Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". The young lady that helped me completed my refund within a minute! All the while making me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The entire staff that day could teach a class on customer service to a lot of businesses that lack it because they nailed it. Service here was fast & friendly, and I noticed if you do not have anything to ship out, this UPS Store provides other services like printing & mailbox services. I worked with Janai, and she was great. They didn't have it in stock, and actually no one on island did, but she went the extra mile and found it $40 cheaper online and told me right away. They price-matched it on the spot, and we got it ordered to be delivered straight to my door in about nine days, which is perfect. She also let me know that if I find it cheaper anywhere within two weeks, I can bring my receipt back and they'll match it again. They even let me use my rewards, which was a nice bonus. They were courteous and gave me a contact name to provide to the shipper. Normally, they charge a fee for certain items, but I didn't get charged anything. When I got to the hotel, they had already associated my delivery with the hotel room and had it brought up to the room by concierge. Other than sometimes long wait times on the phone, everything went very smoothly, and I couldn't complain about anything. Next time I'm in town, I'll need to actually go into the business center and leverage some of their other services.

He was able to back up files, reinstall windows and restore our files. He offered to work on it at our place, drop it off to his place, or pick it up. We ended up dropping it off to his place in the morning since he was just down the road and we were able to get our computer back at the end of day.

I wanted it sent FEDEX and upon looking closer at the receipt the employee sent it USPS Priority Mail instead! For nearly $50, a very time-sensitive package is not arriving until God Knows When! Next day I take similar package to Pearl City FedEx and it cost $11.27 and arrived at same destination in Idaho in 3 days! If FedEx is going to have an office inside of an Office Max, those employees need to know what they are doing!! Called store manager named Gathen last night who sent call to the desk where FedEx is located in the print shop and all that person could say is that it left their store so no assistance was provided... all of this situation reflects poorly on both Office Max and FedEx... both names we ought to be able to trust!
