The owners perpetuate the behavior, and even have the audacity to refute reviews on here instead of realizing and fixing their internal issues. I have read many reviews of this place which seem to have disappeared in the last week! ; how wonderful for them. Anyway, last Saturday was the last time I will ever stop at this place. That was my 4th time in total and I did purchase new 2 sets of Rigid off road lights for my previous F-150 after Harvey. So this review does not come from an unknowing person. I stopped in last Saturday to purchase and possibly have new dual shocks installed for my steering stabilizer on my 2017 FX4 F-250. I was met by one of the guys just inside with a blank stare and his words were "we cannot do anything until Tuesday when the parts stores open." Not one word as in "welcome to Premier off-road" or anything. I described my problem and he asked what brand lift i have. I bought the truck lifted brand new from the dealer so I didn't know the answer. He did go outside to look underneath and found it to be a Rough Country lift. He didn't even look at the dual shock stabilizer to see if he had a like part to sell. He said he could not help me because they don't sell Rough Country as he stated "they don't sell bottom of the barrel stuff!" So i walked away from him, went to 4 Wheel parts, bought the same size shocks in the Fox Brand and put them on myself. Now I ask, why can the staff Premier Offroad not ask a few questions to earn business instead of talking bad about a particular brand or the other off-road shop out here? I guess they may be independently wealthy and not need the business!

I stopped in to meet with the Salesman on Friday Feb. 28, 2005. My goal was to get my windshield…read moreprotected with ExoShield Protection. We discussed everything involved and I booked my appointment for this morning March 4th @ 8:30am. The entire process was under the 2.5 hours as stated. I will honestly tell you, Extreme did a outstanding installation job. The skin went out to the very edges of the entire windshield. A computer cutter prepares the specification for a perfect fit, no razor cutting. Its as good as it could ever get. This Windshield is almost at 90 degrees and glass is known to crack easily. The INEOS Forum is loaded with people having to replace the Windshield. If you don't have the proper insurance in place its a 4K replacement. This ExoShield product is thick and very clear. Like stated, Its looking as good as it can ever be. It was explaned to me what to do and allow the window Protection a few days to dry out. Iwas also told how to care for extending its life. This location is a 5 STAR Operation. Highly Recommended to you if you have something you want to well protected. Think about changing out a Windshield, it is a real pain in the neck to get it perfect. Why deal with a broken windshield if you can protect against breakage in the first place? I received an AWESOME installation.
