate. I told him all I wanted was two free oil changes for my truck, which normally runs me about $140. I figured this would save them money and I would come close to breaking even. For me it wasn't even about the money, I wanted to know that they would do the right thing. Tony agreed and sent me two complimentary oil change certificates. When I went to get the oil changed in my truck, the employee said they can't give the entire oil change free because they only had the option to do a 5 quart oil change for free and I would have to pay the difference. I ended up paying about $59 out of pocket. I reached out to Tony weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. read more

The technicians here used a spark plug as a drain plug in the oil pan. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years , but never again. Unacceptable behavior. I discovered this when I changed the oil myself this morning. A tap and an oversized drain plug were necessary to repair this screwup. If I could give you guys a zero I would. read more

COVID UPDATE: you'll wait longer than average times but that's okay. I was so happy with the service I received from the guys. I got my transmission oil service here done and I couldn't go to the dealership I usually go because it was too far out as far as scheduling availability they had but they were friendly, professional, prices are fair and oh.. I did a trick with them... I did get my oil change done prior before coming here... and I did ask if they can check it to see if they would lie to me or make me get something I obviously didn't need and bingo.. they were honest and earned my trust. The technician said to me "this looks pretty new , you don't need an oil change at all". Be careful cause some of the places will scam you just so they can get more money out of you. This was my first time here. I came back with my other car the next day. 1st and best feature... they are open on Sunday. I took my wife's car in on Sunday and was done in about 30 minutes. The company contacted me after my yelp review. They asked me who is our service guy and what is our invoice number. They made you feel like that I am making up the review even we had a photo and check in right on the spot. I replied them and told them that I am just saying that their oil was not that great for our honda accord. Just an update -- the miles was not that good after the oil change. I asked them what kind of the oil that they were using. They told me it was their own oil. I always see how many miles that I can get after we changed oil. Stopped by today for a quick oil change. It was pretty busy (there were 8 cars there already). These guys were great!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was out of there in an hour. The actual oil change on my car took 14 minutes. I loved that they cleaned my windows and topped of all the fluids. No hard sell on anything else. Loved it!! AND I never had to get out of the car. Simply the worst Experience I have ever had ... kid you not I have driven over 550,000 miles since 1997 April. You can imagine how many oil changes I have had. I only went to this place cause fellow elite Marisela had and amazing experience... Can I find a way to give them Zero and report to someone... ? Take my wife's Acura TL. to get OIL change... pulled up was created by a nice guy. Who took mileage and key told me that it will be $80 for Full Synthetic Oil. I said why Synthetic and his reply your car requires you for it... (first flag) i was like ok I'm shock and just said sure get it done. I will be back in couple hours. My Daughter and sister took walk down to Bakery, library and Kuppa coffee before getting back to get my car back... Here's the fun starts ... I get back and different guy take me to pay... the bill shows $67.50. I just asked if everything was ok with oil change and car. He replies "we changed regular oil, replaced air filter and topped off all the fluids. I was like wait what ? 1. Why regular oil change since the guy told me my car requires Synthetic ? Reply: no who said your car needs that ? It needs regular. 2. Why didn't someone call me to ask if I needed air filter changed ? Reply: ohh we didn't. 3. It's just old why one of your worker told me I need Synthetic and you said no. Reply: wait this is all wrong. Someone just changed your car info to someone else's car. 4. Now I m annoyed. What the heck is going on? Reply: well don't worry we didn't change your air filter and just changed regular oil not Synthetic. It was just mixed up with paperwork. He had to re start all paperwork to get my car info again to change me $40 some $$$. And the guy who checked me in had gone for the day when I picked up the car. Do you all see how many things went wrong with this??? To begin with someone tried ripping me off by lying to about which type of oil I need. Then they used my car info and changed someone else $67.50. Then they charged me $40 plus $$$ after telling me Air Filter was changed but it wasn't changed. Some kind of kid looking mgr was there but not once came over and said let me Clear all this up or anything. Horrible horrible horrible. Hopefully the owner reads this and contacts me ASAP.
